This Saber Tactical 60mm Bottle Clamp allows you to add Picatinny accessories via the rail on the bottom, without drilling the gun's stock. It's specifically designed to work on FX airguns with a 60mm bottle, and also works on other guns from other manufacturers with similar bottles such as the RAW HM1000X. It does not work on models with smaller tubes, or with versions of listed models using smaller tubes instead of bottles.

Will this fit a Hatsan Pile Driver?
Yes it should.
Can it be mounted on the side of the tank to mount a range finder to it?
As long as the clamp does not interfere with the barrel or shroud, you can rotate this in any orientation that you desire.
