Easy to load, easy to aim, easy to fire, ACCURATE. Easy to mount an optic. Zeroed at 20 feet and it appeared that I could put one pellet on top of another if I could hold it that still. 20 feet is all the room I have in the basement, so that is good enough for me.
Things I would have changed:The barrel drops open to reload. If you use an optic the release button is on top of the revolver just over the cylinder, which places it just under the optic at least the UTG that I have. Not such a big deal as my UTG has a quick release and I pop it off, change the pellet clip, and pop the UTG back on. A little inconvenient, but it stays accurate. If the button could be located else where it would be great, but I don't see how they would do it. Only real issue I had was one of the pellet clips jams every time in the same spot, have not been able to figure out a fix for it, but I have marked it and do not load that spot. The other three clips all work flawlessly.
What others should know:The folks at PyramydAir recommended the UTG SCP;RG40SDQ red/green dot sight to pair with this. I found that I was able to quickly sight this in and from a supported position I was able to tear out the center of the target with 10 rounds of H&N Field Target Trophy Green, also recommended by PyramydAir.. I did this from a measured distance of 20 feet in my basement. After sighting in, I took it outside and had great results with the revolver and optic outside in the wind and bright sunshine. With over sixty years on these eyes the optic makes a big difference in lining up a target and engaging it accurately. Felt like I could not miss with this combination of revolver, optic and pellet.

The heft, looks and ruggedness. The top and bottom rail for adding a scope and flash light. Easy loading cassette and fast firing.
Things I would have changed:The barrel and front rail tip move approximately a cm up and down when a disc is removed for refilling. The barrel also slides in and out during this time. Cannot tell if this is to reduce recoil or a defect. Still fires just fine. A rough and heavier hand grip would help in holding.

This is a really fun gun. Accurate at least up to 25 yards (the farthest I tried.) I got about 50 accurate shots before the CO2 started to wane and another 20 less accurate after that. Saves time going to the range with my cente rfire and rim fire revolvers/pistols. Not to mention the good price on Pyramyd Air.
Things I would have changed:Some people complained abut the plastic safety, but being a revolver shooter I don't have safeties on my guns anyway. The long trigger pull is the safety. I just leave the safety in the fire position all the time.
What others should know:Possibly could become addictive :-)

Great gun for the money and a great system for repeater. Have to watch the Co2 you'll know cause it just lobs the pellet. I get about 50 shots to a canister. With multiple amo cartridges, very fast change to the next one with a little practice.

I bought the special version with 2 extra Barrels one short and one long. It is decently accurate. The multiple barrels are a nice option for $69.95 but barrels are all plastic with a very thin walled, rifled barrel insert.
Things I would have changed:I ordered this to replace my mid 90's .357. I have to say, the newer model is a far cry from the older vintage. My barrel lock went out, it is simply a metal latch sitting on a round rubber piece used as a spring. Mine disintegrated. After I ordered this (it was on back order) I fixed my old one by cutting a spring from a ball point pen, epoxying a plastic ledge to rest. It fixed it perfectly. The older gun is heavier, more metal parts, tighter fitting and more accurate. That pretty much explains the 3 stars. I debated on 2 but gave it a GOOD not great rating. The thin plastic grips are a joke. Add a buck more plastic and that would help. They are respectable in accuracy, I have handed the two to friends with their eyes closed and asked them to cock and feel the two. Every one noticed the sloppy grips, and noticed how cheap it felt compared to the old gun. Sorry Crossman, it is a strike out for me.
What others should know:Pyramid is a decent company and I have never been disappointed with their Customer Service, their pricing and Shipping. They try very hard to educate newer members and deserve a thumbs up for that. Try and find an older model, and use MY spring fix. you will be MUCH happier. I am going to try and return this to Pyramid but since I shot it I doubt they will take it back and I don't blame them.. In fact I won't even try. I knew the minute I picked it up it wasn't as well made.. Perhaps I'll throw it in the Attic in the plastic shell like new, People will probably say how much better it is than the new ones 30 years from now. That is if the government hasn't banned them by then. My City of Sioux City Iowa passed a law against bb and air pistols that "look" like real guns...

I own the older .357 Colt Python model. I have owned mine for over 23 years. It's still 100% reliable. It shoots BETTER after thousands of rounds . When new it shot a bit under Quarter sized groups at 30 feet, After about 100 rounds it improved to Nickel sized. Now, it has evened out at dime or even sub Dime sized groups! I painted the edge of the front site white and it's really helped sighting. I've out shot target guns that cost 4X more, Usually the other person walked away cursing and shaking his expensive gun. I just sat there smiling, and YES I have kissed the gun in my hand lol. I wouldn't sell it for anything, My Son even asked me to pass it on to him. that says a lot about a gun that costs so little. I'd like to find nicer grips and if you know where please message me! Polishing the sear and trigger helps make it "feel" much more expensive! I LOVE MY OLD .357!
Things I would have changed:The ONLY thing I have noticed is the barrel break lock has lost some tension which added a bit of slop. I tucked a bit of tissue under that lock and it has been fine, but I need to tear it down and replace the spring that holds the locking clamp up tight. that is under the button you push to break the barrel, It is probably because of the thousands or rounds I have put through it. I don't know about yours but mine will leak out the C02 gas when sitting, it is over a week and under 2 months. How about yours???
What others should know:BUY ONE! you will not regret it. I have noticed the few bad ratings, are sadly to be expected but even so are surprisingly low for this inexpensive of a gun's QA. Shipping issues are NOT a reason for a bad score, but I have seen it.. What are you waiting for? Get your card out and buy one!

This 10 pellet shot revolver brings several positive aspects to the table considering the reasonable price. The pellet losing system is very simple and appears to be very problem resistant. The fact this is a pellet shooter with a rifled barrel and above average power makes for a more accurate shot than would be expected for the price. Mix in the adjustable rear sight for both height and windage and we are talking about a top line pistol....for shot. It has rails for accessories as well. Top and bottom of the barrel.
Things I would have changed:It is almost all plastic, and not the good kind of plastic that feels like it is some high tech army class polymer. Just regular plastic with a big old plastic grip that comes in half and makes cheap plastic sounds to get at the co2. It is too big. The grip relative to trigger location can make for a tough pull. I think a small hand would really struggle with this gun. There is too much plastic.
What others should know:It is easy to see where the money went producing this gun. If you want a cheap revolver that will push lead down range accurately and looks and feel are irrelevant, this gun is for you.
