    Things I liked:

This PCP rifle is a tack driver, 5 shots about penny size @ 30 feet. Light weight, sidelever (which usually only appears on thousand-dollar air rifles), can be highly customized (degas and adjust regulator), classic look, comes with two 10-round mags, -- almost every aspect is perfect. This the very best value air rifle within the price range. Overall rating 98%.

    Things I would have changed:

If the shroud has a small baffle inside like Umarex Gauntlet does, which can muffle the gunshot sound a little more, then it would increase the rating to 99%, and that's why I had to put a DonnyFL Tanto suppressor, which makes the rifle much quieter. Also if the stock has adjustable cheek rest, then this Avenger is rated as 100%!

    What others should know:

Check online forums to know how to do this rifle's tuning. For example, google search "Air Venturi Avenger tuning" or "Air Venturi Avenger hand pump tune". Then your rifle is gonna have the best performance with respect to your needs.

    Things I liked:

The double gauges are great and everything you need is conveniently placed. With a good scope it was easy to sight the gun in bringing the initial groups to 3/4 "

    Things I would have changed:

Some extra weight in the stock.

    What others should know:

So far seems happy with Crosman pellets. Use the magazines (you get two) to make your life easier.

    Things I liked:

    Nothing.

    Things I would have changed:

Iv gotten 2 both leaked so probably better qc.

    What others should know:

Get something else the first one i received leaked so it was replaced and the second one i received leaked and the bolt prob doesn't line up with the barrel it it would probably eat orings like crazy.

    Things I liked:

Accurate at 90 feet hitting crab apples and walnuts using .22 Diablo Field pellets with a dialed in UTG 3-12 x 44 scope. Hits a lot harder then our break barrel .177 rifles.

    Things I would have changed:

Flatter trigger with less point as I like to place my finger at the lowest point on the trigger. Make less curve, I made a sleeve for more comfort. Could not adjust the trigger travel or sensitivity screws per instructions as they were froze in place....

    What others should know:

Could not get my 2 - 10 round magazines to work. Will not cycle to the next round so I am shooting 1 round at a time.
Would send the rifle back but I am sending the magazines back instead for inspection.
The gun is very accurate running the regulator at 1800 psi.
From 1,000 psi in the gun's tank to 3,500 psi it took me 250 pumps using the Air Venturi MK5 hand pump.
My wife at 140 lbs only had enough weight to give it 5 pumps on the first 5 strokes !
It is a work out to hand pump fill this gun, I am at 170 lbs and 65.
The trade off is once filled, this rifle is fun to shoot.

    Things I liked:

Its a real tack driver. I had to buy it in the 25 cal. I also own it in a 22 cal but the wife claimed it. I have been shooting fx slugs out of the 22 and nielson slugs out of the 25. Both give outstanding performance and accuracy. I love the side lever cocking and easy adjustments

    Things I would have changed:

Factory moderator or at least moderator adapter on these guns. They are loud. I run a donny fl sumo on the 22 and a shogun on the 25. Not backyard friendly from the factory.

    What others should know:

They are awesome guns at a great price. Great accuray with slugs. I liked them so much i own 2. Money well spent

    Things I liked:

Functions perfectly. Well made. Very pleased with this rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

The stock is a bit on the cheap side but it does what it needs to do. The picatinny rail in the forend flexes with my bipod but it does work. I suspect the wooden stock is far more stable.

    What others should know:

Excellent accuracy, fun to shoot, functions flawlessly. Owner's manual is well written and comprehensive, easy to follow. Can't beat this for the dollars.

    Things I liked:

Accuracy, shot per a fill price good value for the money

    Things I would have changed:

The Avengers stock definitely needs work it serves its purpose but it is not great not even good loud and clunky with a hollow sound

    What others should know:

The first air gun I have ever owned that lived up to the expected velocities per manufacturer specifications I actually get higher velocity then advertise . The accuracy of this gun is very good especially for it only cost me $300 or so. I have other air rifles Marauder 25 caliber Seneca Aspen 22 caliber Evnix Rex 35 caliber Airforce Texan 45 caliber I have to check zero on all of them before I go on a hunt because point of aim shift, except with the 45 Texan very good gun very well-made highly recommend if you have the money. but the Avenger I don't have to check the zero it is spot-on every time I pulled the trigger I have high-quality scopes on all of my guns so I know that's not the issue... If you're looking for a good quality gun at a low price this is it air Venturi Avenger is a good choice, choose your caliber I have only shot the 22

    Things I liked:

Everything from shot count to accuracy , trigger is super ! I like the bolt action it is smooth and fast ! The safety is well configured properly placed and easy to access ...The entry level price is the biggest surprise yet ! For the way this gun shoots feels and handles it is nice to get something of this Quality and performance for this Low Low price. If anyone is thinking about getting into air gunning this is a ton of gun and options to do just that !! Truly a five star rating comes from me as an owner of this gun !!!!!

