good feel, accurate, nice power. over all its a fun gun.
Things I Would Have ChangedImprove the safety. Mine doesn't work at all. it slides back like it's supposed to but the gun is still fully functional, ie the trigger works, the hammer works and it will shoot just like normal
What Others Should KnowIts a good gun. Its a bit long for any kind of fast draw though. Over all I would buy it again, in fact I did. One for each hip.
Well, first and foremost, one would have to know I really like revolvers. This one I like for 2 reasons: one, it was a birthday gift, and two, my friends and I have a lot of revolver wars. This gun is accurate as long as you don't use the double action. It hits fairly hard. has a nice, smooth hammer pull, a realistic design, and is stronger than the springer I'd been using, by, well, a lot.
Things I Would Have ChangedI personally do not like the sights on this gun. My rear sight is crooked. Doesn't ruin the aim, but it's an aesthetic thing to me. I would also rather it use inexpensive CO2 cylinders and not propane. I hate the smell of propane. Last, but not least, I would want it in nearly-full metal. I don't care about things like the handle being plastic, but give me a nice metal gun. Another aesthetic thing I don't like right now, is the gap between hammer and gun is quite large.
What Others Should KnowFirst, this is realistic: it has 6 rounds. Don't buy a revolver, then complain that the round capacity is terrible. Revolvers don't have much for capacity. Second, you'll need propane or green gas to fire it. The major internal mechanisms are all metal, but the most of the gun is plastic. I also had to re-glue my front sight down, but that was my fault. I mentioned it to let you know it's a separate piece of plastic. The grip will also fit large hands with plenty of room to spare, and the 6 shells can be removed to load, or loaded while still in the gun. Personally, I'd say leave them in the gun unless you have a lot of money to spend on little plastic shells. You, like me, will probably dump them out like in the movies, at least once.
Between the 8 inch and the 6 this gun has incredibly better balance. When full I estimate it can probably push out 3-4 chamber loads which is about 18-24 shots. And it's double action so cocking it back is optional, but by no means necessary. This gun has yet to disappoint me with Accuracy. It has a pretty good weight for it and it doesn't feel to front heavy so it's a great feeling as it's held. It's not full metal but Metal parts include the Hammer and Trigger and also the Barrel. I believe some body parts may be metal but I'm not sure. The ABS parts are incredibly durable so it has a great feel.
Things I Would Have ChangedMake it full metal. And maybe some metal shells. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing.
What Others Should KnowWhen applying gas to the gun make sure it's flush with the nozzle and only give it 2 second bursts then let it rest for about 5-6 seconds to let the gas expand. It will shoot gas back at you when full.
