If you're an adult get the adult size. The junior is like a sawed off lever gun. It's tiny. Fun and accurate, but needs more length. Still fun to plink with

Good ergo, fun action, accurate for what it is.
Plastic lever worries me a little for long term use and the "wood grain" stock looks pretty cheap. Might of been better to just color it brown and leave off the texture.

Very nice design and seems well built. It's "so cool" according to my son. Only advice is keep an eye out, it's more powerful than i expected.

My son has been asking for a bb gun for awhile and I finally caved. This one he loves the look and said he feels like a cowboy. It is super easy to use and feels like its shoots good.

It works good, and is powerful, the only thing i have a complaint about is how you load pellets. They turn sideways alot. Over all a good gun.

Easy to use. The graphics in the manual are very clear and help to explain the use of the airgun to a child (age 10+ of course)

Bought tjis for my 6yr old son as his first gun. Being only $10 more then red Ryder I thought it wpuld be good. Even though its 1 pump only its a powerful BB gun. The long pump handle makes it easy for my son to pump it himself and the safety reset to g after ea. shit is a great feature! Couldnt have asked for a better BB gun.the octagon Harrell also adds a very nice look to it

This gun was purchased as a first gun for a 7yo boy, and it did not disappoint! It was easy for him to shoot, accurate, and looked authentic. He came in from shooting with Daddy with an ear-to-ear grin across his face. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice to get him this!

This was bought as a surprise gift for my son... he was so excited the minute he opened it and its the only thing he talks about and wants to do now other than play video games... it was easy for him to figure out and use.

I love the barra 1866 junior bb gun. I bought it for my son for christmas and he loves it. I bought it in hopes that the pumping would be easier then the older bb guns. My son and I both love the single pump with the longer lever. It makes it so much easier for him. I'd recommend this gun to anyone who wants a great bonding experience with their child.

When I held 1866 junior it felt really good in my hand so I couldn't wait to shoot the BB gun, When shot the gun it felt really good and the sight from the door was immaculate.

The gun is a nice piece. I love the auto safety. Only dislike is how hard the trigger pulls. My son struggles to pull the trigger with one finger.

My wife and I purchased BB gun for my son for Christmas. This is his first BB gun he is so excited. He seen this in a catalog and wanted it so bad he loves the lever action style and the color of it. I had one as a child thank you for bringing back a lot of good memories.
