This Pellet Pen with Pellet Seater works well . I have used it through a few tins of pellets and so far it is holding up just fine.

Well for one the Seating end should come with all units as it is not worth very much with just the loader end.

The reason I put the Value as low as I have is after working as head of engineering for a large plastic injection and blow molding company for as long as I have , and designing and milling molds I do know the cost of this type of item , at least close enough to count . Enough said . Now I am not saying do not buy one as they do work , but make sure that you get the one with the Seater end as if you do not it will not really help that much .

NO MORE DEFORMED PELLETS. I drop pellets loading them and they get deformed. This is easy to load up and I don't drop anymore pellets. I like how it Seats the Pellets for a more consistent shot.

mad out of a hard plastic, rubber grip at end, to adjust the pellet set depth you need a flat head screw driver, i suppose these are colored coded according to caliber green 22 blue 177. This product does work as intended. There are three seperate pieces. If you have the funds make sure to get the lanyard with the pen it helps keep the pen where you have better access while in the field.

Seats pellets as advertised, I like the adjustable seater ; it gives to me consistency every time I load a pellet in the breach to the exact depth and seat the skirts tight against the rifling inside the barrel.

Add a lanyard in the package, I went ahead and added one from a sports event credential holder.

Repeat the procedure of loading and seating numerous times to get adjusted to the new way of operating your air rifle. it will get better with repetition. other than that it is well worth it.

Combination of pellet pen and seater. The seater is a crucial part of the system. Handy dispensing of pellets. No more fat fingering pellets out of a tin - esp at night for a critter. Seating pellets at a consistent depth - and past any chamber cut issues. This helps accuracy a lot. Sturdy and well made. Seater is adjustable (important)

I wish they were less expensive - I'd buy a lot more of them if they were. But they are sturdy and well made. No lanyard. The .177 ones have a lanyard. I'm mixed on this as I have too many neck straps - but an extendable one (like a.177 model) could be very useful in the field and for non bench shooting.

Once you've used one - you'll wonder how you got by without one. Good shot count for a string before taking a break to reload it and reset your targets. Consistent seating depth is very important and adjusting this tool for your pellet and rifle can really help with groups. Both for alignment into the bore and also preventing gas escape around the pellet. - My Octane has a deep and poorly cut chamber chamfer and this tool is critical for getting the waist barely but fully started into the rifling / straight part of the barrel. - My old chinese trainer/"Dragon" can be finger set as it has almost no chamfer. - You may want more if you can't find a universal seating depth for each air rifle - though some may do well with a deeper setting that one may require. Buy one - you won't regret it. Make sure you buy this one (or another) with a pellet seater.

It is adjustable, seats pellets perfectly every time. Don't have to carry around a pellet tin that makes a lot of noise.

As others have said, a lanyard would be nice.

The pellet seter is conveniently located on the pen and is adjustable.

It woud be betterif it had its own retractable lanererd like the 177 cal.has without raising the price otherwise it is very nice to have.

This loader works perfect for a brake barrel rifle , its much easer to use than pulling pellets out of a tin. the plastic seater is adjustable for depth , if the plastic seater holds up, I will love it.

Everything!!! Worth every penny. I've run 2000 pellets between this model and the model without pellet setter. The pellet setter is a must for any serious air gunner. Have not touched a pellet with my hands in MONTHS! Absolutely brilliant!!!!!

Maybe add a lanyard or retractable key ring. Lost my first one hunting, Thank god I bought this extra one.

Make them available in different colors. Could use different colors to carry different types of pellets and easily grad the correct pen.

Make sure you order the correct caliber. They are caliber specific.

The pen holds sixteen 14.+ grain pellets and the cap keeps the black feeder slide from inadvertently coming out and dumping the pellets. The adjustable black pellet set works well.

Sometimes the adjustable black pellet set looses the desired depth setting. I may try a little pipe dope or something of that nature to keep it from unscrewing.

I only bought one of these with the purchase of my Umarex Fuel. I bought two more later. Buy more than one.

Works great for springers. Also very handy for pcp and underlever guns. Simply release one to fingers and insert in gun. Beats picking one out of tin

Less lead on your fingers and quick to put pellets in your gun.

Would be nice to have the neck strap like the .177 version.

It did not work as well as the .177 version and found that the lighter .22 pellets worked better.

It's handy for shooting in the cold and you can load as quickly as by hand. With the seater turned to it's shallowest depth pushes the skirt 1/16 of an inch into chamber. Seating the pellet improved my accuracy of 1.5" to under 1" at 100 ft.

The price. I really like the unit but it's a bit pricey for a simple design of plastic. It's nothing you'd order alone as shipping makes it unreasonable. But if you've a break barrel gun it's a good product to add on with purchase of scope and 500 rounds of pellets.

It holds 15 JSB 18.13 grain pellets. The seater clicks onto the top securely and within 10 shots you'll have the knack of loading a pellet flush, turning pen around to seat pellet. As quick as hand loading and if you have a break barrel seating is a must or you'll bend skirts.

I like the fact that pellets are always seated exactly the same. It also makes it easy to load pellets in my springer when I'm wearing gloves.

I believe that the price could be a bit lower.

very convenient way to apply your pellets. Makes seating your pellets accurately which increases your accuracy. It's cold here now and helps not having to take my gloves off to load pellets

I thought it would be useful but I would rather just put a bunch of pellets in my pocket.

Makes loading and seating pellets faster, easier and more consistent in comparison to using fingers. Great for hunters, especially during cold weather when wearing gloves.

Maybe make it out of aluminum for increased durability.

I have both the .177 and .22 caliber version models. For loading tight fitting pellets, these are a must IMO. Seater will provide consistency in loaded pellet depth. Highly recommend.
