Supersonic with every shot fired with my Storm XT- penetrated standard sheetmetal .01" thick (5 gallon paint can) at 35yrds or 75 Ft-poor grouping with a high powered rifle after 15yrds or 45 Ft (1" upto 3") would not recommend for varmit hunting with highpowered rifles at distances past 10 yards- Medium power rifles like my 560 carbine were shooting tight groups (1/2") at up to 25yrds with significant penetration- bursting aerosal cans at 15yrds(45Ft) and threw and threw full 16oz water bottles with the caps (off!) With caps on the pressure from a sealed 16oz vessel of water was too strong. Very effective, acurate and lethal for medium powered rifles BELOW 700 FPS in my perspective. Also at all different velocities the pellet never loss its form regardless of what it came in contact with, ie concrete, wood and or sheetmetal. Does NOT give up its energy to deforming and expansion- it punches perfectly round holes!

More information on the base metal. Very lite weight to be so strong and durable under the conditions of a fast moving projectile.

Buy alot on your first purchase- takes time and many pellets to get a good zero on any rifle due to its lite weight any velocity increase mathching your barrel type and scope.

IN high power pellet guns these pellets just plain out suck!!! i have a big cat 1200, I'm not having a lot of these pellets keyhole(hit sideways) but, i'm not getting a lot of penatration... and violecity... well they give my gun about on average 50-80FPS faster... in my opion these are good for paper punching...

The bullet looking case the pellets come in is not as nice as it looks mine broke open and i spilled my pellets and lost about ten pellets. The pellet didnt do as good as normal lead pellets at penetrating wood but it made up by penetrating twice as far throug steel as lead. These pellets are not as accurate as i would like b/c they achieve supersonic in my rifle and go all over the place.

I like the power and the crack it does ok against pests.

Cheaper or more of them

The accuracys ok but I prefer RWS myself.

If you find a way to hit anything past 35 yards it will kill it.

They are unique, but thats about it.

The skirts of the pellets are not consistent, so they tumble when they are fired...making them quite inaccurate! It is a neat idea, but this product is only good for plinking big targets.

These are fun to blaze through with the Umarex Desert Eagle, but my Ruger Air Hawk Elite shoots sparatic. Any low velocity gun (600fps and under) shoots these somewhat accurate.

i looked at the pellets and though it was bull but with no wind they worked. I hunt all the time but with real guns and i wanted to try pellet guns, I hav shot lots of squirrels but i killed my first one with my pellet gun i used this and it went right thought him from 20 yards away.

Supersonic crack sounds great and is a lot of fun to shoot. Really increased velocity with my beeman rs2. Accuracy was decent with the larger portion of them.

Sell them in a tin. Maybe 200 of them for the same price. Quality control could be better, about 20% of the ones I recieved had deformed skirts.

The only ones that the accuracy was bad with were the deformed ones, the rest of them were fairly accurate. I will continue to use them just because they are fun. I cannot wait to try them in .22 cal.

THESE ARE OUTRAGOUS PELLETS,,,WITH MY GAMO BIG CAT 1200 will go through a phone book at close range,but not real accurate at long range [too light] ,I find they work 100% better in my Daisy 880s and my Beeman P17 , they are super accurate in my 880s can shoot map tacks..!

Being from New Zealand,I've not once found a single de-formed pallet. Maybe shipped different to the U.S.A.? these pallets rule supreme on small game-believe this or not,I've pulled off a one hit kill on a large possum@65metres...it dropped off it's branch like a stone.NO EXAGGERATION.Rifle used?I hear you ask....Gamo Hunter 1250.Have never and will never be able to do that with lead. What's this about piston slap??supersonic velocity does not occur until pallet has well cleared the muzzle.Need proof?shoot a target @1.5M(5feet)or closer,there will be no sonic crack.Also sit your chrono 15-20M away(50feet)then try telling me that 1600ft/sec does't occur.Pallets need to accelerate-they don't bust sound barrier,or attain maximum velocity the very micro second they start to move from the breach.As for groupings,the prior mentioned critter was slapped right where my specialised Gamo 4x32vampire scope's crosshairs were trained.thanks for your time.

They are not lead, the sound, accuracy and speed.

The container they come in. They are quite pricey.

Using these in the Hunter Extreme they are quite loud. Too loud for anyone with neighbors even relatively close. I live on 5 acres and the closest neighbors arent very close but already had them come by to see what I was shooting for fear of it being some kind of rifle. Accuracy seems quite good with these. After reading the other reviews I expected them to be all over the place but this was not the case.

every thing these pellets do what it says they can do packs 25% more punck then lead leaves no resido in the barrrel geat pellet.

i have a remington air master that has 755 feet per second itthe pellets give it a 100 to 200ft per second i highly recomend them

not heavy enough for the distance i shoot. cost is to much. can get a better pellet for less money

i am new at air gun shooting,no one told me you don't shoot a targets 100 yds. when i shot my target at 251 ft. the raptor did not hit the target,i think the texas wind blew it off mark. when i shot crossman pointed pellets,premium grade .177 cal. 4.5 mm i not only hit my aim i burried the pellet in a cedar post. my point is shoot the raptor at a much closer distance. i am shooting a accu-air(do-all traps) wisper 1100.

May cause piston slam in 800fps+ rifles. Grouped worse in all my air rifles. I managed to keep a half decent group with a BSA Ultra. Only thing I see they "MIGHT" work good in is a low powered pneumatic air guns. I can't suggest you use them in a spring rifle.

Every thing they don't leave residue in the barrel very powerful and they are very accurate!

the pellets are very clean, and don't leave much residue in the barrel. high velocity creates a rim fire cracking sound.

consistency, consistency, consistency....no pellet seemed the same.. some large, some small, no two pellets fit the bore the same. tried three different ammo packs with the same result.

i used this ammo in a Big Cat and a Shadow and could not group a pattern better than six inches from any reasonable distance. i am still looking for any Gamo Ammo that is consistent and uniform.
