Things I liked:

First I bought the wire reticle version of this scope and I liked it a lot except for the fat reticle wire and all its fat mil dots. So I bought this etched version hoping the reticle would be better, and it is soooo much better than I expected! This is basically a fine wire reticle, and they should advertise that. Kinda hard to measure but my estimate is the wire reticle is 4-5 times wider than the etched one. Rather than nine dots per leg, every other one is a hash, so from center there's a hash, then a dot etc. So four dots and five hashes per, much nicer! The etched also looks much better when illuminated. The light is at an angle so it casts a shadow on the edge of the wire reticle and its dots, but this etched reticle is perfecly and cleanly lit. Plus only the center thin portion of the reticle is lit so it's a floating X in the center which looks much cooler. This is obviously much better than the wire version, but when side by side this one makes the wire look embarassing.

Things I would have changed:

Wish I had bought this before wasting $ on two metal wire reticle versions of this scope... The illumination is still way too bright (imo) and the current dimmest setting should be the brightest and go down from there. All the colors are useless imo except red, maybe green, but doesn't matter b/c they're far too bright to use at night which is the only use I'd have for it. I think one button for on/off, maybe a second or switch for red/green, and a dial for brightness that goes all the way to nothing. The side parallax knob has a bit of play in it. Not a big deal but it would be nice if it were tight and thus more precision.

What others should know:

The only real bummer about this scope is it has spoiled me and made most of my other scopes unsat in comparo, so it looks like I may have to spend a ton of $ to replace a lot of scopes.....

Things I liked:

This scope comes with a glass etched mil-dot which is smaller than the wire reticle.

Things I would have changed:

Quality of glass etched 30 mm scope tube not on par with the leapers 1 inch tube.

What others should know:

This is my fourth Leapers scope to include 3x9x40, 4x16x50 and 3x9x32 bug buster. All three scope can withstand the punishment of thousands of rounds from RWS and HW spring piston Air Rifles. Having no problem with my other leapers scope. I ordered the 3x12x44 with glass etched mil-dot. This scope did'nt last to a 1000 round before the reticle started twisting after each shot. Stay away from this model if you are using magnum powered spring piston AR. Compared to my other leapers. My rws48 .22 with 3x9x40 has over 4500 rounds, rws52.177 with 4x16x50 over 6000, and my rws34 .22 over 2000 rounds. Im replacing this scope with the full size Leapers 3-12x44 SWAT Accushot. Hopefully this model is as durable as the other wire reticled leapers scope.

    Things I liked:

Excellent scope at this price point. I chose this scope for my Gamo Swarm Fusion 10x Gen. II in .177 caliber. This was a much needed replacement for the scope that came on the rifle package. For this rifle, I wanted a shorter scope to avoid clearance problems with magazine. Also, I was able to remove the Factory RRR and get the scope closer to the barrel as I like. I shoot out to 100 yds. now and I am able to hit party balloons at that distance. I am happy with that. Scope is easy to see through, very clear, and has a very fine reticle that is illuminated. I range my targets and use the turrets to adjust as needed. I recommend the small parallax wheel for fine and easy adjustment of the parallax. Very satisfied with this product!

    Things I liked:

Nice thin recticle w/ mil dots and hash marks. My targets are in the shade along the fence/wood line from 25-160yrd, steel plates i paint black, so the illuminated recticle allows me to shoot later into the evening which is really nice. Like the accushot back to zero turrets too, really handy when i go from slugs to pellets and back, i dont have to remember marks. Side parallel adjustment is handy, works great. I put the 60mm side wheel on mine, see pic. Holds zero on my Eagle Claw. I actually like better than the Hawke on my Sumatra and i paid nearly $300 for it

    What others should know:

This is my 1st UTG and ive seen some bad reviews. But when i foundt out this one had the nice reticle, etched glass i went for it. Its nice. Works great on my Eagle Claw out from 10-160yrd. Mounts that come w/it are medium height. I got a bad neck so i need to get some high ones. The medium just clear the mag on the Eagle Claw but in no way interferes w/ getting it in/out. The eye relief is good for a compact scope. Did have to mount all the way to rear of rail which is fine. Its not crystal clear, but pretty clear on level 12 but i shoot on 7,8,9. And use 12 for spotting. Below x10 is crystal clear. Ive cycled about 1500 shot w/ it w/ no problems and it holds zero. I wouldnt risk putting it on my Hatsan M135 though the ram on it is filled to 165bar=crazy recoil. Im very happy w/ my 1st UTG

    Things I liked:

Bright clear light transmission. Paralax close to far and very accurate on yardage. Many different colors for the lighting of your crosshairs as I can see only green and purple the best and white was great.

    Things I would have changed:

None. Very good scope for the money spent.

    What others should know:

Like I said.. Great scope for the money and fairly light and I like the length. Bigger than the bug but not near as large as the first full sized one that over weighted my pellet rifle.

