I was looking for a hard case. I would call this a rigid case at best. There is no way I would fly with this case or try to get it to camp on horseback. For driving to the range or farm, it will do fine. Roomy and secures the bow well. Just not what I was expecting for that price point.

I have 2 of the stag cases, both came with my crossbows as a package deal. I have the stealth nxt and vapor rs470 and the case works great for both bows. I like the amount of protection for very little added weight and size. I use my cases for traveling for out of state hunts and in my boat hunting the swamps of Louisiana. Another awesome TenPoint product

Very nice case well worth the money just wish you had a backpack case for the viper s400

Great fit for my new Turbo S1. East to put together after viewing the on-line video. I do like the flexible hard case that is a step above the solid plastic cases. No lingering odor as reported in other reviews.

This is an excellent case, well built, light, and very functional. Should do a great job protecting my Viper S400. The only thing I would add in future models would be some small storage pockets for incidentals. But outside of that, I would recommend this case if you want a "hard" shell case.

Not as durable as I expected. Doesn’t feel safe to send as checked in luggage. Also disappointed not having back straps to carry as a back pack.

Seams pretty well made. Time will tell how durable, but feels like it'll be tough.
Like the little extra room to keep a few extra things inside cutting down on needing extra bags to carry.

I returned the case. It is not a hard case by my definition. It is a bit more rigid than a soft case, but will not protect my investment as a true hard case. Your crossbows are phenomenal, but as a hard case, this product does not represent TenPoint very well.

Ten Point markets this as a hard case, but what you receive is labeled a soft case. The two pieces zip together and are very flexible. I would not risk shipping this or flying with it.

I just took the case and my new Vengent crossbow home from the dealer. The case is a big improvement over a hard plastic Plano with bad 'plastic buckles' for my prior TenPoint crossbow. I It snugs and secures the crossbow well. I wouldn't call it a hard case, more of a semi-hard case. In TenPoint instruction videos they state be sure to snap the front top 'flap' shut for storage, or open it to extend the foot stirrup to hang it.
The case WILL NOT zipper closed unless I slide the stirrup thru the open flap. This looks to be a problem if you use a carry strap over a shoulder with zipper not closed. I'd hate to see my brand new expensive Vengent slide out and hit the ground. What is the warranty for this cases?

The name as listed is misleading. It is not a hard sided as described. The invoice included with the case describes it as "semi-soft" which is more accurate. It's fine for transporting the crossbow to hunting camp and for storage, but I would never fly with this case. Baggage handlers would destroy this thing resulting in damage to the crossbow. Doesn't live up to the product description as presented on the sales page.

Had bought a soft case when I bought my bow. It was great but wanted something sturdier. Bought this case and ended up not using the soft case anymore. The bow fits perfectly and is very well protected.

This was very good protection for my TitanM1. Very easy to use transferring from my truck and using in the woods.

I found this case to be a great case to protect the RDX400 that I use but find that it is to small to properly hold the Bow, Quiver, and arrows.

Case is not bad but not specific area for the bolts and accessories. Room enough really just for the bow but the case is solid. I had several issues with the crossbow that are not yet resolved. Bad purchase all together.

This case appears to be made perfectly for the nxt.Well padded,large zippers,opening for stirrup,good materials,etc..It does have that "new smell" as some other reviews have stated.Doesn't bother me.The case also holds my 3 bolt quiver,a extra 6 pk of bolts,a plano accessories box.Absolutely perfect!!!.

This case fits my Nitro XRT perfect. It is a very solid, well built case and keeps my crossbow protected .
I like how my crossbow fits in it snug and very
secure.

I had a Phantom previously and used a Plano hard case. The Plano certainly worked but it took up a lot of room and was cumbersome. I use this new Stag case for my NitroX and it works great. Only complaint is that it STINKS. As in smell. I am guessing that it is the hardener or something they use to form the case. Its definately a chemical smell and makes me wonder if the deer can smell it. And also, i wish it came wiht better directions on how to use the foam and assemble. But I finally figured it out and am definitely happy with the case. Its much smaller and easier to carry.
