Tried every pellet for my crossman 22 nitro vantage looks for accuracy. Did some serious target testing and comparison. It is surprising how much difference the type of pellet makes. The fun shoots at 960 fps and was much more accurate with 21 grain than 14. For my gun, the Kodak did better than the barracuda match and the rest of them not as well. Your gun may do better with another pellet. It is worth the time to do some serious testing of many pellets in your gun.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing. Consistant shape. Well formed and seem lubricated.
What Others Should KnowFind the weight and pellet best for your gun.
Registered 810 fps hi low of 780 & an avg. of 797 e.s. 30 & s.d. was10, I was expecting higher readings of about 890! but Im' satisfied with accuracy at 26 yds! Very good pellets!!
Things I Would Have ChangedWish more about 350 or 400 ct. in tins!
What Others Should KnowNone
very accurate. work amazing in my venom dusk

I shoot these through a Hatsan Gladius and Hatsan guns are very good about being able to shoot most pellets well. This pellet is no exception. Some can say they can hit a golf ball 100 yards. I can say that I can hit a golf ball AT 100 yards. These pellets can do that with the right gun/scope combination. I got these pretty cheap at the Pyramid Air shoot out down in Ohio. They were 5 bucks for a bent tin. Tried them out on my range. I have a golf ball that has a hole in it and a string. I hung it off of a branch on a tree and shot at it. Try hitting a swinging golf ball at 100 yards. I can do it fairly often. Nothing like a moving target! With these pellets, a pretty good swack you can hear. I also shoot the JSB Match Jumbo 18.13 grain pellets. A little less violent when I hit that golf ball but still accurate. I would put these Beemans right up there with the JSB Junbos. Of course, your mileage may vary.
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing. I am not a pellet engineer.
What Others Should KnowShooting these out of a .22 Gladius Long. Your gun may not like these. Mine did. The only way to tell if your gun will shoot these well is to shoot them to see.
I actually bought these from Amazon, as I was not budgeted this month for my bigger ticket pellet purchase from PA (sorry, guys, my order will more than make up for my lapse in loyality), but thought it would put in a short review, as I am a big time airgunner, and have shot dozens of different types of pellets. So, here goes... Great energy down range. At the muzzle, these will deliver in your Mrod the most energy of any other pellet , in the low 800s, or right at 31 fpe, if you own a Gen 2. Downrange, at twenty-five yards, I measured the energy, passing by the chrony at 733 fps, to be right at about 25 fpe! That is more than what an Octane or an RWS 350 generate, respectively! Jaw-dropping accuracy, provided you have a good barrel. I was hitting apples, dead center, from over fifty yards, with devastating results. Squirrels out to fifty yards have no chance, head or chest shot.
Things I Would Have ChangedQuantity! But then, these are, at least in my book, premium hunting pellets. It is as if these pellets were made for the .22 Mrod. As for other rifles, I can also say that my Octane shoots these extremely consistently, and hence accurately, generating a bit less muzzle energy than the rifles potential 24 fpe. Still, energy at twenty-five yards was still a respectable, squirrel thumping 16.5 fpe (a lose of 2.5 fpe from point of muzzle).
What Others Should KnowIn short, BUY THIS PELLET, especially if you own a .22 Mrod. My own Mrod is shooting these at a consistency and energy that no other pellet in my Mrod has even gotten close to, except for maybe the CPUM, 14.3, delivering nearly three fpe less than these bears of a pellet; "Kodiak" is right.
If you do not grab for these tins as your go=to Mrod (or shorter range Umarex Octane hunting, too ) hunting pellet, where longer range accuracy and energy retention are needed and wanted, I suggest you rethink this!
I found these pellets very accurate.

What Others Should KnowGive them a try
these pellets shoot very well in my Beeman RS sportsman , and Gamo Big Cat at 25 yards they are dead on . very accurate .
Things I Would Have Changedlower price
What Others Should Knowif you don't think the pellets are shoot straight use open sights , most of the scopes that come with the gun are junk , its worth the price of a good scope to find out the gun is shooting accurately , with the right pellet
Was not that impressed with this pellet. This pellet was part of a large purchase (7 different brands/weights) to determine the best fit for my guns (Browning Leverage & Hatsan 95 Vortex in .22). This pellet was all over the place at 20 yards - had numerous flyers - groupings were no better than 4 inches.
These are "twins" of the H&N Baracuda Match. Only we do not have a choice among various "nominal sizes" as we do with the Baracuda Match. Oh, well, c'est la vie. I have no pellet gage to establish a size distribution, but these pellets "fit" the chamber of my D350 easily (no pellet seater needed) and consistently. The weight distribution (from the 1 tin I bought at Pyramyd) has an average of 21.5 +/- 0.1 grains. In terms of performance, these were just like the Baracuda Match. With iron sights, at 10 meters, sitting (in my chair), the median radius in a 25-shot trial was 0.233 inches. Not bad at all.
Things I Would Have ChangedBring them (and their twins from H&N) in 500-pellet tins. And lower the price down to something reasonable!
What Others Should KnowAt $40+ per 1000 these are not an easy sell. There are equally good (and much cheaper) choices in the 18 grain range... Unless you shoot high-power PCP, or need the heft of these pellets for hunting, I cannot recommend the Kodiaks. For target shooting, maybe. But then again, the H&Ns are a bit more consistent in size and weight and are few $ cheaper...
