This model scope has proven to be very reliable on spring guns. It is durable, has good optical clarity and has features that make it excellent for airgun shooting. Up close resolution is remarkable for a scope at this price point. The ability to add a large scope wheel for parallax adjustments at a very reasonable price is a bonus. The included rings are nice but I personally prefer a one piece mount on a spring gun. UTG has an excellent one piece mount available also.

At this price I think you are getting a pretty complete entirely suitable airgun scope. To add things or make changes would increase the cost. Neither needed or necessary.

This product works well for what I use it for. A while back I did a review that can be referred to. I am up to six of these now and several of our members of our airgun group are using this product with good results also. We use them for winter indoor shooting and outdoor summer field target shooting. It is a good product that does what you expect it to for a reasonable price.

Nice scope at a nice price, getting 1-1/2" groups at 50 yards on my first 50 shots out of the box and a 3 shot sight in. Picked up a focus wheel and higher score mounts. No problems and clear focus at all distances out to 16x.

Better than most at that price point. If I would of paid 5x that I still would be happy.

This is a very nice scope for the money. Hard to go wrong here. Easy to sight in, good clarity. It's my second one!

For the size and power, it's not an overly heavy scope!

Bright and clear. Windage and elevation adjustments are positive. Excellent included scope rings.

Scope seems solid. I like the turret locks and the ability to reset to zero. The illuminated reticle feature is great. Glass seems clear and the side focus is really nice.

The side focus is extremely hard to turn, especially at the lowest range settings.

Would be good if a large side adjust wheel was included with the scope.

it feels well built... have not received my rifle yet... but have played with this scope.. it appears as advertised... i think this is a good scope for the price

for this price range i can't see changes being made

there is a few of good youtube videos on this scope, check them out...i think this scope is going to be real good up to about 200yds out..i will right a new review once i have mounted it on my new Gantlet 2

I like the short length because it allows good clearance of the pellet loading area. Comes with nice flip up very sturdy lens covers.

Including a side wheel would be a nice touch, however they are readily available from Pyramyd Air.

This is certainly not an expensive scope however I have found zero problems with them. I have one on my HW77 and one on my HW97. They stand up well to springer airgun recoil. The clarity of the scope is just fine for airgun use. The close focus ability is a bit better than stated in the scope literature. On both of mine the adjustment tracking is right on with positive clicks and the nice feature of easily being reset to zero. Will buy again for my older FWB 124.

I like the side focus. The view is crystal clear.

I used this scope on my Akela and it needed high rings.

Good quality for the money. I like the compact size. Fits well on the AA Prosport. Good clarity. Illuminated reticle does help in low light/dark targets and backgrounds.

I bought this scope by mistake. (The description on Pyramid Air was not clear that i was purchasing the compact model. I should have read the description much closer). I was re-ordering the full size model of this scope because I liked it so much for another gun. When this shorter one arrived I figured I would try it since the full size scope crowded the breech. It is just as accurate as the full size scope and fits on the AA Prosport much better.

The ease of the knobs and Diles are good the illuminated multicolored reticle is awesome. Zooming in to 14 is nice also.

It does get cloudy when zoomed at max .? In foggy condition thats Not the best. The adjustable adjective needs bolder easy to read & see marks.

Im Used to Leupold quality & for the price this works well.

I had to order 2 pc high mounts for my PCP airgun ( with 11 mm dovetail rail ) to accomadate The 10 shot marauder type magazine .

The only thing I can think of changing would perhaps be allowing the buyer to select the type of mounts. I don't like rail adapters. That is why i bought new mounts.

I am very satisfied with the scope. The 4x16 may be a bit much for the rifle I put it on ( KRAL NP 03) but it's the second UTG I've put on one of my airguns and I'm very happy with them.

UTG scopes are excellent. I have 5 of them, and would not risk trying any other brand.

Nothing that I think should be changed, comes to my mind.

If you want to have a good experience with your airgun, invest in a good scope like these. Otherwise you will be facing a frustrating sequence of missed shots, adjustments to your scope and on...

Nice glass, nice looking scope, price.

Eye relief is lacking some.

Good scope for the price and what you get with it. Eye relief is lacking some on my Gamo Maxxim but would easliy be fixed with an offset mount if its a real concern. Overall I am happy with it and would buy again.

I like the clear glass and it's a great fit on my Avenger.

I've had very good luck using the leapers brand scopes. I've gotten great service from the warranty Department in the pass also.

The Leaper utg 4-16x44 is no different from any other Leaper product. Once you try one you realize how overrated the other more expensive scopes are.

Buy it and forget it. It's that simple

This scope is bright and very clear, like a scope should be.

The eye relief is very short, its listed at 3.00 to 3.20" but I'm sure its closer to 2.2". I have the scope mounted as far forward as possible and I still have to place the buttstock in my armpit to get my eye close enough to the eyepiece.

Purchase a Leaper scope with a lot of eyerelief.
