This kit is garbage, the .177 wire brush doesn't even fit into the barrel

I liked this airgun cleaning kit for servicing many different air gun calibers. Handy for careful bore cleaning for removing lead matter that can accumulate from continuous shooting. This will enhance accuracy for minimum amount of care. This kit is complete with threaded aluminum rod, threaded to support various bore brushes, cleaning patches, with internal felt cleaning pellets for shooting afterwards to help keep rifling clean.

I would not change anything this air gun kit is complete for providing basic service for multi- caliber airguns one service kit makes life this task easier to manage.

First thing, it's not an expensive set of cleaning equipment. What it is, is a nice little set that will get you going and will do the job. It has patches etc and solvent so you can clean the bore when you first get a new airgun, which as we all know is very important. It'll get you started and the price ain't bad either.

For the price you can't really expect much more. But some kind of case would be nice, but that'd probably jack the price up a little.

It's the bare bones basic starter kit. It'll get you going until you buy a better set of cleaning equipment. If you think you need better. Yes the rod isn't the longest but it'll do.

If your break barrel has a moderator or any kind of quite technology like my Benjamin mayhem this kit probably will not be long enough.
I went to Rural king and got a larger kit in a wood case that cleaned from .17 to .243 for $15

You get what was advertised would probably be great for a pistol.

Heavier material and stronger joints and make it longer. It is not long enough to push a stuck pellet out of my Gamo Maxxim Hornet. When joining the three sections together joints are flimsy, not sure how many times they are going to hold up just using the brush.

This is a complete kit to keep the air rifle shooting straight. The rod is around 17 1/2 inches long so if your barrel is longer than that, this kit probably isnt for you. It is plenty long to clean my break barrels and pistols but not long enough to clean some of my fix barrels. The oil that comes with it is top rated as well as the patches and brushes. The weak points of the kit is the threads of the rod and the length of the rod. The rod is soft enough as to not damage your riflings. I have better cleaning kits but not at this price.

The aluminum rods are not milled the best, threads on inside are a little rough. One miscue while pushing the rod into your barrel and you will have a problem. Not sure what the patches are made of, but they dont really clean much out of the barrel. They look like the surface of a band aid that touches your skin and not the gause. I have some cotton patches and ran them thru after using these, Took 2 of the cotton ones to finish cleaning .

This is a starter kit for a newby. Spend the extra money and buy a good cleaning kit. The plastic wrap it comes in is just for display for selling. Buy a good kit that has a case and you will be happier. I dont use the cheap oil or filters when I change the oil in my truck. Same way of thinking about your gun. Investing a little more now will save you problems in the future.

Brass brush nice but the rods not long enough to clean rifles to the end.

I liked that it was complete as far as cleaning items. It has cleaning pellets, oil, patches, and bore brushes.

The cleaning rod is too short. It must be for pistols, but it does not state that in the ad. It needs to be long enough for a rifle barrel.

Once you open the package which is difficult, it is hard to return. I bought 3 kits and after I opened one, I returned the rest. I can still use the cleaning pellets, brushes and oil. I just went to a pull cleaning rod, using a cloth string.

the whole rod, it is very cheep, threads together and is floppy loose. Longer rod so it at least gos through the barrel. my longer gun wont come close to the end. China made, make it in USA with enough rod to make it out the end of the barrel

rod is so short it wont come out the end of the barrel. rod threads together, not very well. Hard up it will get you by. I wont ever buy another one

The cleaning rod is absolutely hopeless, although usable this rod tends to come apart inside the bore. The brush looks too rough and though, I'm not sure if it may damage the rifling but it works well for using it once every couple weeks.

The oil and extras are very helpful. If you may, purchase an extra high-quality rod to completely satisfy this product. i you wish to save a little money, apply lock-tight on the rod's screws or some sort of super glue(keep in mind that you may not be able to take it apart easily.)
