Cold Steel Mini Pal

As someone else stated, the sheath loosened over time and I eventually lost the knife. I am taking the plunge on another one and hopefully this doesn't happen again. Otherwise, it's an excellent buy.

I was taught to put a key between my fingers while walking to my car for self defense. I recently bought this Mini Pal to use instead of an uncomfortable key. It fits in my hand and between my fingers perfectly. As an added plus it’s the perfect size and weight for my keychain, it weighs less than my key fob! Absolutely recommend.

i LOVE THESE, BUT WISH THEY MAKE A MORE SECURE SHEATH, I'VE LOST ABOUT 20 OF THEM OVER THE YEARS. i KEEP BUYING THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SO DARN HANDY

This is my second mini pal. I love it. Very sharp and can do a lot of damage if you needed to. The only drawback is the sheath does come off easily. That is why I purchased the second one.

My first one was a gift and I LOVED this Mini Pal. I ended up losing the blade due to the sheath becoming loose not hold the blade tightly. As I loved the thing, I bought another one and the same thing ended up happening within a year. Both times ... so disappointing. I suddenly had a sheath but no blade:-(. Years have passed and I still want another one, but I am on the fence about buying again and not counting on that sheath to keep the blade in place.

This is an excellent defensive weapon against any of those predators looking for vulnerabilities. Easily concealed and accessible on a lanyard or keychain, it’s great for peace of mind but still no substitute for situational awareness- be prepared. It is an ideal companion for for those who must work and travel anywhere day or night.

This Mini Pal fits my hand perfectly and is exactly the size I was looking for. This is now my new/only neck knife. I have used it only once to "Punch" through a piece of drywall as I have no ballistics gel in the house. It went through the material without much pressure. Potential buyers need to understand only one side of this blade is sharpened. The other side is as thick as the knife and has no edge. I knew this on purchase and was good with that, but it's not a two sided dagger. This knife will never be used again unless it's needed for defense. This probably could be a daily use utility knife, but I chose to get it ONLY for self defense.

be very careful opening it. I sliced my thumb real bad. the original sheath had a push button release the new version is a piece of crap.

Great little blade, but this is my third one, cause the blade pops out of the sheath and I lose it when I am moving about.
