High quality, precision made rings that stay on-center with bore.
Things I would have changed:A bit pricey but I guess that's what I'm paying for, the higher quality - still less than comparable rings that are no better.
What others should know:Pyramyd Air is a top notch organization to do business with!

I liked the independent double strap arrangement.
Things I would have changed:The 'one size fits all' approach does not work and should not be advertised as such. The lack of a floating clamp means the dovetail geometry, both the angle and width, must closely match otherwise the holding ability is compromised. Test this before you purchase a set.
What others should know:DO NOT buy these for a WH97. They don't fit and are incapable of holding the scope in place. They do not work as advertised as the dovetail angle doesn't match nor does the width and they WILL damage your dovetails. The more they are tightened, the worse the fit.
I have raised this with BKL but no response. Make up your own mind about that one.
In Australia, they are grossly overpriced... I would have minded less if they actually worked.

Best clamp on ring set going alignment between rings is spot on. They grip scope like death without having to use excessive force , the alignment and double top clamps just work well and made in USA.

What others should know:I bought the standard height rings and have plenty of clearance with my 44 mm objective and flip-up scope caps. I'm glad I didn't purchase the "high" rings.

These are the PERFECT choice to mount Hawke Sidewinder 30 Tactical Scope to a Hatsan BT65 Carnivore, 30 Caliber. They are rock solid. Also PyramydAir got my order for these processed and sent very quickly.

The fact when you tighten down the screws the rings are alway in the center line of the gun because of the way they are made.

What others should know:If you want your ring to be on the center line of your gun the BKL rings are the way to go.

I'm a big believer in getting proper scope rings to hold a scope.

The clamping to the dovetail of the gun is very good. It centers well and I really like the 2 screws for clamping force
Things I would have changed:The scope clamping is not the best with these rings. They share the problems with most cheap aluminum rings. It is easy to over power the clamping force on the scope. I would rather have the rings fit the 30mm tube better like higher quality rings. We are missing a quality rings for dovetail applications.
What others should know:Overall they are very functional rings with the best clamping for dovetails I have found.

Top of the line quality - solid as the Rock of Gibralter! You get what you pay for.
Things I would have changed:Nothing ... but make sure you've got adequate room on your dovetail for them. I pretty much ran out of wiggle room on the forward end. A skinnier set of mounts would have allowed more eye relief.
What others should know:I'll just say this - I met with a master gunsmith and showed him my rig. One of the first things he commented on was the scope mounts. Not the $500 scope - the mounts! That says something!
