These mags are built like a tank. They are easy to load which can be done in seconds using a speedloader. Loading by hand takes less than a minute. Nicely finished. I have 3 of these for my M1A1 and they all perform flawlessly.
Things I would have changed:I would add a small cutout to keep the follower depressed when loading.
What others should know:I've never paid $50.00 for any magazine until now. They are nicely made and work great but they are pricey.

This is easier to load than some other magazines, due to being able to lock the spring while loading with bbs

What others should know:Take your time when loading with bbs. Use Umarex bbs like others have recommended

Things I would have changed:Not a whole lot. Only make the surface of the follower about .050" higher so it's easier to hold with your thumb while loading up.
What others should know:Kinda' pricey, but worth it.

Things I would have changed:The same complaint as everyone else....the follower can easily slip out from underneath your finger while loading. Make the follower protrude an additional .050" or allow it to rotate to left or right position and lock once it's in it's lowest position.
What others should know:The M1A1 is a bb-spittin' beast. The gun itself and the replacement mag have both proven reliable so far.

This item was purchased as a second "bb" clip for m1a1 gun.
Things I would have changed:PROVIDE CLIP AND GUN THAT COULD HANDLE .177 "PELLETS" OR EVEN BETTER .22 "PELLETS".
What others should know:THE WEIGHT APPEARS TO BE CLOSE TO THE "REAL" THOMPSON" AND IF YOU HAD TO CARRY THAT FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME, YOU NEED A STRAP AND BRACKETS ON THE GUN!.
