Apparently the rifle has a known issue, the o-ring seals on the axle harden over time. Once they harden all your air leaks out. The seal kit does not come with the correct seals. Met Cory at shot show and he told me no problem, email them they will send you replacements free of charge. I email them, I'm told to click on this link and purchase the entire axle to fix the problem. The axles are all out of stock. Terrible customer service. Love the rifle. The low rating is due to the lack of customer service.

Very accurate. I like the feel of the stock it does feel high quality I like the fact that it is able to adjust the regulator to your. Plus you can change the stock and caliber

Anti double feeding would be nice Shooting double pellets is pretty normal

It is a very good rifle for the price I would recommend it. Would not have excepted it to have all of those specs for that price

Why is there no tool provided with hex keys that are provided to adjust regulator

Box is accessible looking and not intimidating at all What is inside is reassuring and why I bought air Venturi again and again. Pack of keys and everything seals and Oring wise you will ever need! The refurbished versions did not have these and believe me they are essential so I did point that out customer service and they said yes tough for you. I countered with the product is not functional without keys and rings. They clearly do not shoot

They don't tell you if the rifle is broken; you're on your own to contact Venturi. It was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered.

There is no sling mount on the tactical model. With a scope on, this is a 8 lbs gun, and carrying it in the wood can be a hassle, unless you use it for something else. Stock is rattling when extending out.

Purchased mine in January 2024 .
Now July and still no modular components. (Stocks..caliber change kits). This was touted as a modular system and was purchased as one.
No components equals no modularity!
Purchase as a con modular system! It has been 6 months since my purchase and still no stocks or Caliber change kits!
The system is not that new! Excuses like "It's a new system" or it's in heavy demand" or "The company is focusing on fully built units...Sorry that Dog Don't Hunt!

Price Accuracy Weight Looks

The stock rattles a bit, but a couple strips of electrical tape fixed that.

After 3 weeks and a couple hundred rounds, we have a winner. I have the Avenge-X Tactical in .177 with the 210cc tube. The first pellet I found it likes is the JSB Exact Monster (13.43gr). It's one hole at 25 yards. After that I tried a few slugs. The ZAN 10gr and Knockout 10gr both group well, though a bit high and left. I'm shooting the Exact Monster at 900fps (24.15 ft/lbs). The Avenge-X is light, the action is very smooth, and the trigger is excellent (haven't touched it yet). I got the .177 because I already have a sweet shooting .22 and .25. They might be getting replaced by additional Avenge-x's though. If you're thinking of getting one of these, do it.

Nice to shoot pretty accurate with 13.4 great pellets and 16. I like shooting heavier pellets they just hit hard. Also like adjusting the hammer spring and air, it comes pretty moderate, I've set the bar up to 200 and the hammer spring 5 -1/2 turns in so I can deliver harder hitting pellets.

Add a adjustable but plate and better tuning instructions for the hammer spring and bar pressure. After using the metal pellet cartridges on my 2 HASTAN rifles they simply the best compared to these plastic cartridges, I'm not a fan of the plastic cartridges but I haven't heard anything bad about them either.

I like the gun and way it shoots, since I shoot in my back yard I need quite and putting a DONNY FL Tonto moderator on it makes it very quite. I shoot from my upstairs out the window at target against a wood pile and nasty house sparrows and the wife said she barley heard it. Any donny FL is a plus.

The best PCP air rifle for the money! I purchased the .22 tactical tube model. Very accurate. Shoots 1/2 inch groups at 50 yards. Easily takes ground squirrels out to 70 yards. I get about 55 shots using JSB 18.13 pellets st 916 FPS with a std. dev. of 2 fps! Used my Labradar for measurement Ergonomics are the weak point due to a cheap stock. I changed the stock to a Magpul PRS Lite which has LOP and comb height adjustment. The noise level is medium, I added a Donny FL Tanto, it is now very quite. Magazines look cheap however, I have approximately 4700 rounds on the gun. No magazine or rifle failures at all. Fit and finish are excellent. Keys to maimizng the potential of the PCP rifle: Take time to setup the rifle ergnomics. Take time to set regulator and hammer spring to the pellets you shoot. Know your ballistics VERY IMPORTANT! Qualty scope and rings. Cheap is cheap, You have to have good optics and rings which may cost as much as the gun if not more

Stock is poor, but what do you expect for $529 bucks.

Buy it you won't be disappointed and the money you save can be used to cover the cost of the accessories.

I like the tank shot count, the aluminum block, and the trigger seems better than the old Avenger when tightening the hammer spring.

My regulator adjustment will only go down to 2000psi and I would like it to go down more like the old Avenger. I think the connection of the bottle works well and does not leak as bad as FX does when taking off the bottle, but I would like a standard bottle regulator to fit, and it doesn't. This would be to dule regulate the system or change the bottle with bigger or smaller size. I would add a folding stock adapter and a port hole to access the hammer spring without having to dismantle the weapon to adjust hammer. I have been unable to remove the buffer tube for some reason. I also would have changed the access point for the plenum and made it were you could add an extended plenum without cutting the stock.

I have noticed that the AvengeX didn't fix the first shot flyer as the original Avenger has. I am not sure this rifle is worth the extra dime.

Exceptional rifle.

A replacement for the picatinny rail to a smooth rounded surface fore grip area an a removable smaller picatinny rail.

There is nothing about this air rifle I don't like. Accuracy is great out of the box. As soon as I get a chronograph it will be even better. I like the look and simplicity of the tactical stock. Of course if you don't like a stock you can just swap it out for another style.

The only thing I would change is the length of pull for the tactical stock. It is just one inch for me. I thought about a new rifle/stock tube, but went with a slip on buttstock pad.

Until airgun manufacturers pressure test and test fire their products, I highly recommend you have Pyramid Air do this for you. A small fee led to a flawless first time pcp purchase for myself. Thanks Pyramid Air. LDT

Fit and finish perfect. Superb accuracy....1 hole groups at 27 yards w/JTS Dead Center 18.1 avgs 895fps. Shoulders well. And perfect weight. Looks are stunning with the carbon fiber bottle. Excellent shot count 120+

Sloppy fit of sliding stock to buffer tube. Corrected this with a Hogue stock.

After having to return 2 of these with the 210cc tube due to an air leak where tube meets action my guess that the 400cc bottle would be better was correct. Very satisfied with this purchase now! Joseph K Akron, Oh.

Well made, exceptional accuracy, I doubt if anyone can find a better air rifle.

Magazine loading, a better magazine dosent load pellet skirt side first. AKA check the Barra 1100z magazine they load easier

Better quality of valve seals. First one air leaks at air tube to action junction within 150 pellets. Replacement rifle sent and leaked in same place within 50 pellets. Returned for refund.

Would have been 5 star rated across board without leaks. Thanks to PA for hassle free returns.

Great gun for the money. Everything could sit and shoot all day.

Mfg. Should have but up stock before putting it on the market to keep up with the demand of the customers base.

Don't wait just order it. Pay PA to test everything before it ships to you.
