This is one of the toughest alluminium alloys I've ever come across and the finish is superb. Suprisingly it does control muzzle blast by about 30% and with the price, you just can't go wrong
Things I would have changed:I don't think that this item could be more refined however, it does need more finishes, chrome, matte and gloss to be more exact.
What others should know:The Beeman Ported Muzzlebrake for .568" Barrel Diameter is a finishing touch to any scared or plane barrel end, it covers approximately 2.5'' of the barrel from the nozzle's end. IT LOOKS GOOD!

What others should know:I bought this for a fairly new HW30S. Read the other reviews and knew there would be a 50/50 chance of being disappointed. I was. Tooling marks, chips in the aluminum, and the bluing looked like it was applied with a broad tipped Sharpie dry erase pen. I quickly realized that it would take a lot more effort to make it fit than I was willing to try, especially since it was such a poorly made item. What ever happened to the old HW brakes that looked as good as their guns and fit like a glove? I’d gladly pay double the price.

What others should know:If you're buying this for a QB78D/S, don't. It doesn't fit. Wasted $60 CAD thanks to the people saying it fits a 15mm barrel.

When you turn up the power on the AA T200 it has a sharp pop and it has no shroud or suppression. This reduces it enough to make it suitable for indoor plinking. Not a silencer by any means but it breaks up the sharp pop a bit. Some of the pressure exits through the holes in the sides.
Things I would have changed:Make multiple sizes.
What others should know:Well made. I had to bore it out slightly on a lathe, as the AA T200 barrel is a few thousands larger. Some surprisingly good steel. If you intend to use the iron sights this not for you. I have a scope on the rifle because of retina damage making it impossible to see the front sight.

What others should know:be sure your barrel is the correct size for this item, use a micrometer to check! You can have this machined to fit other rifles as well! Have a qualified machinist fit it to your barrel! Great product!

This went on an ruger air mag thehole in the brake was smaller than the barrel so I had to lathe it down it now fits perfectly & accualy helped with accuracy

Very well made , fit and finish very nicely done , does not look cheep , I will be buying more of these for some other airguns I have, honing these out to fit larger barrel sizes is not a problem.

I previously had the ridged Muzzlebrake Pyramidair offers. This Ported one is notably better since it has two set screws. The ridged one only had one set screw, and it was in the thin part of the metal, so the threads partially stripped.
Things I would have changed:Some filler sleeves to help fit it to different sized barrels - I had to use electrical tape which worked.
What others should know:Not as nice as the one Beeman's used to offer (and I think was made by HW). But that one is very expensive if you can still find it.

I love the look it adds and makes my RS2 have more of a crack than a bang sound, more like a .22LR.
Things I would have changed:lower the price 5-10 dollars.
What others should know:this will fit on the Beeman RS2 but in the process of taking off the front sight with a heat gun to get the glue liquid I ruined my front sight. I do not know if you can buy another.

For the price this is a great buy. This brake fits good & looks very nice installed.
Things I would have changed:More attention to the bluing process would be nice. I have purchased many of these & they can vary widely in finish.
What others should know:If you end up with a bad bluing finish, just strip off the bluing & polish the brake. They polish up nicely.
