The gun looks amazing and feels great but is on a bit of the heavier side (probably plays into the durability). So far seems to be really sturdy and works well

Well I'll start with the good and then the few little bad it is a nice well built gun they took time to make it it shoots really good it's powerful it shoots straight but the only bad that I have found has been it's hard to load the pellets they go backwards and not in there that easy and sometimes after you shoot it and you're pumping it up it don't want to hold the air at first it pushes the air out the end of the gun where the BB or pellets should come out at only till about the third pump and then it straightens out but as we shoot it I'll let you know if it changes

Kids like the old school styling. Everything about the 1866 is easy to use, operate and master. Light weight. Accurate. A "MUST HAVE" to teach and learn "Iron-Sight" shooting. Quiet, smooth and it's accuracy make this rifle an option for any age.

I accidently walked past the 1866 Air Gun shopping. It really caught my eye, and after getting back home, I thought I should have of bought it then. The next day I went back to the store to buy it.
I am really enjoying it. It is affordable, awesome, accurate, and looks really sharp.
The reason I rated 4 stars was because I felt Barra could have used a better-quality material for the stock and forestock.

I have to say this is a awesome product! At first I thought the weight of it was a little heavy but you quickly adjust to it! It's really accurate and you really only 2-4 pump for what ever your target is. It's pretty neat! I personally bought this model to handle a rodent problem(traps were ineffective). So far so good!!(knock on wood) I would highly recommend this item!!

I like how much fps it has for the price and the open ability to use pellets and bbs. The pellets are a little difficult to load

This is a nice pellet gun for the price! It is able to shoot both bbs as well as .177 caliber pellets. Both with decent precision. I noticed that with 10 pumps it goes a far distance and packs quite a punch. The gun has some weight to it and is made from plastic and metal with a gold finish. It feels really good in my hands and you can tell its not just a cheap flimsy toy that will last one weekend, this pellet gun will last quite a while!!
