    Things I liked:

Accuracy, balance, quality and value! I know there may well be some units with issues (mostly regulator creep) but this rifle had none. It is exceptionally accurate and well balanced. I did have regulator creep with my first Bullpub version, which I feel lacks the balance of the longer rifle version (this one) but this rifle has been perfect. I covered the rear of the stock with a camo wrap, improving its texture and appearance, but have made no further modifcations with the exception of adjusting the regulator pressure - it shipped with a 2600 psi setting which I adjusted to 2000 psi. It has proven to be incredibly accurate with an assortment of pellets, which I found quite surprising. I must also applaud Pyramid Air. They ship prompty, in well protected packaging, and offer amazing custom service.

    Things I would have changed:

Each rfle should come with a note giving the winning lottery numbers for that week. : - )

    What others should know:

It is one heck of a value!

    Things I liked:

Very accurate rifle and the adjustable is amazing, the only problem is that after 100 pellets it started dumping air and wouldn't hold any pressure. Customer service was very polite. I sent it back and received it about 6 weeks later. Problem was it was still leaking when I got it back. The leak was slower but the rifle still wouldn't hold pressure overnight. Once again I contacted customer service, this time through email. Once again customer service was very polite. Hopefully this time when it comes back I'll be able to enjoy it and be impressed like the other owners.

    What others should know:

When you get this rifle, make sure you use it a lot when you first get it. Put about 200 maybe 300 pellets through it. Then fill it and let it sit and see if it holds pressure. Might has been back twice and that's before I even put 100 pellets through it. Good thing that Pyramid air has good customer service.

    Things I liked:

Lots of things I liked. Weight. Trigger High pressure Fairly quiet.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing that I can think of.

    What others should know:

I purchased a Refurbish gun. . .in 25Cal. After about 500 shots through it, and all kinds of pellets. JSB Exact, Air Arms. Vortex, FX, and Heavies in JSB and FX, I could NOT get this gun to group at all. It was like a shotgun at 20 yards. I had 6 inches CTC, and the best group I got at 20yards was 3.5 inches CTC, that is with Air Arm pellets. And that 3.5 was a rare one too. I have adjusted the regulator from lowest to high of around 2900psi. No groups. Hammer spring adjuster doesn't work like the manual says. You have to have it regulated very high in order to change the FPS with the hammer spring. And it doesn't make the 100fps difference they claim. If this gun was accurate, I would definitely keep it, no questions asked. All of my guns can do better than this gun at 20yards. that includes my Diasy 901, Crosman 760, my Crosman 1377, and even my P17 can sometimes beat this gun. I am sending mine back. . . Definitely has some kind of problem.

    Things I liked:

Very good value! A regulator is a very good surprise to have on a $300 plus rifle. Very quiet for the backyard and hunting squirrels in the woods. Stock fits well to my cheek and shoulder. Easy to load and to get more mags and .25 pellets.

    Things I would have changed:

I do not like the weird way they designed the stock. You have to take the left front and right sides off with four screws and remove the but stock. I would rather have the better designed traditional one with or two bolts to remove from the bottom. The split sides caused a big problem mounting a bottom rail for a forward hand grip. If you can live with the stock as I will it is a very, vert good value for the price.

    What others should know:

Better get yours in .25 cal., the pellets go through the wind better than the smaller calibers.

    Things I liked:

The value and FPE for a gun to hunt with and not worry about. I also like that it came precharged with 300psi/approx 200bar in it. So- I can just let it sit for the next few days to make sure there are no leaks before firing it or doing any testing. I know if there is any issue, Pyramid will resolve it. Be patient with their customer service because many agents are from other countries where the accent is hard to understand it can be frustrating to have to repeat yourself. BUT---bottom line is Pyramid WILL HELP YOU. Just remember, to make sure YOU are reasonable and effectively convey the defect or whatever issue it is, in the rare event one comes up. Believe me, having sold my used airguns on ENAY I can tell you first hand that they most likely are forced to deal with a certain amount of looney, weird/irrational people daily ...so be polite and be thankful you don't have to deal with that!

    Things I would have changed:

Maybe just have it assembled a little better/tighter. Other than that, nothing because that would not raise the cost of the gun.

    What others should know:

I have owned this gun in the past and just purchased a refurbished one. I hope it operates just like the one I sold because I miss it and what a deal on their recent refurbs! The stock it totally hollow, cheap feeling plastic yes BUT you can fix that with some basic ingenuity and cheap wadding to pack into the stock. What made me buy another one is because of the afore mentioned power, it is light and I like the foster fitting vs the "valve" thing for my Hatsans (but those are great too). I am happy to have whittled my collection to just the needs: .22 Flashpup & a .25 Avenger- Sure to resolve all your backyard bullies!

    Things I liked:

I like all the features for the price! I initially purchased a Diana Stormrider and regulator, but returned them to get the 22 cal. Avenger because the Avenger had more of the features I wanted. The Avenger is easy to set up, relatively quiet, ergonomic and exceptionally accurate. I didn't expect to like the plastic stock but it has grown on me. It makes for a lightweight and ballanced hunting rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

Not much that wouldn't raise the price. Maybe some grip tape on the stock to make it less slick but I can add that myself.

    What others should know:

There is great information on-line about tuning this rifle. I set mine up with the pro-tune (1800 PSI on the regulator) and I've had great results with a variety of pellets. The JSB Jumbo Heavy, H&N Baracuda Hunter, and Crosman HP all consistantly group into a single round .22 cal hole at 12 yards indoors. Many other pellets are just about as accurate. I don't have a compressor or tank so I hand pump the gun. I pumped it up to 300 BAR once and realized there is no need to do that unless I'm going hunting for the day. For target shooting I now pump it up to 200 BAR because its more reasonable even though I need to pump more frequently (every 40 shots or so). I figure it's the same number of pumps per regulated shot no mater how much pressure I put in the air cylinder but limiting it to 3,000 psi saves high pressure wear on me and the hand pump.

