Works great, must have when hunting. Easy to replace the empty in the gun.
Things I would have changed:Nothing
What others should know:When your out hunting these are very handy to have, no need to bring your pump.

This was a replacement cylinder for the original hatsan air cylinder. The original that came with my new gun would not hold air , so I sent it back. Pyramid air was prompt on the matter, however they gave me a cylinder that looks a lot like hatsan but it does not have hatsan mark on it. Some type of after market product. The new cylinder holds air but I think I was given an aftermarket item as opposed to the original. It works for now but I don't think I got my money's worth . Time will tell. I will review this item again in the future to report on its performance.

for info
Things I would have changed:couldn't use
What others should know:This says it fits the Hatsan Galatian, however it will not fit the Hatsan Galatian Tact Auto. The diameter and configuration of the piece the screws into the rifle are different.

Quality made. No cloudy glass on pressure gauge like original one on rifle
Things I would have changed:nothing
What others should know:A little silicone grease applied to O-rings is a good idea.

exact same tube that came with my BT65 sb .25. gauge is the same and all.
Things I would have changed:nothing
What others should know:the more tubes the better! i fill them up the night before going shooting. and no pumping all day long. they are easier to carry then a big bulky air tank to.

The cylinder is actually better than the original, the original has a suspect gauge.the new cylinder holds the air perfect no leaks Im getting about 40 good shots starting at 935 fps reaching 980 . Very happy with the cylinder.

I like the brass cap to protect the valve.
Things I would have changed:The gauge on it says one thing and my compressor says another. If I filled it according to the built in gauge, it would likely burst. It makes it hard to tell if it's low on pressure or filled to 200 bar.
What others should know:The life expectancy for this cylinder is 10 years. Hatsan says not to use it past 10 years and to discard it

The air cylinder showed up well packaged and had a decent charge in it already... telling me right off the bat that it had good seals. I have been using it on my hatsan for a week now and it has worked flawlessly.

Perfect back-up air cylinder for the Hatsan BT65. The tube changes out in seconds, can be charged on or off the rifle, and has its own gauge. It is a great way to keep shooting without carrying a pump or large air tank. I plan on buying one more.
Things I would have changed:The finish does not exactly that of the rifle's original tube, but close enough.
What others should know:I enjoy using a pump to charge my rifles. Having spare cylinders like this allows me to do it in my spare time, watching TV, etc., and gives me more live shooting time at the range.

Have not had the opportunity to use it, purchased as a replacement so I don't have to carry the pump when hunting.
Things I would have changed:?
What others should know:I tried to fill it, air gauge did not match hand pump. Called and spoke to Pyramyd Air technician he forwarded me to customer service who gave me a return code, sent it back and received a replacement.

Having extra cylinders on hand. No need to bring scuba tank or pump just put a couple of spare cylinders in your backpack and you have around 75 shots total.
Things I would have changed:The price. Have the gauge in color like the original cylinder.
What others should know:Well built the air gauge is white with black numbers not different colors like the cylinder that came with the gun. I have two long cylinders and three short cylinders they all work great. I am shooting .177 & .25 cal. guns.

This replacement tank does NOT leak.
Things I would have changed:The Tank I received with my Hatsan BT-65 was not fully charged due to a slow leak. I don't think this is common on these tanks as I have friends and relatives with these rifles and NONE of their tanks leak.
What others should know:The tank I received with my gun had a slow leak. I did not notice this leak because I was using the gun almost everyday. At the end of Turkey season I put the gun away and noticed the leak. Pyramid Air replaced this tank for me even after their 30 day return policy was up. It's just nice to deal with a company like Pyramid Air who is willing to do the right thing instead of give you the run around. Now I just need Hatsan to pay for my $16 shipping cost.

- Must have for a day in the field. - I get at least 3 full clips of .25 in the green zone of the pressure gauge. I have shot more the 3 clips on a hunt, but never more than 6. So 2 tubes suits me fine. - I switch tubes at almost every refill because I prefer pumping a lone tube rather than laying rifle on the ground to pump it up. - Original tube and replacement have identical performance. - Pressure gauge on both my tubes are in sync with gauge on Air Venturi pump. Marauder owners complain about inaccurate gauges. - Thread protector is a nice (necessary) touch.
Things I would have changed:- Have each tube 450cc instead of 255cc. Though I couldn't stand the rifle if it were any heavier. - Filler probe takes getting used to. But that the gun itself, not the replacement tube in particular.
What others should know:It can be found cheaper elsewhere.

Removeable, extra cylinders to take with me without hauling a large tank.
Things I would have changed:A little lower price would be great.
What others should know:I had a problem with the first cylinder, me fill probe would not fit the fill hole. Called PA and they sent me another one that worked fine. You can get two extra cylinders and have enough shots to hunt all day. Stick the extra two cylinders in your backpack and you have refills, just unscrew the used cylinder and screw in the new filled cylinder....then you are good to go. All air guns should have removable air cylinders.

Having an extra cylinder, more shots.
Things I would have changed:My probe would not fit the fill hole and I had to send it back. I received the second cylinder back from PA and my probe still does not fit. I am waiting to send it back again.
What others should know:PA is great to work with and I am sure they will get it straighten out. Could be a bad batch of cylinders. It's nice to have two full cylinders with out toting around a large scuba tank. I may order another and have three filled cylinders at hand. Put it in your back pack on you day out hunting and you will have plenty of shots.

Removable cylinder, 30 shots before refilling and consistency of the pressure release for pellet accuracy.
Things I would have changed:Over the last three years I have shot the Hatsan 25 caliber the original and the secondary cylinder developed air leaks. I have tried to order a seal kit for the cylinders but received seal kits for the rifle. Utube enabled me to take the pressure tube apart but there are parts in the pressure release mechanism that are not provided in the kits and I am unable to find an air rifle repair station to repair them. I have ordered a third cylinder and am waiting on a 30 day delivery at this time.
What others should know:I have enjoyed my German made pellet rifles over the past 30+ years but spring replacement or repair stations have become difficult to find. Air pressure cylinders are like the springs in that without them you have a $500 to $700 clubs.
