I got this gun as a Christmas gift. It is so powerful that my father is thinking about getting one. It handles well and it is an accurate shot. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Shoots very straight with pellets have not tried bb's yet. Handle and for grip are a bit blocky but have larger hands so not bad might be problem if you have smaller hands. Definitely worth the price.

Shoots pretty hard after 10 pumps. Sights right on, right out of the box, at about 25 yeards.
Gold-Colored receiver and butt plate look good. Looks good in gun case!
Perhaps upgrade to wooden stock and forearm, and gold colored metal at some point. I realize price point would increase

This pellet rifle really makes you feel like your in the old west. Living out my cowboy dreams with this. And ammo is easy to find as opposed to firearm ammo. So happy. Fun and safe to use.

The 1866 is very best and I think it also great for the price. definitely should be your choice for BB/pellet choice

Been pretty good so far, not been able to shoot it much. would be better if the bolt that you load it with was made out of metal instead of plastic. other than that it seems to be pretty accurate.

I love the design of this gun the octagon barrel is a great look the accuracy is top notch the brass look of a old cowboy rifle is great my boys and I really injoy this rifle

It's not actually solid gold, but it is a nice finish for the receiver. Fun and simple to fire, packs quite the punch when necessary. Rivals to some Daisy products! Fantastic!
