This kit has everything you need for cleaning .177 and .22 airguns. It comes with bristle brush and a mop for both calibers. The flexible wire rod is 33 inches long which is plenty for my guns but might be a little short if you have a lo0ng barrel with an internal compensator. Screwdriver bit are also included if you need to disassemble anything. Everything fits in a neat package.
Things I would have changed:I would make the flexible wire rod about 3 inches longer and offer the kit in two sizes: 18 inches for pistols and 36 inches for rifles.
What others should know:This is a replacement kit. The first one I received was defective and did not have threads machined into the flexible rod. I could not attach any of the accessories so the kit was useless. I called Pyramyd Air customer service and they immediately sent me a new kit! This one is perfect. Thank you PA.

Are the brushes made of brass?

Does anybody know what the brass threads in the handle is for? And what about the little round black plastic thingy?
What cleaning oils would go with this kit?
I would go with Ballistol as it can be used on the metal on the outside of the guns as well as used for cleaning the barrel.
