    Things I liked:

WEIGHT IS NICE NOT SOME LITTLE FEATHERWEIGHT TOY

    Things I would have changed:

NOISE LEVEL IS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE...DEFINETLY NOT THE WHISPER OTHERS HAVE SAID. IT ODES MAKE ENOUGH NOISE TO ALERT OTHER SQUIRRELS CLOSE TO TARGET

    Things I liked:

Been shooting with X20S2 for two weeks I give it four stars. Accuracy was very good up to 20 yards. The rifle is really well made easy to cock and load. Noise level is what I expected. Able to shoot in the backyard without bothering my neighbors. I had actually gone over to my neighbors and asked them if they could hear me shooting, they replied that they could hear it but wasn't anything they found bothersome or alarming.

    Things I would have changed:

The scope is terrible, the Optima scopes which you get with most of the rifles from Hatsan are way better than the scope provided with the X20S2. I have heard and read about how terrible the trigger is. For me I didn't have any complaints regarding the trigger.

    What others should know:

This is a totally "best buy" for the price and quality of the X20S2 I would definitely recommend to other potential buyers.

I've ordered 2 of these, both arrived bent. Replacement took almost 10 days to re-ship, and it was sent through UPS despite the PA rep assuring it would be sent FedEx

    Things I would have changed:

    Stop shipping through UPS

    What others should know:

    Don't select UPS shipping. Ever.

    Things I liked:

Good materials used Awesome price on this air rifle Solid lockup of barrel to receiver It simply works

    Things I would have changed:

Included scope is a blurry mess. WIll need replacing. There is a minor issue with cleaning pellets and the built-in suppressor. They will fall into the baffles and later turn up while shooting in the form of a puff cloud. So best to use either a boresnake or rod with patches in a slotted jig. The trigger is a bit heavy out of the box and will require some work/tuning.

    What others should know:

For someone getting into air rifles this one is a really good deal. I'm shocked Pyramyd Air is closing these out. This is perhaps the best air rifle I've laid my hands on to date. And that is compared to much higher priced air rifles. This is a true diamond in the rough. It needs a little cleaning to get the factory grease gunk out and then re-lube it with moly sparingly. Get your trigger tuned, either by the RC bearing method or CDT trigger. While you are inside you can also get rid of all rough edges (all air rifles have these today, this one just had less and good material to work with). Check your spring ends, and remove/smooth out and sharp edges on there. Lube with moly paste and you're good to go. This air rifle takes standard 25mm piston seal either from Maccari or Vortek. It's a keeper and a shooter. Best $99 I ever spent on an air rifle.

    Things I liked:

How critical can you be of a very cool suppressor .22 version break barrel that comes with a scope for about a hundred bucks? I'm wondering if I made a unfair 4 not 5 stars for accuracy, but it seems that depends on one's shoulder grip, many better scope options, and for sure the type/weight of pellet(speaking of many options). Thanks to Pyramyd Air for old school customer service. I needed to use the RMA process and it was painless even for me. Helpful people here. Thank you.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing for this price. More information about what pellets work best in order to maintain the integrity of the factory suppressor. Is a 2 piece pellet ok to use? Is a round ball .22 ok to use? How heavy? This information may already be obvious to others.

    What others should know:

Easy to learn how to use. There is a bit of dexterity needed to break. Quieter than most this good looker hits hard and impressive. You can show it off at home.

    Things I liked:

The build quality of this rifle is excellent. It is a tad on the heavy side but other than that I think it is an exceptional value. I have read a lot of complaints about the trigger pull and the scope being poorly designed, I have been shooting all types of weapons since I was a child and spent thirteen years in the Army as an Infantry soldier and I found no problem with either. I was able to zero the provided scope in less than fifteen minutes at thirty yards with a consistent close grouping of shots repeatedly. I think some folks are looking for a Ferrari when they are paying for a Ford. This rifle is easy to operate, fairly quiet, and accurate. I have had good fortune in the past with the Stoeger Arms Company. My son was a competitive Trap and Skeet shooter during his High School years using a Stoeger 12ga., over and under shotgun. He was ranked number three in our State for his age group competing against other youth with three thousand dollar Benelli guns. I love Stoeger guns.

    Things I would have changed:

It is just a tad on the heavy side, other than this I would change nothing.

    What others should know:

If your looking for a great Air Rifle at a fantastic price I would purchase one of these. I plan on using this for hunting small game, and with a couple of tricks up my sleeve may even try and take a wild hog with it. This is a great workhorse Air Rifle that won't hurt your pocketbook, quality built, and extremely good looking. It is a pleasure to shoot, easy to operate and maintain. Get you one from the good folks at Pyramyd Air!

