This crossbow pistol comes standard with limbs that have a draw weight of 130 lbs (upgradeable to 150 lbs). It's great for hunting small and medium game or propelling a bolt through the water toward fish. And because it’s comprised of metal, except for the plastic handle, it is strong and reliable.
Loading is a quiet breeze with the built-in, self-retracting cord tensioner that reduces the draw weight to 40 lbs. To load, grab the handle with one hand and pull the rope straight back with the other. After the string clicks into the trigger, it's ready for a bolt.
To help the bolts hit their target, the Ballista BAT comes standard with a 21mm Picatinny rail to mount a red dot or another sighting system. This pistol crossbow is versatile with the ability to shoot several different ammunition types including arrows, harpoons, and darts with lethal precision.

Things I would have changed:Bow string presses too hard on riser and string will not last too long. Pistol grip could be a little larger for bigger hands. Arrow outer diameter could be a little larger.
What others should know:Be sure and use bow wax on bow string to help string last longer.
