Diana Stormrider/Bandit Regulator
Tech Tip: When installing this regulator into a Stormrider, the factory pressure gauge will show the regulator pressure. Adding the PY-A-9034 / DIAP-SR-66 fill valve and gauge assembly will allow you to monitor the fill pressure of the rifle once the regulator is installed.
Up the consistency of your Diana Stormrider air rifle or Bandit air pistol with this dedicated regulator from Altaros Air Solutions.

Things I liked: Easy installation, accurate, and that sweet Czech quality. Laser engraving looks nice, even if it is hidden inside the pressure tube.
Things I would have changed: On opening, I noticed my regulator was set to a pressure setting in 'no man's land'. The red side was not pointing into the area of the setting control with pressure markings. It was, however, setting the pressure to where the non-red side was pointing. In other words, the settings marker was off 180 degrees.
What others should know: It works great. I keep mine set to 120 bar and it maintains that pressure accurately. To make the regulator slide easier into the pressure chamber have the gun cocked. That way you aren't fighting the air pressure and it goes right in easily. If while adding air you notice the air is just coming out of the barrel; cock and pull the trigger to reset.
Things I liked: Improves usable shot count in stormrider
Things I would have changed: Regulator function sometimes takes a while to reset after filling tank
What others should know: Installation can be somewhat difficult. Use care and plenty of silicone on the o-ring
Things I liked: Adjustable and easy to install.
Things I would have changed: Nothing
What others should know: This is a great product and makes a great little rifle even better.

Anyone have a suggestion for a starting setting for the reg on a .22 cal Bandit? I punch holes in paper and are looking for accuracy vs power. I know there are many variables to this but do not want to reinvent the wheel. Thanks in advance. This is a great community. Everyone stay well.
Set the reg at 120 Bar/ 1740 PSI.This seems to be the best setting on the reg.
If I degas my gun to empty, will I be able to refill it with my hand pump?
Any body had install the regulator to a Bandit? Works fine?