    Things I liked:

Very good quality. Solid stock and all else. Powerhouse! Blows through phone books easily. Complaining about the scope and trigger pull are stretching it--scope is good, sharp reticle and optics just a little narrower field than my $250 scope but not far off in general quality. Suppressor helps. As far as I can tell, accuracy is fine, certainly very consistent in the short ranges I used it so far. Trigger is smooth and regular, reliable and controllable. If a bit long, that would be only for a shooter making a grab shot. I believe this gun is really underpriced at least half or more. (Don't tell Pyramid, tho..... I told friends about the sale price on this good gun.) Other guns: Benjamin PCP, scoped. FWB recoilless match. Baikal MP-46. I went through a few others over the years.

    Things I would have changed:

Damned thing is too powerful, at least for close range pest control where I am. Range is pretty short. Hoping to lighten the spring and reduce report level too--don't want to alarm the old folks hereabouts--I've left it on full cock for sessions of hours and hours, at least 15 if not 20 hours by now, but still it retains almost full power. That means quality steel inside. To cock it originally I put stock on the floor and pushed barrel down with considerable body weight until 2nd click and lock. More power than I need. Though I could cock it by arm force alone braced against my abdomen/waist, why wear out an elbow? The sole actual defect is in the scope rings: 2 of the 4 little Allen screws are locked in too tight to loosen and move the scope back and forth. That scope is in place on the receiver PERIOD and aint goin anywhere, locked in by the locking tab and the matching inset in the receiver. Fortunately the set distance to shooter's eye is okay, just not customable.

    What others should know:

I bought this gun on sortof a bored whim and to have a lightwt sporter for occas. use--and the terrific bargain price. Well, the darned thing turned out to be fun and interesting, and impressive. And being so cheap in price (not quality) that I don't worry about it as I do with my scoped PCP Benjamin.

    Things I liked:

I bought the Stoger X20S2 for my Father in Law for a Christmas gift this year, for pesting purposes on hi lake front property, we celebrated Christmas yesterday. I has built a indoor 10 yard shooting range in our basement for Airguns, and Traditional archery, He took it downstairs, and within 4 pellets being shot, had it sighted in perfectly, he loves it, and he really likes the illuminated green, and red rectical, I know it was only 10 yards, so time will tell the accuracy of the bundled scope outdoors, very basement, and backyard friendly Air Rifle, the suppressor works great, my boy's had their Air Rifles Gamo Bone Collector, and Hatsan Edge all 22 caliber, and the Stoger X20S2 is by far the quietest, but all 3 rifles, are very accurate. PYRAMYD AIR has outstanding customer service, and very knowledgeable sales reps. My favorite is Ruth Kass ext. 240 ask for her, you won't be disappointed

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing as of yet.

    What others should know:

Pyramyd Air is a Awesome place to make your Airgun purchases.

    Things I liked:

Scope that comes with it is not bad for 10-20 yard backyard plinking. It's no target scope, but it is not bad. The Suppressor actually works pretty well, the pellet exiting the gun is quiet. Stock is reasonably solid and chunky for an adult shooter, it is not flimsy.

    Things I would have changed:

Trigger is not great out of the box, long pull and heavy. This can be replaced with an aftermarket trigger if so desired (which would likely void the warranty). The spring noise (not the pellet exiting noise) is loud in the factory configuration. This is fixable.

    What others should know:

Note: The modifications will void the warranty: If you want to quiet this gun down significantly for backyard target plinking, it is easy. Make sure the gun is unloaded, and not cocked. Remove the stock. Remove the safety from the gun. Unscrew the square head bolt that is used to retain the trigger assembly. Push out the rear large pin (note the assembly inside is under spring pressure, so it will fly out) with a hammer and punch. Remove the spacer that pressurizes the spring. It is a black cylindrical piece, fatter at one end than the other, about an inch and a half long. Reassemble in the reverse order above. Make sure the safety works correctly. This cuts the power of the gun in half, making it MUCH quieter and also easier for younger adults or ladies to cock it. Accuracy is still good, but it sounds no louder than a stapler. Great for neighborhood use. If you want to vary the strength, you can use rubber washers (1/2 inch ID, 1 inch OD) as spacers to vary spring pressure

very accurate good price point quitter than my other break barrel rifles, great feel and looks good also.

    Things I would have changed:

the scope that comes with it is underwhelming so much so I did not install on the rifle, I ordered another scope and installed it and it works very good. so I really can not judge the scope., I am going to try it on another rifle.

    What others should know:

This is neighbor hood friendly and I would recommend it great product for the price hope it keep shooting accurately.

Good power silent feel, very good accuracy Straight Out of the Box. Quiet enough for the backyard or basement

    Things I would have changed:

In the included scope does not do the gun Justice. If you have small hands like me the pistol grip area of the shoulder stock may seem a stretch to the trigger.

    What others should know:

For people with small hands you may have to change your usual hold. The reach to the trigger is longer than usual. Otherwise grab one on sale you won't be disappointed

    Things I would have changed:

The quick fill valve. I know most people are supposed to like this, but if you don't constantly shoot off a fancy rest and fill with a pump.. Its a pain. The whole is very picky in the slightest movement of the hose will have the air leaking

    What others should know:

A good PCP experience if you're not too much of a traditionalist. Found one on sale and it's a great deal.
