    Things I liked:

Seem to me to be much more accurate than steel BBs in my pump-up combo pellet/BB guns. Also heavier and apparently harder hitting than steel BBs. I like how I can use the BB feed system (minus the magnetic BB pick-up funtion, of course) instead of fat-fingering pellets in one at a time--and I still have a good round for pest control. See warning below.

    Things I would have changed:

There were a few obviously unfinished or defective balls in the can. Gamo can do better than that on QC, and should.

    What others should know:

I don't know if these fit tighter in my barrels or obturate to partly engage the rifling when fired, but they seem to group almost as well as pellets and much better than steel BBs--at least up to about 20 yards. Be careful if using a BB feed mechanism, because without the magnet being able to grab these, it is easy to accidentally feed more than one round at a time into the chamber.

    Things I liked:

    They're round

    Things I would have changed:

They're too loose - undersized and variable in size.

    What others should know:

Not good in my Crosman Phantom 1000. They let too much air past them.

    Things I liked:

Not much! Bought these for my Gamo P23 which recommends round lead BB's (or single shot pellets). Not to impressed.

    Things I would have changed:

Make BB's consistent in size. Some are larger than others. The larger ones don't feed well causing misfire.

    What others should know:

I tried these in my Colt Defender, (yes I know it's a steel BB pistol) before I realized there was a sizing problem. First time I have ever had a BB get jammed in the barrel. It shot a few before jamming.. They are suppose to be .177 BB's so there shouldn't have been a problem.

    Things I liked:

These are not quite BB sized and not quite 4.5mm sized. There somewhere in the middle as my Daisy 15XT BB pistol WILL shoot these! It will not shoot the H&N 4.5mm round balls.

    Things I would have changed:

    there kinda dirty

    What others should know:

Most BB guns will not shoot these and I don't recommend it unless its a throw-away gun( I have two 15XT's). If you own a Daisy 15XT for some reason the barrel and loading mechanism are slightly larger than most other CO2 pistols and I chronied 420fps with these, snug fit so no air blow-by, not bad for a 8.2gr projectile.

    Things I liked:

That someone at least manufactures these lead balls, so that we don't ruin the rifling in our barrels.

    Things I would have changed:

Make them much more consistent and exact in size.

    What others should know:

These are okay, but I am not overly impressed with their performance. Thankfully these are very inexpensive and affordable.

    Things I liked:

    Won't damage a rifled barrel.

    Things I would have changed:

Would like to have a harder alloy that is resistant to deformation and jamming.

    What others should know:

Tighter fit in a BB barrel. Soft metal will deform easily and jam in a spring loaded steel magazine, particularly so in hot weather. Good accuracy, but not significantly more than a high quality BB.

    Things I liked:

Thoroughly tested in a 1377C with Tasco 4x scope, this gun can cut dandelion stems at 30yds with wad-cutters(thats my control). These roll out the barrel slowly, that means they will rifle when shot, so just wrap them in one ply tissue and load the wrapped ball. Downrange accuracy, half the drop of a pellet (vs Crosman Pointed, Destroyer, Beeman Crow Magnums, Daisy Wadcutters), crazy penetration, less ricochet, higher muzzle velocities (my secret to 40yd+ shots, screw PBA!). I have used the High Grade Steel Ball and the Lead BB from Gamo, the Lighter Steel Ball was more deadly in my gun for long range.

    Things I would have changed:

These are cheap price wise, and really are amazing for what they are...a Round Ball! Use the British Round Ball table as your trajectory graph. Make them available in stores.

    What others should know:

Wrap them as tight as you can with a single ply tissue, that way they wont roll out. Don't worry about the small piece of tissue, its doesn't effect the ball when shot. Pigeons, Sparrows, and Cowbirds can't hide!

    Things I liked:

Close in size to steel BBs. Really more a lead BB than a round pellet.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

I purchased as a replacement for steel BBs and have gotten the results that I am looking for - improved accuracy and reduced richocet.

    Things I liked:

I liked the IDEA that they would be.177 diameter lead balls, more accurate, and feed in a Crosman 2100 17 shot magazine feeder. They do feed but could jam if deformed. I can feed them singles very easily. I thought the .177 ball would shoot more accurately than a .172 loose fitting steel BB. But the balls are NOT .177 as advertised. They mic at .1735 and often roll out of the barrel not being held by the magnetic tip bolt. And not being big enough as a pellet would be.

    Things I would have changed:

Sell me some actual .177 or nearly .177 lead balls that fill the rifling to some degree. Correctly call this product LEAD BB's .173 diameter. Say, may roll out of your .177 pellet barrel.

    What others should know:

I consider the two cans of 250 a total loss. The accuracy was better than BB's, but still with many fliers, like BB's. And yes the lead is better for the Crosman BB safe rifling. But why bother for no gain in convenience or accuracy. VERY DISAPOINTED with THIS PRODUCT. But not worth the expense of returning one unused can. They improves almost nothing over BB's. I will continue to load single .177 pellets and forget about .177 round shot for a 2100. That is my experince with Gamo .177 Caliber round Lead Balls. Tom

I love shooting these. They rolled out of my Benjamin pistol but they are awesome in my Daisy 953 & Avanti 853. Accurate and very deep penetration. They are the fastest and easiest to load pellets made in most of my pistols and rifles. Low price = Great value.

    Things I would have changed:

Improve the quality more, they are about 3 a tin not round.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing to change, they seem to be perfect balls

    What others should know:

My discovery doesn't like them (i.25" @ 20M ) Don't know how they perform in other guns, But I think they were made for rifled handguns that feed bb's

    Things I liked:

This product gives a great impact to the target. I´ve used in the Gamo P-23 and the Gamo V-3 pistols with awesome results.

    Things I would have changed:

It seems that the size of the Round lead balls was changed. Now the size seems be more little. Before the balls fits exactly in the barrel, now the balls drop out by the barrel.

    What others should know:

Always clean your hands after use this product!!!

    Things I would have changed:

    Make them cheaper

    What others should know:

These are the lead equivalent of BBs, although slightly larger in diameter. Aside from being a tiny bit quicker to load, they don't perform nearly as well as pellets.

    Things I liked:

I liked the weight 8.18gr. I tried them in my Daisy 1200's and they perform very well. Excellent penetration and accuracy. They also work quite nicely in the Crosman T4, 1008, 1088 and the 357, all of which have rifled barrels and the lead bb's are larger in diameter than steel shot and give a great seal for the C02.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

The various lead bb's vary in their average diameter from one manufacturer to another and that could cause poor performance or not fit at all. I read a review where the gent measured the diameters of three brands and said that the Gamo fit his Daisy 1200 just right. That was why I chose to try the Gamo BB. The diameter works very well in the Crosman Pistols.

    Things I liked:

The reviews I have read make me think that the reason for this round is lost on most users. The reason I chose this ammo was to reduce "bounce back" when used in airguns without magnetic feeds. At present it's being used in the co2 defender pistol, feeds without fail ,penetrates much further than steel BB's and doesn't "bounce back".. I am very satisfied with this product.

    Things I would have changed:

I wouldn't change a thing as it is what it is..

    Things I liked:

A little heavier than standard BBs.

    Things I would have changed:

    Add more steel, less lead.

    What others should know:

Be aware that these BBs are not attracted by a magnet. If your air gun uses a magnet on the bolt action to help load BBs, these BBs will not work well for you. I found them frustrating to use.
