I like the safety design. It seems to group well.
Things I would have changed:I don't understand barrel droop. It's either a design feature or a flaw. If it's a flaw, it's inexcusable in a product marketed to be at this quality level. If it's a design feature, I don't understand its purpose on a rifle with no ability to mount irons. If you're going to have tons of barrel droop and include a scope mount, at the very least wouldn't you include a mount that corrected for it? I put a nice Vortex scope on this and max up adjust won't even get me to a 25 yard zero. The scope 'only' has 50 MOA of vertical adjust, but still.. pellets are hitting too low. I'm just getting my feet wet with air rifles and this makes the 34P disappointing for me. I'd sure like to be able to use a scope on this without spending a bunch of additional money.
What others should know:This is probably great if you buy a different scope mount, I don't know. It just seems like you shouldn't have to. In all fairness I don't have that many rounds downrange with it yet. I'd go for the wood stock if I had to do it over again. It's not bad, but the plastic stock doesn't have the high-end feel I was expecting. The butt pad in particular feels cheap and there was some sharp-ish plastic flashing underneath the barrel that I had to dremel smooth.

Size, looks, accuracy this gun is just so much better than I imagined. After a couple hundred shots I upgraded the scope to a UTG Hunter model and now I can really see the true potential of this rifle. Dime sized groups at 30 yards are no problem with the right pellet. I had been in the market for a quality dependable rifle in .177 that would not be too over powered and this is it. Extremely happy with my purchase.
Things I would have changed:Either offer the gun without the RWS scope or offer it with a scope that at least has a mil dot reticle. The bundled rws scope is decent but has a duplex reticle that is useless on an air rifle unless you only shoot one distance. The only other thing is it has a plastic but pad ???????why???? It's not really an issue for shooting but I'm used to rubber recoil pads on rifles, but it shoulders nicely and I've had no issues with it at all.
What others should know:Take your time and break her in properly, only took about 300 shots for mine and tried several pellets, the best so far are the Air Arms Field Heavies 10.34g but so far I'm getting decent results with several other brands as well. Don't forget to check all your mounting hardware and use a little blue Locktite. You'll definitely want to upgrade your scope as soon as possible. The bundled scope doesn't come close to performing up to this guns capabilities.

Very accurate Powerful Very good value Attractive - I don't like the long fore end, but that is just me. I would prefer the fore end end at the pivot point. Ours has the wood stock, but its the same rifle.
Things I would have changed:Rubber butt pad instead of hard plastic on wood stocked version
What others should know:A friend bought this last week and it was too powerful for him. He gave it to us. It takes some strength to cock it. I have only Weirauchs to compare it to and it is not as refined. It is a bit harsher on the shot than similar power Weirauch rifles. The most comparable Weirauch rifles we have are Beeman R10 and HW80. It is not in the same power class as an HW30 or FWB124 so it would not be fair to compare it to them, but that is not the comparison Im making. The R10, R1/HW80 are in that class and I shot them side by side today and there is a difference. The T06 trigger feels almost as good as the Rekord triggers. After about five hundred shots I will adjust it and it just may end up as good. Let me put it this way: if that is how it comes out the box... it has potential. Its not that compact, it is about the size and heft of an R10. It can be very accurate with pellets it likes. If the scope holds up, it is an adequate scope.
