    Things I liked:

Stunning accuracy - I just sighted it in today and shot a dime-sized four-shot group at 25 yards using a bipod resting on a lawn chair - and I'm not even a good shot, I'm still a beginner. This thing is amazing! If I can do a group like that at 25 yards, a good marksman can probably put four in the same hole at that distance. As it was, three of the four holes were touching each other and the fourth was just a little bit away from the others. All were in the center of the bullseye. Very, very quiet - the ping is louder than the report. Excellent fit and finish, this is a really well-built gun. The trigger - it's wonderful. The pull is just right for me, I have no plans to adjust it. Both the first and second stages are very smooth and precise. Made in USA (with some imported parts)

    Things I would have changed:

The ping is annoying, Crosman should just de-ping these things at the factory and be done with it. It's pretty heavy. Weighing in at over 7 pounds, plus the scope and the bipod, it's a lot of weight to haul around even in my backyard. I'm 5-9 and small-framed, it's really hard for me to shoot a Marauder off-hand.

    What others should know:

I ordered the Marauder .25 Ultimate package and it's a very good value for the money. There are, however, two things I would change: 1) Include at least a 4-16X scope with it. I went out and bought one anyway and will eBay the Tech Force 4-12 it came with. The optics on the Tech Force are a bit better than on the Crosman Adventure Class 4-16 I bought, but I really wanted the extra magnification. 2) While I didn't have trouble installing the bipod as some Marauder owners have, I do think that overall it's a piece of trash. It's too short to use for anything but firing prone or from a bench; I can see already that I'll be buying a decent bipod that extends enough to shoot from a sitting position. Pyramyd has put together a nice package overall in the Ultimate package, but they should really drop this bipod and either make the package cheaper or put the savings toward a higher-zoom scope. The bottom line is, get a Marauder, you'll love it :-) It's everything people say it is and then some. I upgraded to this from a Daisy 880 (really!) and considered a number of gas-piston springers before settling on the Marauder. The more I researched, the more I could see that if I didn't get a Marauder, I'd wish I had and would find myself shopping again in a year, anyway. Crosman has a synth stock version of the Marauder coming out in the fall. If you want something a bit lighter or just prefer synth to wood, it could be worth waiting for. I just couldn't wait :-)

    Things I liked:

trigger is perfect out of the box. attached scope and zeroed it in about 30 min. 10 shot mag nice but you sure go through lots of ammo.

    Things I would have changed:

i don't know if people could be convinced but if the like to shoot they need an air tank. I found the I needed to clean the air chamber regularly when using a pump because gunk got by the little filter and soon would make the pressure chamber leak around o rings. So maybe a package deal with an air tank????? FYI not problem since I don't use pump now.

    What others should know:

this is far more accurate even than claimed. if you like to shoot and hit what you are aiming at then this is for you. my grandchildren 9 and 11 shot 1 inch groups at 50 yards with just a little guidance. this is fun.

    Things I liked:

I like the trigger. I like the accuracy (a lot). I like the peace of mind in using PA's 10 for 10 to look for leaks.

    Things I would have changed:

It's heavy; seems like it is going to be really heavy for carry in the field. At least Crosman included sling studs.

    What others should know:

Not as quiet as I thought it would be given all the hype I saw and read (I compared it to my .22 Crosman 2240, a .177 Crosman 1377, a .177 Ruger Airhawk, a Daisy Powerline 880 on 3 and 10 pumps, and even a kid's Daisy Buck); maybe I was expecting too much.

    Things I liked:

Well built, accurate and pretty darn well tuned from the factory. First day out i was getting 5 shots into the center hole of a cd at 65 yards. This is really saying something because it was on the scope zeroing run!

    Things I would have changed:

On the wood stock, I wish Crosman would put some sort of conversion varnish or epoxy finish. Due to me bing a woodworker by trade I find the Beech stock to be well designed but too soft with a BARE MINIMUM finish on it. Im talking serious "safe rash" if this thing touches anything hard. If your hard on your guns, get the synthetic when it comes out.

