TenPoint EVO-X CenterPunch Reviews

I shot a 160 inch Ohio buck several days ago at 46 yards using a Tenpoint Havoc crossbow , centerpunch bolt and and Evo X broadhead. The accuracy was perfect and thw bow exited out through the shoulder. The deer did. Run far, then stood and stumbled orior to going down. There was not much blood to follow but that is likely because the dee was even in height with me. And the exit hole was out through the should. A large volume of blood was in the deer which went down in sight. The broadhead did its job but a better bloodtrail would have been perfect.

I was always a fixed blade guy. This was my first shot with these. Remarkable exit wound. Shot this 10, he went 10 yards and stumbled another 10 yards and that was it. I could not be happier with the performance. Shot with TenPoint Stealth NXT crossbow.

Wasn’t sure about the designed function of the opening and staying open of the blades. Finally tried them last year and the damage they do is impressive. 2 bucks and one doe, none going more than 40yds. They do shoot the same as a 100gr field point so don’t waste one practicing

Have not had a chance to use them yet, but they are extremely sharp. I expect them to be just like everything else I have received from TenPoint very well made.

Very poor penetration and dull cutting edge. Would not recommend. I shot a nice 8 pt buck last night with the 100 gr evo-x center punch expandable broadhead and only got 9 inches of penetration using my TenPoint Stealth SS shooting 385 fps. Extremely dissatisfied with the product. Don’t make the same mistake I made.

This was my first time using these broad heads. I had a bad experience using a different brand so I decided to give these a try. I was very impressed. The accuracy of these are just like shooting field points. Entry hole was standard but the exit hole was massive. (See picture). All of this ar 41 yards!! So impressed that I bought two more packs for next year. This will be the last broad head I will hunt with. No need to look for something else.

These broadheads are very effective and have never failed to open and are very deadly! They leave a large wound channel. Thank you TenPoint for another quality product.

Using the EVO-X CenterPunch broadhead on the 20" EVO CenterPunch arrows made both my archery kills quick and no tracking necessary. Both broadheads were retrieved and after cleaning were ready for another hunt. Shots were very accurate with this setup.

Deadly.... accurate....what more needs to be said. These helped my take down and massive boar. My first bow harvest of any kind. They have a slight shift off of field points, maybe an inch or so, but are still extremely accurate shot after shot.

I stumbled across a TenPoint blog article where it talked about tuning while shooting a fixed broadhead because the arrow can plane. This made me nervous around not having a lot of time to do this prior to my trip so I decided to shoot a mechanical broadhead versus a fixed. I've always been a fixed broadhead advocate but after making the change I'm extremely pleased and happy I did. Now I didn't have an opportunity to shoot at a deer this past season I'm confident and comfortable with making the change and am excited for next season.

Functions perfectly; stays closed and tight and creates a large cut that ensures a quick and humane shot and good bloodtrail for tracking.

Great broadheads. I have taken 3 deer with them. Have not had a long track job. Would buy again. I do wish you could replace the blades.

I tried many Broadheads throughout the years and this is by far the best Broadhead I came across. The blades fold in with ease so theres no need for rubber bands or clips like the other brands. Also the blades open on impact everytime due to the way it was designed and there accuracybis bar none. Great Product all around.

Did the job and made for easy tracking, couldn’t ask for more from them.

I shot a buck at approximately 28 yards away. The angling away shot entered the right side exited opposite shoulder leaving a large hole and stuck into a log on the ground. The deer jumped and crashed to the ground 20 yards from where it was shot. Was dead in seconds.Except for blood broad head looked as good as new when I pulled it out of log.

Accurate, 1 shot kill at 30 yards, Deer ran less that 20 yards

Every deer I have shot has been a complete pass through. These broadheads are super sharp out of the box and do a tremendous job.

These are the best arrows. They leave a large hole and the do the job right.

I DO LIKE THIS BROADHEAD BUT. very accurate, very expensive. very fragile. I LIVE IN THE OZARKS AND WE HAVE ROCKS EVERY WHERE. EVERY TIME I SHOOT IT RUINS OR DULLS THE BLADES BUT MAINLY RUINS THE BLADES. SO SELL THE REPLACEMENT BLADES OR TELL ME WHICH Broadheads TO BUY????? THANKS