    Things I would have changed:

Pellets in the tin containers. I can't keep them full. I set out to plink my targets next thing I know my Pellets are gone. The tin cans need to be much larger

    What others should know:

This is a great gun all the way around get one and have fun !!!

    Things I would have changed:

The stock is what you read. But the plastic is fine. I would change nothing. It is quiet without a suppressor but I have one coming in the mail anyway. Lol. Why not. Donny FL is awesome

    What others should know:

It blows up inanimate objects. I just like to shoot holes in old stuff. Thats my hobby. Cranked up to close to max you can shoot holes in things

    Things I liked:

overall pretty nice gun. Not as accurate with crossman pellets as some say but much better with JSB exact 18.13. No more accurate than my Urban up to 35 Yds. but much better beyond that, the urban kinda goes a little wild, which is why I chose this one. Haven't shot it over 55Yds. yet but it is right on at that range

    Things I would have changed:

Only that silly stock but that don't have anything to do with the way it shoots

    What others should know:

I hand pump so I was a little worried about that but it came with 3000 lbs. in it so i didn't have to pump it up from 0. Thankfully I didn't get a leaker. The regulator is set for 2100 so with 50 pumps from a cheap hand pump off Amazon I can get it to a little over 3000 and get 30 shots.

    Things I liked:

Regulated and EASILY adjustable firing pressure, hammer spring, and trigger. Wow. Loving this. 4250 PSI (300 bar) reservoir. That's a lot of shots. Shot through 8 of the 10-round magazines my first day on a single charge using the 1400 PSI "eco-tune" settings and 11.75 grain Predator lead-free pellets, and still had 2500 PSI left. Nice! I like that there is a male fitting for the air refills so I can quickly hook it to my compressor (Hill EC-3000) without any adapters. Very easy to refill.

    Things I would have changed:

Hard to complain here. The little gauges are somewhat difficult for my old eyes to read accurately without a magnifier, but I'm happy it HAS those gauges. Some people complain about the plastic stock. I guess I don't know any better, but it seems just fine to me. The rifle is light and I haven't stuffed rags into the stock or tried to fill it with foam. I don't see a need to change it, but maybe I'm missing something. If it's that important I suppose people could get the new one with the wooden stock for a little more money. I think I prefer the light weight. My wife can shoot it easily. The cap that goes over the refill fitting sometimes gives me trouble when I try to screw it back on. Not sure why; the threads inside look okay to me. I'll figure it out. If I can't I might order a replacement.

    What others should know:

Two gauges, and the RIGHT is REGULATED. That's how I remember which is which so I'm not squinting at that right gauge to see how much air I have left.

Per other reviewers' recommendations, I did check and tighten everything when I received the rifle. I put a drop of blue Loc-Tite on the teensy bolt that holds the barrel cover.

Wishing to keep my backyard lead-free, I bought the Predator 11.75 gr GTO pellets. At that light weight, I went for the 1400 PSI and 1.5 turn HS "eco-tune" adjustment and it's working great. After shooting 80 rounds at a target to get everything tuned, I shot two rats in my back yard the first day.

Already mentioned I bought the Hill EC-3000 compressor and very happy I did. Fills the reservoir quickly -- the whole process takes only minutes.

Between the compressor, rifle, scope, ammo, and other accessories, I've spent close to $2,000, which works out to $1,000 per rat so far... but the fun is truly priceless. I'm working to get the cost per rat down!

    Things I liked:

I like the external adjustability of the regulator and hammer spring

    Things I would have changed:

The orings on the pellet loading pin good be a better design. They fail quickly when using the magazine.

    What others should know:

Mine has been slug fussy. Saw lots of videos sharing great results with slugs but with the amount of ammo used to tune for a decent slug group I recommend running pellets. To hard to get ammo right now.

    Things I liked:

First of all, what I like about it is that it is a great looking rifle design, and it's not very heavy so all day in the woods would not be a problem with this one. Second, I like that it's simple and powerful. Also, I didn't have to buy any extra parts to attach the pump. I really like it.

    Things I would have changed:

Make an indicator so you know when it's loaded.

    What others should know:

It's really easy to load multiple rounds if you are not attention.

    Things I liked:

I watched every video I could find on Air Venturi Avenger before I bought mine with fingers crossed that it would live up to the hype. It did and then some. Everything worked as good or better than I was hoping. I'm somewhat old and no longer a great shot but with this rifle I even impressed myself putting pellet in pellet at 50 yards with Crosman hollow points. Wow! Great value. Great Rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

The Magazine could be better. I'm not impressed with the design. When it feeds the next pellet the pellet hits the firing pin and can deform pellet a little.

    What others should know:

You can tune it easily to the pellet weight to get accurate shots plus it isn't pellet picky. This is an Amazing rifle for a very good price.

    Things I would have changed:

    maybe come in camo

    What others should know:

They have taken care of the leak problem, new poppet .Just to be on the safe side, get the 10 for 10