    What others should know:

The step up in accuracy, resistance to windage issues and the retained energy makes the .25 marauder my favorite air rifle. if i had the opportunity to trade a target 22 lr rifle i own for this gun i would! The noise is not an issue, its far quieter than a benjamin 392 .22 pump rilfe, its quieter than my .22 trail NP! This gun is a gas hog, so be prepared to pump your arms and back off, or buy a 4500 psi fill tank. Within 30 yards the POI on this gun is the same with the 25ish grain JSB kings, and the 43 grain EUNJINS, this thing has MAJOR potential!

    Things I liked:

The independence of being able to fill my .25 marauder whenever i please, WITHOUT having to hydro-test a tank every now and again. The metallic components of the pump are well made, well designed and easily rebuilt IF you have a wood jawed vice to disassemble the unit the first time you want to replace the 3rd stage o-ring.

    Things I would have changed:

Crosman NEEEEEEDS to supply a rebuild kit with these, and make them readily available to the general public with a clear VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY statement if you use them. This seems asinine but for two dollars in parts, it would let the technically inclined customer base take care of themselves, while removing a warranty liability from crosman. OR Crosman, you need to use expensive o-rings or come up with a spring loaded PTFE seal stack that will last longer. Maybe i can just engineer a fix and present it to pyramyd or that other desert airgun place to market at a low cost for us poorer pcp shooters.

    What others should know:

If you have the $200 for this pump, spend the extra 100 on a ninja 90ci 4500 psi tank with fill station IF you have a scuba or paintball store nearby. Im really upset i cant keep practicing this weekend because the pump failed and i get to go to the industrial hardware store to get o-rings.

The power, accuracy, trigger, and workmanship on the .25 are excellent. I also like the range of adjustments. Being able to easily tune the rifle to suit my needs is a nice feature too.

    Things I would have changed:

It is a heavy rifle. Lightening the stock would help.

    What others should know:

It isn't a 10-meter target rifle but is extremely accurate and has an excellent trigger. Single hole groups are not uncommon at 15 yards with a few different pellets. Most accurate I've tried are the JSB Kings 25.4g and AA Field 25.4g domed pellets. EunJin 43.2 aren't too far behind.

    Things I liked:

WOW!!! In the past I have purchased a RWS 350 Mag and the Benjamin 725. The Benj. 725 is for sell and the RWS is suddenly shooting a lot better, out of fear, since the Marauder 25 cal. came through my front door. The power, the ability to call your shots and put them exactly THERE, and the unbeliverably quiteness of the Marauder is a shooter's dream come true. Out of the box the Marauder introduced itself as a superior weapon system showing that yes...it is possible to produce and high quality weapon at cost level that you won't have to apply for a FHA loan to obtain it.

    Things I would have changed:

    Don't dare change a thing.

    What others should know:

Ladies and gents if you looking for a weapon that can out perform nearest any rimfire rifle at 50 to 100 yards, (yes that is inclusive of my CZ 452 17 cal.) and no one will ever know you fired single shot....GET THE MARAUDER.

    Things I would have changed:

I would change the finish and design of the stock,It looks a little cheap or commercial.

I like everything about the Marauder. Put the scope on and only had 10 yards at that time. First 32 rounds at that range, never having fired the gun before could be covered by a dime. Pleasure to shoot. Quiet and accurate. Very pleased.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

My first PCP. Very happy and excited. I have many air guns, this is by far the most accurate and the most fun to shoot.

    Things I liked:

I like the overall appearance of this airgun, the trigger is excellent! the sound is unbelievably QUIET!!! The smack of the pellet hitting its mark at 50 yards away is way louder than the gun is PERIOD!!! I just got my .22 two days ago and I can put 10 shots inside a nickel at 65yards!!! NOW THAT'S ACCURATE FOR A PELLET RIFLE!!!!

    Things I would have changed:

I'd have to say make the stock out of a harder wood/ instead of something that looks like a (soft ash wood). And secure the barrel to the rest of the gun (front mount). It is a little heavy, maybe some lighter materials.

