The Click-N-Cut Hunter fixed blade knife from Cold Steel features three different blades that you can easily exchange via a system similar to the lock on a lockback folding knife. Replacement blades with differed shapes and edges can be purchased separately. It includes a black polymer belt sheath that has a place for each of the blades.

Used this to dress and process the deer this year. Turned out almost exclusively because the blades held an edge far outlasting the knife sets supposedly made for that.
I have owned a few different brands of disposable blade knives, but cold steel are my favorite because it’s easy and safe to change the blades. I also like that the blades are thicker and do not have to worry about them breaking when I am using the knife.
I've had this knife for about a year now and used it to field dress several deer and clean a few turkeys. It's held up great and I love how sturdy the blades are. I've had other replaceable blade knives in the past and the blades were either very thin and flimsy, difficult to replace, or didn't stay attached to the knife. The click-n-cut has none of these issues. For the price, you really can't beat it!
Love the knife, the simplicity of changing blades and blade styles. Really sturdy and well made. The only complaint I have is with the sheath. It fits so snug onto the belt it actually pinches your hip when sitting and can grab ahold of things like your seat belt. Love the knife though!
This knife would be great if the blades were about an inch longer.

Bought this knife a couple of weeks ago. It showed up today! A little shorter than I expected. Blades are ridiculously sharp. Learned that the hard way. I was trying to pry one from the sheath slot closest to the handle (it seemed really jammed in there), when it slipped out across my ring finger and fell on the floor. Initially didn't think much of it (aside from my annoyance that it was jammed in there so hard) but then noticed that I had a pretty good cut on the inside of my ring finger. Man these things are sharp!! Didn't even feel it cut me. Pretty amazing blade! Would've preferred not to learn it that way but take my word for it. This is one sharp knife!
