Things I liked:

Looks nice and heavy! Great size for a rat! Seems to re-set easy when I pull the loop! Priced good for the amount of work it would take to make one your self. Well engineered!

Things I would have changed:

Make them in left side & right side RATS. A standing on hind feet RAT would be fun as well! Could use a longer re-set line for us distance shooters!

What others should know:

I'm writing this review and haven't even put pellets on it YET! I do look forward to taking the paint off of it thou. Worth the price of admission, let me at it!!! Regards Sgrunt

Things I liked:

The knock down paddle and you can change the diameter of the center.

Things I would have changed:

I shot it with my Hatsan 130s, and hit right where the rings the swivel to decrease the diameter of the paddle. It broke the spot weld, so it's basically useless.

What others should know:

It's good for .177-.22, but nothing over that, and if you have a .22 pcp, it will not last.

    Things I liked:

I bought one from Pyramyd over a year ago. I screwed it onto a tree stump at my range. It has held up after many shooting sessions and staying outside in all weather. I have replaced the string and painted the target. It is a great addition to my range. I shoot paper targets predominantly but the rat and a few spinners make it more fun.

    Things I would have changed:

Not a big deal but a resetting target would be nice. I would change that I waited so long to buy it.

    What others should know:

It is not an easy shot if set up beyond 30 yards and reduced to the .5 inch target. It is a good target to bet with your buddies. I shoot PCP air rifles but I think a .22 rimfire would be ok if you shoot 50 yards +. Mounting the target on something solid is easy and better than staking it in the ground. Buy two.

    Things I liked:

This airgun target is pure FUN! I mounted it to my target stand and shoot this steel rat at 40 yards with my Benjamin Cayden .22 PCP air rifle (I use the lowest power setting for more shots per fill). If you hit the center target on the rat, the rat falls down (and it will not bounce back up). If you miss, the rat will not fall down. Pull the included string to reset the rat and shoot it over and over again. To increase the challenge, there are two built in target blockers that will reduce the size of the area that must be hit to knock the rat down.

    Things I would have changed:

A little stouter string that stretches less would make the rat a little easier to reset. Still, it is not difficult. You just have to pull a little farther.

    What others should know:

You will wear the paint off of the target quickly, but this can be fixed with a can of yellow gloss spray paint (or flat black for the rat itself if you miss often).

    Things I liked:

So far i am very much impressed with its workmanship and thickness , smooth to the touch well made, if you THINK you are a good shot try it with a Springer and free handed and you are back to school really !, PCP too easy , it will improve your over all marksmanship and make you a better shooter over time, the string is a good length and the ability to adjust hole size is good.

    Things I would have changed:

Still evaluating... Will Let you know if need to.

    What others should know:

I used screws to fasten it to the T pole i shoot from , had 1 ricochet so i will be building a box to put it in to and also to collect the lead splatter from getting in to my garden. the box it came in is just beautifully made too. wish i had bought 2 at the sale price. i shoot .177

    Things I liked:

Great target, good fun, well built

    Things I would have changed:

The paint comes off after a few hits and makes it hard to see the target, supply a slip on coating or find a way to color the target so that the color will not deteriorate after being hit.

    What others should know:

As many have mentioned the paint comes off quickly on the target and it is difficult to see after a few hits. Try putting a couple layers of colored (I use orange) electrical tape on the target tang. The tape will hold up for at least 150 hits and it also traps the flattened pellet and the lead dust on the target itself, helps with the cleanup after a session and possible health issues. You can also use different colors of electrical tape on the apertures ( I use white and yellow), if you miss the hole, you can clearly see where you hit and again, it will trap the flattened pellet on the apertures piece.

    Things I liked:

I ordered one during the recent Pyramyd sale ($12 apiece) and wished I had ordered enough to outfit an HFT range. These are amazingly well-built compared to the Gamo design. With a little machining, these could serve as a base for alternative face-plates. The KZ reducers will need to be changed to a front face mount to comply with competition HFT rules. Kudos for using bolts and locking nuts fasteners rather than cheaper pop rivets.

    Things I would have changed:

Redesign to mount KZ reducers on face of target in compliance with AAFTA and WFTF rules. Air Venturi should consider other target patterns for variety. That's one of the appeals for Gamo targets.

    Things I liked:

Like the fact I dont have to walk down to reset the target.

    Things I would have changed:

Metal could be a little harder

    What others should know:

At 25 feet BB from pistol puts dent in metal . Lead pellets should be good. Used steel pellets 450 FPS

    Things I liked:

Nice strong stakes to hold it in ground, make resetting easier. The kill zone reducers are actually bolted to faceplate, and spin in, and out for ease of use. Harder to lose them , as opposed to other target brands where the killzone reducers are just inserted by clip on reducer, and dangle on faceplate.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing, is a good sturdy target, at a fair price

    What others should know:

If you are looking for resettable targets to use for feild target practice...buy these.