    What others should know:

This airgun is amazingly accurate and I have the .22 and it hits like a brick! 3/4" wood is no match at 40yrds,clean through! I did my homework before I ever considered buying the .22 and read every single positive/negative review I found about it on P.A. and the marauder forums, and I have to admit I was scared to get one but told myself if it wasn't a good one I could return it. So I got my .22 and had my (10/10)done,(great service I might add)(P.A./pyramydair)is an awesome company to add that option for us..... so I took my gun out and had it zero'd in less than 15 shots was astonished at how quiet it truly is, REMARKABLE! Accuracy is nothing to worry about with this gun or this caliber .22. whatever was wrong with the accuracy issues crosman had before, they have obviously cured it! Great job crosman/benjamin!!!! If your thinking about buying this gun don't think about it just do it! You will be so glad u did, you'll pat your own self on the back!!! Atleast save yourself some money when u do an get the premium package gun/pump...I saved $50. The pump isn't bad I'm almost 40yrs old 155lbs and not one sore muscle and I've shot over 1000 rounds in 2 days. Like a fellow airgunner on here said do whatever you have too, save, steal, or borrow the money to get one you will not regret it....!!!!!! THERE'S NO WAY I'M GIVING UP MINE!!!!!!! I hope this helped, goodluck to all in their searches cause mine's over....

Amazing rifle, quiet and accurate. Right out of the box I printed one hole groups at 20yards with JSP Exact Kings.

    Things I would have changed:

A larger air reservoir would be nice. Top velocity and groups tend to be at full air capacity, a larger supply of air would allow a few more clips before you would need to top off the tank.

    What others should know:

The marauder is a great gun at a great price.

    Things I liked:

I'm in love with this.25 Marauder. It's easy to hold. A pleasure to shoot! Balanced. Powerful. Pretty quiet. I'm comparing to a springer and a Nitro Piston gun. Like others have said, the pellet makes more noise hitting the target. Overall a really sweet air gun. UTG Leapers scope.

    Things I would have changed:

So far, I haven't found one thing I would have changed. I'm still in awe at the ease of shooting and it's accuracy.

    What others should know:

After owning a Gamo Silent Cat .177 & a Benjamin NPXL 1100 .22 cal, I was totally shocked when I pulled the trigger for the first time on the .25 Marauder. Smooth, quiet, and virtually no recoil. After sighting in the scope at 50 feet, this gun was putting one round right behind the other. I will hunt squirrel and rabbit. I can see this rifle being accurate at 50 yards, "150 feet" with no problem. Shooting the JSB Exact Jumbo. Bought a new 80cu ft air tank. No pump for me. I'm so thrilled with this gun, if my wife likes it, I'll get one for her so we can hunt together.

    Things I liked:

There is nothing to not like about this Air Gun, I just got it today at 5:00pm and by 6:30pm after reading my instructions, installing my Center Point Scope, loading up the magazine and 20 minutes of pumping from 0-psi to 3000-psi. I shot 24 pellets from 3000 down to 1700-psi at 25-yrds and 3/8" 5 shot groups, most of those shots went pellet hole into pellet hole. I then shot the last 8 shots at about 60 yrds with dime sized groups, unbelievable accuracy. My scope was already almost dead on so it only took 3 of those shots to dial it in. I shot the Benjamin .25 Cal, 27.8 Grain, Domed, 200-ct pellets that came with the package deal I got from Pyramyd Air. There is absolutely no recoil or kick of any kind, I still cannot believe how accurate and easy this gun is to shoot straight out of the box. It is so quiet that when i shot the first shot I didn't think i actually even shot it! The trigger is just a little long but can be adjusted which I have not done yet. Also, even at factory settings the trigger is smooth and just plain sweet, I am so happy right now I just don't know what to do with myself!

    Things I would have changed:

I don't think I would change anything about this gun.

    What others should know:

You should when you first pull the Marauder out of the box wipe off any excess oil that may be able to run down into areas it shouldn't. Also the first time you fill up the gun using the Benjamin hand pump you will need to take your time and pump slow and hold down a second when your at the end of each stroke to make sure it feeds all the air into the gun. It will take a couple hundred pumps from 0 to 3000 psi. After that don't shoot it down too low, maybe go down to about 1700 psi and fill it back up. The 25 cal will drop accuracy below 1700 psi or so, depends on your ammo as well. Make sure you let the pump cool down between fills as recommended. I will do another review update using the hand pump and shot accuracy later!

Not a change, but an accessory I' like to see: a screw-on extender to add maybe another 4 baffles to make it even quieter.
