The weight and size are nice.

Better lock up on extending legs, They extend when my gun is shot. The clamp doesn't fit my superstreak's barrel well.

Take the springs out of the legs.

Super light...can't even feel it on gun! Positive up-lock is nice/secure. Easy on/off with the open clamp design.

I used mine on a break barrel springer, had some difficulty in consistly hitting bullseye due to the weight of my rifle on the bi-pod. Sometimes it caused my shot to land high.

Only thing I added was plastic dip to cover the feet so they won't slide on hard surfaces other then that it's a good bi-pod

Built solid. Universal fit even on a springer. Good stable shooting platform for my Gamo Whisper. Extended legs do not interfere when cocking a springer either. Excellent for consistency in aiming and delivering lead to the target.

Use a 3mm allen wrench to insert in bottom holes on clamping wheel. If you just use your fingers to tighten down on your barrel it will loosen upon repeated firing.

Lighten the springs that push the extendable legs. If I tighten the lock ring tight enough to retain the legs retracted, or anywhere in between, my Grandson can't loosen it. Make the barrel opening larger and include some bushings for smaller barrels.

BE AWARE, this clamp only accepts barrels of approximately 3/4" or LESS so if you have a shrouded barrel, you are out of luck trying to use this unit without some kind of jerry rigged setup.

i like the way the legs extend to give a little xtra lift from the ground. I bought it to place on my cosman quest 1000x (.177) . I like the way that it fits and looks great the I actually went online and purchase another one for my crosman storm xt (.177).

If your the kind of person the takes great care of their airguns other than cleaning. You should consider to get a piece of cloth and wrap it around the barrel for confort and for the exterior of the barrel won't damage. The two rubber strips between the clamp will get loose through time and your bipod will be loose.

It is rock steady and it is made out of metal. Also has extendable legs.

I wish that it could mount on to airguns with bigger barrels.

IT DOES NOT FIT ON BIG BARREL RIFLES. I TRIED TO PUT IT ON MY GAMO VIPER BUT IT DID NOT FIT.

This is constructed very well and sturdy. Their is very little play between the joints on the legs. The quick release is tight and easy to use. I like that it can be used on several size barrels, mine is 0.5." and it holds fairly tightly, though not without a tiny bit of wiggle. If I had a bigger barrel, it wouldn't be an issue. Good value for the money. I recommend this purchase as the quality of the bipod is top notch.

I didn't really like the shape and size of the feet. They got in the the way when I folded the legs because I use this bipod on a RWS P5 Magnum "handgun" with the legs facing backwards when folded and not facing forward like I usually see. So I took the feet off and replaced them with a plastic end caps and now I can cock the barrel without the bipod getting in the way.

The extension leg springs are under constant compression and always want to be extended. The range is variable. It is not a gripe but I would have preferred an all-or-nothing extension. As long as you tighten the knurled knobs down, the legs won't move. When you first take the bipod out of the packaging, it is greasy. Mine came heavily lubed on the extension threads and joints. That is good and it shows that the manufacturer is not skimping, but I had to wipe off alot of excess oil before I could start using it. I am new to airgunning and this is my first bipod. I have learned two things from buying this bipod: (1) I shot more accurate without the bipod so I have to reteach myself how to shoot a springer with bipod more accurately than without and (2) It was definitely a novelty purchase as my gun is only about 18" long and doesn't really need a bipod at all. I'm glad I bought it and I'm generally satisfied with PyramydAir but I do not like the $9 shipping policy and that it took them two days to package my order for shipment. PyramydAir is a great source of information but the shipping policy always make me look at other vendors first when I want to buy something.

Clamps on the barrel where ever you kneed it to go, I placed it so that I can still break the barrel without closing up the bipod...That's great.

For basically 20 bucks... How could I expect any more. I wouldn't change anything for the price.

It has to be checked for tightness every few shots. I made a small brass rod to tighten the thumb wheel, it seems to help prolong having to retighten it as often

Excellent , especially for the price. Stablizes my heavy Super Streak for longer shots and gives my arms a rest. Very adjustable and folds up nicely to still break the barrel and reload.

Very good product for under 20 bucks and really helps a lot with heavier rifles.
