It had a purpose

What others should know:I does not fit standard fittings on either my FX Impact or my Benjamin Marauder too small gets stuck and I mean stuck I thought it may have a bit of mechanical retention barley pressed it on and I guess you could hone it out but I already ruined it with a pair of pliers getting if off my marauder. Highly recomend a pass on this product.

Things I would have changed:Use a slightly thicker O-ring for a tighter fit, or install a magnet inside the cap. Once installed on the fill nipple, there is about 1mm of play past the point of O-ring engagement.
What others should know:Seems it would be easily knocked off during a walk/stalk hunting situation.

It protects the quick fill port and makes it more aesthetically pleasing.
Things I would have changed:It's WAY too easy to lose!! I think I'll tie some cord around the groove of the cap and the other end around the fill port so it doesn't go missing.
What others should know:Buy multiple. You're almost guaranteed to misplace it.

Very well built valve cap. Unfortunately it cant be used for the gun I purchased it for because it can be removed without removing the compensator first.
Things I would have changed:Should have an alert when buying that it may not work with some barrels configurations.
What others should know:If you arent running a compensator, silencer its probably fine.

It is very difficult to remove from the fill port of my gun (2020 LCS Air Arms SK-19), and sometimes it requires a lot of force to install it. It wasn't as bad for the first couple of months but it has since become very difficult.
Things I would have changed:I would do away with o-ring all together and instead use a magnet to secure the cap. At the very least change the o-ring so that it is not as difficult to remove or install.

If you have a gauntlet you know they have a rubber type cap on the fill valve. I have had three of this tpye and lost all at the range. I have not lost one of these caps yet. I have been at the range about twenty times. I have three rifels that needed the caps.

Well, it will fit, but fell off the gun into oblivion.
Things I would have changed:It didn't want to stay on my Marauder. I would gently tap it once on, but never felt it lock into place.and it simply fell off the gun one day...I only had it about a week before it fell off.

Seems quality made. Mine does not have the "AV" on the end like shown and is not magnetic or metal but does have an o-ring inside to keep it from falling off.
Things I would have changed:Air Venturi needs to check their sizing dies because something on this quick fill port protector cap is off, it doesn't fit their Air Ventuir male quick disconnect fitting I purchased with it to use together.
What others should know:Mine didn't fit the AV male quick disconnect or my LCS SK-19 fill nipple. It did fit my Joe Brancato Guppy Tank male quick disconnect. Don't know what to tell you.
