Do you hunt? Shoot field target? Plink? Eliminate pesky garden varmints? No matter what you shoot...airguns, airsoft guns or firearms...this scope will help you attain the most accuracy possible from your gun.
This UTG Accushot scope has an etched-glass reticle, which is superior to a wire reticle because it's etched by a laser and is much more precise. That lets you get even more accuracy from your gun. Another way that etched-glass reticles are superior to wire reticles is when they're illuminated. The etched ones show the illumination only on the reticle. It looks like the reticle is floating. Wire reticles often have a reflection of the illumination in the objective lens, which can be distracting when shooting.

3 of 9 UTG Accushot 8-32x56 AO, Mil-Dot Reviews
The side parallax is great. It really beats adjusting from the objective bell. 32x magnification is great to have when needed although I don't use it very often. I go to 16x magnification when target shooting at 50 yards. The easy lock turrets are a nice feature. And so is the easy zero reset. I have the scope mounted on a .25 synrod and it has held zero with no issues. One of my favorite things about this scope is how accurate the parallax is. It can actually be used as a "poor man's rangefinder" unlike other scopes I've had. Not sure how temperature and other factors affect it though. (Haven't gone through winter with it yet).
Things I Would Have ChangedI've never been a fan of the illuminated reticle on any scope. It has its uses but I've always found it to be kind of a gimmick. I wish they had an option without it. It is a great scope if you are looking to put together a bench shooter. The big wheel for the side adjuster should come with the scope, IMO.
What Others Should KnowAfter going through several "cheap" scopes with frustration I purchased the most expensive I could afford with the features I was looking for. (Glass etched reticle / side adjusting parallax / 30mm tube). In hindsight, I would have purchased the 3-12 x 44 AO with etched reticle from UTG. The 8-32 x 56 is very heavy and I don't absolutely need the magnification. Shooting without a rest, for me, is next to impossible with this scope. But if power is what you're looking for then this is a great option. Not good for pest control unless you have something to lean against.
Absolutely everything about this rifle scope
Things I Would Have ChangedNothing at all
What Others Should KnowMake sure that you get the big wheel for adjusting theAO

Cost to performance ratio good, but a scope works or doesn't not much middle ground and mine works i like the reticle i like laser etched mil-dot and the optics are fairly clear throughout magnification range and the POI suffers only minimal shift. It is tough and shock proof as you would expect from UTG. I have mine mounted on my 56th and it is high mounted and i don't tend to change magnification i keep the magnification at 32 and this is not because the scope has any limitations. I bought the Diana 56th as a 50yd hunting gun and always intended to get this scope for it.
Things I Would Have ChangedThe sunshade or what they call a sunshade is no good for hunting particularly at dusk or dawn or aiming up in a tree in the middle of the day and you get no option for a real sunshade. I have a few UTG / Leapers scopes and this one like many of them adjusts windage and elevation pretty well however the click adjustment reaction is not as crisp or responsive as other scopes i own and at range does not shoot a box well though within a shot or 2 extra it will return to center
What Others Should KnowLike everything else it has to do with what you intend doing with it. The clicks could be crisper and the lens coating makes using it as a low light scope average at best. Take the poor excuse for a sunshade into account and this is just not a hunters scope, but i am a hunter and for my specific needs for a hunting & target scope that can take recoil and i make allowances for the things i like and dislike for cost and this scopes ruggedness it can be a good deal depending on your expectations and understanding the limitations it has and if you are willing to accept them. For the money it is a pretty solid deal. In the past i would have given it 5 stars "Value for the money." but now days you have many more choices in this price range.
