Gamo Glow Fire .177 Cal, 7.8 Grains, Pointed, 150ct

This pellet is excellent for hunting, retains as well as the gamo red and even better than the gamo blue, but the glow factor is poor. I had too charge them in light for quit a while before any glow could take effect.

I would make the glow factor a little more better.

Charge the pellets in light for at least fifteen minutes before shooting.

out of the blue flame, red flame these are the worst ones for accuracy, 30 yds 10 shots only three hit the paper 2 hit the wood 15x25 and the rest missed altogether. gamo must have repackaged these as the "zombie"

Make it actually glow. Also, there were variations of each pellet. Most glowed very dim, some didn't glow at all. Not worth the extra money.

The Game "glow fire" pellets did not glow in he dark as advertised. I fired them out of several different guns of mine, and while impressed with the speed of the shot, they were no easier to see while loading than a normal pellet.

Neat idea, kinda cool to have a glowing pellet. would definately be easy to see at night and load properly, but that is only if you charge them up so they glow first.

The plastic tips were loose in several of mine, same was the case with the red tipped gamos. I am sure this was a big factor in the less than par accuracy.

First, not a tracer round, I was only shooting them at around 600 fps, but couldn't see them at night. as far as accuracy goes, my gun didn't like them, like I said, the loose plastic tips were likely the reason. groups with these were 2-3 times larger than the crosman pointed pellets I normally shoot.

Very nice. Glow tip is fun to see.

Add different glow colors like red and blue.

I don't think they'll work as tracer round unless you do what one of the other reviewers said.

Nicely made. no thin spots in skirt; glow tip glows very bright. I had to let one off the chain in a dark place to see the tracer action. It definitely works. I fired my test shot at 700 fps. It was a bit tough to watch at such a high speed but the tip separated on impact with my target and showed exactly where it hit.

I'd stick a glowing bit inside the skirt too to make it easier to see it fly from behind the sights.

Use a lower power gun to make these a bit easier to see as they fly. My eyes had a bit of trouble tracking these at 700 fps.

These pellets are as acurate as Gamo Red Fires.

Let people know they don't work beyond a certain velocity.

These only glow in the dark sitting in the tin. You might see them heading toward the target if you threw them at it, but I never saws them out of my Browning 800 Mag. It loves the Red Fires and these for accuracy.