    Things I liked:

very accurate, was easy to zero in -holds the settings, this is used for pests from 10 to 30 yards. the focus control is great and is easy to adjust.

    Things I would have changed:

    nothing

    What others should know:

this scope is on a Gamo Whisper Fusion Mach 1. it can produce 1400 fps, which means it is hard on scopes at 25ftps. nothing has changed in over a 100 plus shots.

    Things I would have changed:

    What others should know:

Got it mounted on my Benjamin Bulldog .357. At 10X and at 75 Yards it is a Tack Driver ! Illuminated Reticle helps me target Coyotes in early evening hunts.

    Things I liked:

This scope has features of a scope costing several times this amount of money. Everything on it is built tough and works extremely smooth very well defined and polished. Again this is a very well made scope and I'm so happy I made the choice to buy this optic will always try to stay with this brand for the value and its quality.

    Things I would have changed:

I would honestly change nothing about this scope after 40 plus years of being a Gunsmith I can clearly tell you this has all the functions a individual could ever possibly want or need.

    What others should know:

This is undoubtedly the best bang for the buck this person has ever had the pleasure of getting in a fine optic .

    Things I liked:

Solid, well build scope. I put it on the gamo swam magnum because the scope that came with it wouldn't set for more than a few shots. Seems to be holding sights well.

    Things I would have changed:

So far my only complaint it the eye relief. With the scopes compact size couldn't put it close enough to get a get view and keep a good artillery hold

    Things I liked:

Great scope. Super clear optics. I don't think you will find a better etched reticle scope in this price range. PA also had the lowest price for this scope. Don't confuse it with the lower cost model that does not have the etched glass reticle. Cheaper models have cross hairs that are much thicker and do not light up as well.

    Things I would have changed:

include the large SWAT focus wheel.

    What others should know:

This is a heavy well built scope. It would be overkill for a less than magnum break barrel or PCP rifle. The scope weighs as much as a Crosman 760 pump master!

    Things I liked:

Good clear glass. After some initial futzing, the illuminated reticle works well, and is handy toward sundown. Minimal stiction during adjustiment. I like the sniper style turrets.

    Things I would have changed:

I was unable to use the Weaver rings on my dovetail equipped rifle, however, I know now to also order the proper one piece mount.

    What others should know:

I believe this is good value for the money. I believe I will be purchasing these again.

I would like to see the scope in like a duplex reticle

    Things I liked:

I mounted this scope on my TX200HC using UTG medium dovetail rings with plenty of room for the lens caps. I've become a fan of 30mm tube scopes with an etched in glass reticle, and this scope, with a magnification range that suits my needs, fits that bill just fine. It holds its zero so long as the turret locking mechanism is tight, and the side operated focus/parallax knob is a plus, making for easy adjustments. The shorter length of the scope is ideal for under and side lever cocking rifles since the length doesn't intrude with the loading of pellets. The etched reticle is thinner than a wire reticle from this manufacturer.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing, it does everything I expect from a scope.

    Things I liked:

Very good Scope. Easy to set up and site-in.

    Things I would have changed:

The eye relief really needs to be better. If the eye isn't just the right distance from the scope you can't see.

    What others should know:

There is no play in the eye distance. You have to be at the correct distance from the scope to see the full view in the scope. Other than that the scope is very easy to adjust. The red and green cross hairs are nice. The scope is spot on at 50 feet with my 25 caliber Air Force Escape.

    Things I liked:

Great buy for the money! I put this scope on a Benjamin Marauder and could not be happier with the combo. Very clear and sharp focus range for 10 to 75 yards. Recticle cross hair is fine for extreme accuracy. This is a high quality setup.

    Things I would have changed:

I would go ahead and get the large parallax wheel. The stock parallax knob is stiff and challenging to adjust while maintaining your view. I don't change it often so not a big deal.

    What others should know:

I mounted this scope on weaver high 30mm ring and they worked perfectly. The rings that come with the scope are good but do not fit the Marauder dove tail.

    Things I liked:

Price for the clarity, ease of use, easy to zero. Been using it for a few months now and im hitting everything im aiming at 50+ yards in various shooting conditions of wind, elevation change, and I've been shooting mostly braced up against corners or my F350. Couldn't be happier with it mounted on my Steel Eagle break barrel .22 with the Np2 piston. The illuminated cross hairs are nice to change color to contrast against backdrop really helps things pop more and grab eye focus.

    Things I would have changed:

Quality control. I might just spoiled from using Aimpoint on my personal Ar15, or Trijicon Acog from my time in the Marines but I noticed today when switching out my scope rings that the whole thing is out of plumb. The cross hairs are tilted a few degrees left in comparison to the elevation knobs, which in turn our turned a few degrees right from the sun shade. Which doesn't bother me so much for the price I paid for the scope. Just makes it look funky when aligned with the rifle, and took longer than should to realign to my air rifle.

    What others should know:

Don't hesitate on grabbing one of these there cheap in comparison to other scopes, have a good quality of build for what you pay, and have had no issues other than what I listed above.
