Wicked Ridge Raider 400 Crossbow Package

First time hunter with a cross bow. The Raider 400 was simple to learn to operate and shoot. The accuracy of the bow was great and very simple to get sited in. I was able to get my first buck and doe in the first 2 weeks of the season. Never really enjoyed hunting, but the cross bow has really made me enjoy the sport!

Crossbow is. Accurate. However the trigger pull is very long. The decock/cock mech. Gets stuck half way frequently and u just got to figure it out how to get to pull out or retract. No instructions on that. The string gets twisted and there is no release to help u flatten it out. Sometimes u need extra hands to help. Very good scope the pro 400. Lighted crosshairs/dots excellent

Seems like a good crossbow. Pretty much my first one so I have nothing else to compare to I did have to return it due to a faulty crank few days after I purchased but was promptly replaced by my pro shop though the same model had different features which I prefer the original one better but overall happy with the crossbow

Well I do love the bow, I did have an issue with the trigger box and it had to be sent back to the factory for service. The said it would be 7 to 21 days!! Well I actually had it back in my hands in 8 days repaired and in perfect working order. I upgraded from an old Excaliber which is still hanging in my basement it’s a good backup bow but this Raider 400 is an outstanding bow I know several friends of mine who purchased the same bow all love it too. Very affordable, accurate, and the decock feature is the best . No more shooting your bolt to transport in you truck , perfect!!!

bought mid season last year and sited in and shot great. This year with less than 100 shots on it the string broke AT THE CAMS! BOTH ENDS! Causing one of the limbs to fracture. BEEN without my bow since the first day of hunting. was sent to tenpoint for repair and as of this review NO ONE KNOW WHERE IT IS. Now 3 weeks into hunting season I doubt it will be back before the end of season. will update as I get updated.

bow seems well built much louder then i expected but i heard all crossbows are loud.fairly easy to get sighted in but arrows are not very consistent that it comes with only 1 out of the three that came with it is spot on will probably get custom arrows in future.

Really love the acudraw and decock features. Very accurate and enjoyable to shoot.

Impressed with the ease of the cock and decock mechanism. The scope is also very well matched to the bow. Looking forward with hunting with it this fall.

Great Bow for entry into Crossbow hunting. Worth the Price

This is a great crossbow. Accurate right out of the package with just two shots. The scope cover broke the first time I used the crossbow or I would have given it a 5 rating.
