I would make it easier to load pellets, BB capacity is lacking. I would like for a little more FPS. Over. OVERALL a fun little plincker. Nicely made,good product.

I brought the 1866 junior for my nephew when out and about so far it is fun to shoot he has already taken out every can I've given him

We received a couple of these for Christmas and have already taken them shooting 3 times. They aren't very powerful but are a great starter gun for kids learning to shoot.

Perfect size and easy for my five year old daughter to learn on. I love it.

I was really exited when i open the box were my rifle came in .it was beautifully and well made.The riffle shoots nice and straight feels good on you're hands and you can choose how powerfully you're shot will be by the amount of pumps that you give it.you can pump up to 10 times when on a regular pump action bb gun top pums are around 3 to 5 and not really powerfull like these one.i would definitely recomend these riffle i am even thinking of buying a second and maybe a 3rd one. These riffle can be a lot of fun for youre kids or an adult it is a really good riffle again would definitely recomend it.

Its more Accurate than my Daisy red rider and also shoots both BBs and pellets, its my new Favorite hands down

Bought this for my son. The action is easy for him to use, and it shoots pretty accurately for a bb gun. Its a fun style to handle as well.

We simply love this gun, it is easy to use, my 1o year old had no difficulties using it.

As soon as we got it, went to the backyard and start shooting cans, we had so much fun!

The 1866 Junior BB gun is a beautiful looking model. The bolt action for loading the BB is neat and the cocking hammer for its safety feature is cool. The only problem with this model is the one pump lever is made of a rather cheap plastic and I personally think my son is going to break it fairly quickly. I like the gun it's just too bad that feature was made a little stronger.

It is a good beginning gun to practice with. Lightweight and easy to use. I don't like how cheap the lever feels however it works fine. Would use for beginners.

The air gun was exactly what I was looking for. It's lightweight but durable. I love the iron sights on it, makes me feel like I'm in the old west. The only thing I dont care for is it doesn't hold alot of bbs and is tricky to put pellets in. It's all around fun for my step son and i

I think that the gun was a great overall gun for kids I only have a few minor problems with the gun. The first is that the gun doesnt fit my sholder very well, it also doesnt hold as many BB's as I would want, the pumping arm is feels a little delicate and the hammer/safety doesnt always stay up even before you shoot if you try to move the hamer too fast. The pluses to the gun are that it will last a very long time if you take good care of the gun it comes with the sights already adgusted to the perfect hight looks amazing with the snythetic wood stock and gold details.

I really liked the bb gun and I can shoot it in our backyard. The only bad thing's I don't like is that the curve on the stock is only meant for kids to and it doesn't hold as many bb's as an adult bb gun. I also like that the hammer has to be pulled back to shoot and once shot goes back down by its self so you don't accidently forget to turn the hammer/safety off.

I bought a 1866 Junior for my stepson as a Christmas present, with the goal of teaching him basic firearm safety and familiarizing himself with a rifle before we move up to the .22LR. I don't believe the 1866 will ever stay put away for more than a week. It is incredibly fun to shoot targets in the back yard. The Junior is easy for him to handle with minimum assistance, and the versatility of being able to swap from BBs to pellets is fantastic. It is a great way to introduce someone into the wide world of firearms and firearm safety.

The fit was great for my 5 yr old. Rifle functions as it should and quality seems ok.

I purchased the Rosie and I just had to get the junior!!! Matching sets. I love it!

It is easy 2 load and prep 4 each shot and pretty accurate.

Great beginner gun for our grandson. Looks and feels great. Easy operation.
