I purchased five tins of pellets from PA to test. The H&N Hunter Extreme pellets tied for #2 in my Ruger Impact Max with the H&N Sniper Magnums. They produce consistent 5/8" groups at 25 yards.

Only just edged out by the JSB Jumbo Heavies, these pellets are plenty accurate and the semi wad cutter design transfers energy well for hunting.

Consistent. Not too heavy not to light. Squirrel killer for sure. Very humane. Getting 5/8 inch c to c at 50 yards.

Like every pellet gun , find the pellets that work for your gun. These are fantastic in my Diana 460.

Sweet Christmas buy these pellets!! My Xisico Sentry throws theselike a laser. Haven't gone past 50 yards with them but they perform great. From chipmunk to muskrat head or vital shots are one shot stops.

Maybe offer heavier weights.

For the price go H&N over JSB. Almost as good of quality for a much better price.

2 words: POWER AND PRECISION. The best pellet for hunting any kind of small game. Easily to shoot targets more than 40 yards away with extreme accuracy.

I live in Ecuador. I have a Diana RWS 350 Magnum and I use it for hunting the Torcaz pigeon. It is a kind of wild pigeon that lives in the mountains of the Andes. The Torcaz pigeon is very difficult to catch, it is easily frightened and to be able to hunt it requires shooting more than 40 yards away. Additionally, the Torcaz pigeon has abundant plumage so it requires a strong shot. The Baracuda Hunter Extreme are the best pellets I have managed to hunt the Torcaz pigeon. I have hunted a Torcaz pigeon with a shot at 60 yards, and it collapsed like a stone. THE BEST PELLETS FOR HUNTING.

Accuracy was very good from both of RWS 52 .22 cal rifles.

Only thing when starting out if your budget will allow pick up several tins of pellets so you can find that one pellet that works with your set up and I must admit it is not the more exspensive pellets most of the time

They shoot very well (accuracy wise) out of my .22 Wildcat.

I wish that they would expand more. On some targets I'd like more expansion and less penetration. Also I wish that the foam inside the lid was glued to the top.....it's annoying when you open them the top foam falls out.

This product is great. Accurate and a screw on lid...what's there not to like

Clean, consistent manufacture. Typical quality H&N product.

Perhaps either deepen the cruciform "cuts" or soften the lead a tad. They did flatten in my modeling clay "brick," but did not expand much.

The H&N Crow Magnums seemed to expand better than the Baracuda Hunter Extremes. I shot these out of my RWS 34 Panther. Perhaps a higher velocity would improve the expansion more than the 34-P provided?

Good hunting pellet. First hunt for small game was 2 squirrels, 2 doves and a crow. All with one hit each. Benjamin Nitro-Trail .22 caliber.

Did not seem quite as accurate as pure domed pellets but accurate enough for hunting out to forty yards.

Great ammo for small and medium size game. Ranks right up there with the Predator Polymag shorts and the Diablo jumbo heavy 18.13 gr in the .22 cal

Package came on time and well packed from pyramydair! These are clean and consistent pellets. My M-Rod shoots these at 948fps per chrony and gives me 1/2 inch groups at 50 yards. This rifle is tunes using the Tim Hill Kit for Timhillairguns. Shoots very hard and consistent with these pellets and tune!

More pellets in the tin! Different head sizes!
