Definitely worth the money I paid I’ve had 2 before and the gen4 is definitely the way to go

Nothing I believe they nailed it with this one

It was a little stiff field striping it at first but eventually she softened up and im happy about that because I believe in cleaning and oiling my firearms

Has the feel of a legit Glock. Very realistic with the blowback. And I really like how easy it is to tear down for cleaning.

Nothing that I have any real concerns for. However I have had issues with Copperhead BB’s so I stick to the Umarex Hornady BB’s as they don’t jam in the barrel.

I would stick to the Umarex Hornady BB’s and stay away from the Copperheads. I have read that lead BB’s work great too but I haven’t been able to find any lead ones where I live.

The weight, the feel of the grip texturing, the fact that it can be field stripped. This looks like the real Glock, and I enjoyed shooting it.

The only thing I would change is the awful plastic packing that Umarex uses.

Suggest you get a second Magazine when you order the pistol.

In my opinion this is the best replica you can buy, everything works well, great finish, I love it

I wish this gun came packaged in a nice box and not in cheap plastic.

Great for dryfire type exercises (very Low cost shooting), Realisticish looks and takedown.

Upgrade options (ie. Barrels, trigger)

Allows me to target practice in my yard with a gun exactly like my real one. Cheaper ammo and no range fee. Lots of fun.

I wouldn't change a thing Umarex got this one perfect.

An extra mag is always a good idea.

Feels GREAT in the hand. Looks quite authentic. You can tell cate went into the engineering of this gun.

This is the LEAST ACCURATE airgun I own - and thats Saying something. Even for an airgun this thing is ridiculous. At twenty feet I was lucky to get a three inch shot group! As an example my Umarex Brodax which is half the price is unbelievably more accurate. The M&P 9 which is also less expensive is nearly a tack driver. This thing though, way too much money for way too little performance.

Not much not to like - great blowback, field strippable, replica accurate, solid. But....

Perhaps durability is an issue. Yes, I've probably fired many thousands of rounds with this pistol, but just yesterday, it racked back and stuck. Dislodging things resulted in a small part falling out of the grip - the firing pin mechanism broke at what looks like a reliable point, but it is that white metal sort of stuff and, yeah, that was its death. I'll admit to not be able to resist getting another one....

Limited life for the quality of the working parts? There does seem to be a real problem with blowback pistols and the longevity of the firing mechanisms.

I like the feel of it. Almost identical to my regular 17. Fun to shoot, and way cheaper than using up my regular ammo.

Umarex should look into the accuracy of this piece. Shoots very low. Can't understand why. I will not return it but I'll just display this in one of my display cabinets. Looks real for anyone who visits me.

Only about 3 out of 10 bbs correctly fired . Some of the failures just rolled down the barrel . Fixed sight , and at 3 yards it hits 8 Inches low and 3 inches left .

The gun is a very accurately made replica. Actual Glock accessories ( like lights , lasers , holsters etc ) fit on it for training. However its poor accuracy and poor reliability make it a poor choice for shooting.

As always, Umarex doesn't disappoint with realism. The package even included the three different textured grip backstraps! It strips like the real steel, nudge the slide back a little and pull down on the two little switch-like things on either side to pull the slide forward. Gen 4 differences are faithfully reproduced, like the longer trigger pull and the slightly differently shaped slide lock.

I don't really buy Umarex BB guns for any performance or accuracy or anything. They're fun! Fun to play with, great to do firearm drills and practices at the comfort of your home, fun to rack the slide, all that. But. Their performance as an airgun sucks. It's not accurate, won't hit a target at 25 yards unless you're really lucky, very inconsistent overall, and that's including the velocity.

Buy if you want a fun toy that can double as a trainer for a firearm. Don't expect it for target shooting that is any good.

I am so pleasantly surprised with the slide catch, the feel of this replica, it is a suitable training tool for safety and cost in this day and age of shortages.

I don't have fingernails to get the bb follower to pull down easily, 2 extra mm on the follower would help me personally.

Quality build. Heavier than real Glock 17 if magazine in place. Perfect for training with much lower cost since ammo is so expensive.

This model constantly shoots low. I did not know that before my purchase. My copy shoots average 5.4" low at 5 yards, average 8" low at 7 yards. Check other people's review, many of them have the same problem. It shoots TOO low, not easy to fix. Most blowback BB guns are $100, this gun is $140, I expect higher than average quality.

Nice pistol. Very much like the actual Gen 4 17. My son uses it for practice. He owns the the real Gen 4 17. It was a Christmas gift. He's very pleased.

Its a real solid replica! I bought this about two weeks ago and got it one week ago. Shoots a little low most times but accuracy isnt the reason you buy this.
