Cold Steel Bokken

Perfect for practice. It might way a tad more than the swords I own, but I find that works better for me. All thrusts and swings can be executed without accidental damage to thy own self or one's belongings. One handed or two handed grasps. I like wearing gloves while using it.

I have had one of the older ones for 17 years now without the wrap. I recently got the latest style as well. The wrap visually seems too large, but in the hand it feels way better than looks would have you imagine. The older one has survived countless beatings and a friend leaning on the tip in a fire for a minute. The newer one is heavier and more rigid. You could use one of these for defense, training, or break a tree down before it ever gave up. I highly suggest anyone on the fence get one of these.

This is a great training tool, and if you want to use it as a defensive weapon in your hone, it will work as that too!! I've had mine for several years, an beside being used as a trainer for my son it also is part of my defensive program for my home. You break in you'll get beat down, an have to explain how you got beat down an punked down by a polymer sword!!! Granted there are other options within our hone, but it may be nothing more that a Cold Steel polymer Sword putting you in place!!!!!!

Very sturdy practice sword with a great feel. If you're used to a steel blade it's a bit chunk but nit unmanageable at all. Have hit tested it against a variety of stationary objects and weapons, including parrying metal sabers with light to low-medium force/form attacks, and so far it doesn't show any significant damage at all. Was shipped out fast from ColdSteel and arrived within a few days of ordering it. Great experience overall & will probably buy several more in the future.

Awesome product! Very sturdy and a good price for a starter practice sword. I am looking forward to adding sword drills to my workout plans!

Bought one a while ago for airsoft, love it to bits! Works for airsoft and for practicing as a sword, with the only downside being that the guard doesn't stay tight. They send a rubber piece to hold it on, but it doesn't work, every 3rd cut it has started moving. This is the reason for 4 instead of 5, doesn't affect usefulness, just presentation points.

Bokken is exactly as advertised - arrived quickly - was a great value! Very close to my Katana specs - perfect for training!

I have had my training booken for about a year now and the only damage that it has is small chunks taken out of it from me BREAKING CONCRETE BLOCKS with it. One of the best features I think of sword is when you bend it it keeps it original shape. I also like how you can RUN IT OVER BY YOUR CAR and it’s fine I really think this is a great feature just not for your car. For anyone think about buying this product it’s a good choice.

I'm not good w word. However i do think this was a good purchase, and I would buy again if need. The quality of the product is overall satisfying and feels nice to hold. uhhh
