Hey everyone, this knife is an assassin. Knife, sleek and deadly. Yes, I thought the handle was a little thin but by using it as a workhorse, I learned how to use it and hold it listening at what Lynn Thompson says in his video learn how to use it so I did and I feel so comfortable with this knife and it’s thin handle if you don’t train you won’t see the benefits of this truly unique knife, one of a kind oh l have large hands too. Thank you Lynn Thompson
The blade is good. Sheath is average. Belt clip is crap. Needs to be replaced before carrying/using

Just received my Lynn Thompson signature series kobun S35VN steel - SWEET ! Not sure how I will carry this very functional and beautiful knife just yet. It's very light and well balanced. Shaving sharp right out of the box. The grip is fantastic (I have XXL hands) I'll probably use this as part of my firearm backup rotation. Awesome knife get it while you can
Very nice, thin, and durable blade. I have several blades from cold steel mostly over the top blades that are too thick for what I really use knives for. Great sheath for edc. Cold Steel should look into this type of sheath for other knives. Durable knife for the field and yet I use it more in the kitchen. Carved a turkey and deboned the bird with ease.

This all purpose in a pinch knife scores well above the common "boot knife." I carry it horizontally on my belt, across the small of my back. Took off the steel clip and use a couple' velco strips. It's that thin ... yet very wicked, utilitarian, high quality. I may have to purchase another one ... as I sometimes can't bear to "mess up" a unique, high quality knife after I get it. Then I buy a cheap one to beat up ....

This knife is light, nimble, durable, sharp, and cuts like a dream. It is a fantastic EDC fixed blade and, with the very subtle hollow ground, is equally as capable in a shop or in the outdoors. I had a standard Kobun some years ago, and I still appreciate that design, but this signature edition truly nails the form and function of the pattern.
