The Coyote is a marriage of the best of Gamo and the best of BSA. One of the nicest parts of this collaboration is that the resulting gun is modestly priced compared to most European precharged pneumatic rifles.

Available in .177 and .22 calibers, choose the .22 for hunting and dispatching small critters at close distances. But if you plant to shoot field target or do any other type of target shooting and/or plinking, then .177 caliber is your best bet.

Things I liked: Wow, bought this Air Rifle on sale. Was looking for a .22 Cal but went with the .25 Cal. and I am not disappointed. It is lighter than Hatsan or Benjamin. Easier to carry in the field. Accuracy is outstanding with my 3-9 AO scope. Plenty of power out to 60 Yds. Same hole accuracy out to 25 Yds., with H&N or JSB Pellets. Overall I am very pleased. Getting 30+ shots per fill. Deadly on small game and Birds.

Things I would have changed: The additional magazine is very pricey at close to $70.00, but wasn't a deal breaker.

What others should know: Added a Hatsan Air Stripper, even more accutate out past 50 Yds.

  • cj from USA asked:

would this make a good raccoon gun?

    • Tyler from USA:

Sure would! Definitely has enough power for the job and plenty of accuracy to make sure you hit your mark.

    • Tyler from USA:

That means it is a normal PCP rifle with no internal regulator. It does cause quite a bit of confusion though.

  • Chris from USA asked:

Why is PA getting rid of these when there's no silenced option for the .25 available yet?

    • Chris from USA:

Awww man, really? That bites! Oh well.

    • Tyler from USA:

Maybe because Gamo has discontinued the non shrouded version?