    Things I liked:

Overall this is a great value in pcp rifles. Its accurate to 50 yards and probably more with pellet/regulator fussing.

    Things I would have changed:

Oh the stock is just ok.. the comb is pretty low for comfortable cheek rest.

    What others should know:

Not much.. it is a decent solid pcp rifle and a good buy for the money.

    Things I liked:

Light weight. Side lever. Adjustability. Not pellet fussy and shoots slugs fairly well. The ability to adjust the muzzle velocity very precisely gives you great accuracy and the regulation makes for very consistent groups.

    Things I would have changed:

Put baffles in it. Probably shouldn't increase the price $10! Make better magazines.

    What others should know:

I took the magazine apart and re-bent the hook so it doesn't pop out! I also crowned the barrel and added a Donnie FL adapter so I could screw my LDC on. As soon as I pulled it out of the box and opened the bolt to remove the single shot tray I noticed the bolt probe o-rings were ripped. There was one set of spares in the box so I called and had them send me tomorrow rings for free. Then I saw YouTube video to delete the o-rings and applied that also. Accuracy is very good but has improved with those additions. I have tried every kind of ammo that you could buy including some that are 34 grain. Reducing the air pressure to 1800 PSI and minimal valve spring shoots 13 and 14 green pellets at 30 yards with a penny size group getting over 80 shots. Increasing the pressure to 2200 PSI and two turns in on the valve spring shoots 16 and 18 grain just as well. Turning the valve spring in four turns shoots 20 to 22 grain pellets and slugs. pressure to 2400 PSI for 24 to 29 grain.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy and price but leaks like a sieve. Purchase this and have about 100 pellets through it and it began to dump air rapidly. Very frustrating when you send it back for warranty work and when you get it back almost 6 weeks later the rifle still leaks after you fill it up. I'm not sure if the tech what can I do test the rifle after they're done working with it. But it's very frustrating to play The mailing game back and forth. I guess I'm going to have to mail it back again after only having it a few days and realizing it's still leaking. Wouldn't even hold air overnight.

Excellent accuracy and power for the price! It shoots well with almost everything from Walmart hollow points to nsa slugs. Trigger was near perfect straight out of the box.

    Things I liked:

I purchased the Avenger in 25 caliber, right after Black Friday for $299. It is my first pcp rifle. I have not been disappointed. It is very accurate and powerful. Good shot count for me Im getting about 40 shots, before I refill. I am a hand pumping. I generally refill after 3 mags or 24 shots. Hand pumping is not that bad for my use.. Its quite to me in the field, but I put a moderator from buck rail, now its really quite.I purchased this to shoot squirrels, raccoons at my feeder during deer season. Its a one hitter quitter on them. I am sure it will put down a 50-60 hog with now problem.

    Things I would have changed:

    For the price, Nothing

    What others should know:

If you are purchasing the 25 cal, this is not a toy. Very powerful rifle and have a safe backstop.

    Things I liked:

I'm new to Pc's but not to air rifles. Been shooting them for 50 years . I also shoot long range with powder burners, but I get tired of driving to check my targets at 500 to 1000 yards , so I decided to try a PCP because of the consistency of it. I have really enjoyed this Avenger so far. Only put a few hundred pellets down the pipe so far. The first thing I did was mount a FFP scope on top and started testing. So far it's awesome. One of the things I liked about the Avenger was the weight, because of my back problems I have a 10lb weight limit on my back. So I needed a light gun , but I was worried I wouldn't like the hollow stock , but it's just fine, no biggie at all. It's not the same as your old BB gun sounds to me. I find it to be very accurate right out of the box. A very fun gun to shoot.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing so far, but again I haven't had very long yet to find a issue.

    What others should know:

If you truly enjoy the sport of shooting and want to improve your your shooting than Get it . From all my research and now personal use it's a no brainer..

    Things I would have changed:

Advertise that the upgraded guided (that keeps the barrel aligned at the muzzle) is installed & that aftermarket fittings are not required. Might do with a relaunch since it's been on the market a while. Otherwise nothing about the Avenger itself.

    What others should know:

two mags & single shot tray are included, upgraded barrel guide at the muzzle that fits better than the aftermarket parts is already installed; especially the vents to the barrel shroud internally, very nice.

    Things I liked:

Price, accuracy, where the gauges are located, power. The rifle is a great buy for the money spent! Haven't had much shooting time with it because the scope I ordered with it is back-ordered. I slapped an old Hammers scope on it, and what a surprise, at 10 yards (the only distance I can shoot in my basement) I got 10 shot 1 hole groups smaller than half the size of a dime (less than 1/4 inch). This is using JSB 18.13 grain pellets, H&N Baracuda 18"s, Crosman Premier Domed Ultra Heavy 19.0 grains and even the Premier 14.3 grain pellets. It doesn't seem to be pellet picky at all. Even shot some H&N 21 and 23 grain slugs. Can't wait to get it out and try it at a longer distance. The rotary mags are a bit finicky that come with the gun ( the 2 I got with the gun didn't work at all. didn't line up with the pellet probe at all. ). I used my Marauder mag's and they worked great.

    Things I would have changed:

The mag's, and the stock just seems a bit flimsy. The stock seems like it will hold up to normal use, but not hard use. I wouldn't throw the rifle into the bed of a truck.

    What others should know:

For the money invested in this rifle it's a good buy. I use a compressor to fill the rifle, I wouldn't try to fill it full with a hand pump but with the operating pressure of the regulator you don't have to fill it all the way. A very good entry level PCP.
