Given to me as a Birthday gift. I'm loving the way it looks. Fits on my M&P 15 like a glove. They were definitely meant to be. Very sharp and sheath is a cool looking multi tool.

Ordered in April arrived quickly but that is we’re the good ends. This bayonet made and marked by Smith&Wesson does not fit a M&P 15 made by S&W! Very disappointed

just what a bayonet blade should look like, looks and feels rugged, hope to never use it but i purchased it for protection and it looks like it can do that

Just received the S&W M-9 Bayonet. It is a very sharp blade with a good powder coat. The sheath works well although the metal hooks are a little thinner than military grade. The handle has a non slip feel to it. The wire cutting adapter on the sheath and blade work well together but the powder coating/paint/finish make for a tight fit when put together and because of that the coating scrapes off the blade. It fits AR-15s with bayonet lugs and other rifles and shotguns with them. I would give it 5 stars if it was made with a full tang. All in all a good purchase.

The M-9 Bayonet Blade is bigger than what I expected it to be because I thought it would be like 3 inches bigger than the Smith & Wesson pocket knives that I own. Despite being big, it's really light and easy to handle whenever we're carrying and holding it around as well as properly sharped where we don't accidentally cut our hands and fingers. The holster is not only easy to put on around the belt but also comes with a mini hostler where I can place 2 of my Smith & Wesson pocket knives and have easy access to them whenever I want to take the Bayonet Blade and pocket knives out of the hostler.

Bayonet is fine and well made. Only issue is trying to use the wire cutter. It's VERY STIFF and requires some hard turning to make it operational. Otherwise, it's a fine weapon.

The bayonet is great. The sheath would be great if we were back in the 1970s using Alice gear. Now we use molle and I have yet to find a good way to attach this to a molle battle belt.

Great blade, just what I needed to complete the look I was going for. If you have a 16” barrel, you’ll need an adapter for it to sit right (originally designed for 14.5” barrel).

The black surface finish comes off too easily.
The handle feels a bit small, could beef it up a little.

Fit my standard AR-15 with zero issues. If you switched out handguards with something from MagPul or similar it might not fit. Nice quality knife and sheath.

The knife meets expectations and fits on my rifle well. Unfortunately the coating tolerance is off and the moment I fixed the bade to the wire cutter lug, the finish scratched off. Not just a scratch, -think lottery scratch card scratch. A significant amount of coating came off. On the bright side, I bought it to cut. Not to look pretty.

Mounts perfectly on the S&W M&P 15. Looks great on the rifle. Locks tightly. Don't forget to adjust your zero if you're going to keep this on the rifle.

Didn’t see the point of having a bayonet lug and not having a bayonet. Really happy with every S&W product I own, and this is no exception. I read a review by a guy who thought his handle was a little loose after chopping with it. If you use a tool for what it is designed for you should not have any problems. This was designed for cutting, sawing, and stabbing someone. I believe it will work perfectly at any and all of these jobs. Not to mention that it looks really cool on the end of my M&P 2.
