    Things I liked:

I own and love to shoot a Sig ASa20 & Beeman R7 both in .177 cal. This is my first PCP .177 cal. First thing I did was buy a 300Bar, fan cooled, compressor. After shooting this gun for about 1 week I decided I like it a lot. It is light (makes it harder to hold it steady), has no kick. The cocking lever is perfect to use and feels smooth to me, the Safety is in a good place, the magazine is easy to load, the Picatinny rail is a good touch and I do like the trigger pull but the shape is very nice and fits my finger well. It likes the cheap Crosman 7.9 Hollow Points (Yeah) but it also likes JSB 8.44, JSB 10.34, AA 10.3 and even does well with Crosman 10.5 Piranha. My best grouping is with AA 10.3 @ .36 Inches. The best I have ever done at 25 yards is .37 one or two times with my Sig. But with my Beeman R7 I can group .27 & .33 & .29 quit regularly.

    Things I would have changed:

Not sure if I like the gauges on the side where they can get scratched when you have to lay the gun on its side for filling etc. The magazines do not lock in easily. Just tonight I inserted a magazine and for some reason or other it would not go in. In the process of extracting it, I bent the bolt probe and had to get a pair of pliers to straighten it out because it would not load anymore pellets from the magazine. You could tell by watching it entered the chamber it was not centered. Seems to work ok now. Not sure how one one would replace a bent bolt probe. I started tuning it for accuracy and maximum shot count today and found out that my hammer spring was set to zero and only has 3.5 turns before it stops. I am waiting for Air Venturi to let me know if this is a defect. For the price it is a keeper. It is a sweet shooting gun. I believe with more practice my accuracy will improve. The back yard is only 26 yards so I can not test it at 50 yards.

    What others should know:

Be gentle when closing the bolt probe lever. If you feel extraordinary resistance stop and fix the problem. I am a lot more accurate from a standing or leaning stance than with my Sig ASP20. Probably because of the light weight. With the factory settings of approximately 2,000 psi and hammer spring at zero I counted 122 shots before I stopped. I shot 10 shot groupings and the best one at 21 yards was .41 and .48 using Crosman 7.9 HP. The largest was .86 with Crosman Piranha 10.5. I have not found a gun yet that likes these Piranha.

    Things I liked:

Most accurate pellet rifle I own. Still getting to know the gun but incredibly accurate and easy to operate. Love the toggle action bolt.

    Things I would have changed:

Stock is light weight but I would like to have aftermarket wood or composite stocks available.

    What others should know:

    Buy it, buy it NOW.

    Things I liked:

the rifle seems powerful. have not chronograsped yet seems accurate set 25 yet TBD, since i'm trying to figure out what is bent, the barrel of the air cylinder. they are bent together at the muzzle.

    Things I would have changed:

i would have to say quality control. Since this is the 2nd one they had to send , it took along tine to get thus one snd don't want to send it back

    What others should know:

Pay the xtra to have your gun inspected. But also be aware of you choose the option without buying the xyra gun case they will cancel your 10 for 10 inspecting and just send what ever they have in their hands

    Things I liked:

checks all the boxes; regulated, adjustable, accurate, fairly powerful, comfortable to shoot, low price.

    Things I would have changed:

stock mounting screws were loose (tighten), the buttstock is hollow and flimsy (fill with expanding foam), the forestock is hollow and flimsy (epoxy). If it had a bigger air tank it would be better, but at the price point its fine.

    What others should know:

make sure to get the proper height scope rings, too low and the magazine will not fit, too high and its difficult to get a proper cheek weld. I used a set of 30mm rings that are 1.035" from rail to center line, they are perfect.

A DonnyFL Tanto mounted with the DonnyFL adapter makes it very quiet, the impact is louder than the shot.

    Things I liked:

The side lever is way better than a bolt lever. The power of a .25 is noticeable. The stock feels good and the gun is fairly light weight. The trigger is smooth but not a crisp break.

    Things I would have changed:

The barrel shroud is held on by a single screw that was stripped out. Also when I would shoot air blew by the o ring seals of the shroud. I put a few wraps of teflon tape under the o rings to help seal things up and that helped. I feel this could have been a better design from the factory.

    What others should know:

It took some adjustment to get the hades pellets to group well. I got it down to about .75 in at 50 yards. Degas the gun and reset the regulator to 1700 psi which gave me just under 800 fps.
    Maybe it's still breaking in.

    Things I liked:

Received my Avenger yesterday morning. all i did was remove it from the case, and bleed the air out, then after seating the regulator screw backed it out about two turns, hoping for about 2300 to 2500 lbs. After running a series of patches (mason line with 6 loops, (oiled, dry, dry, oiled, dry, dry) I connected it to my Nomad air compressor and about 20 minutes later (I did not time it) the main pressure was reading about 4300, and the regulator was showing about 2400, pretty good guess but I had read many reviews so had a good idea as to where it would settle. and put it in its case. This morning thankfully there was basically no wind, so I set up a target at 25 meters and prepared to sight the rifle in. However i have a issue, they are an EXTREMELY tight fit into the weapon. I had to nearly force both magazines to seat properly. question, do others have the same problem? 3 magazines 24 shots, low 928 fps, high 951 fps into 1.5 inches? will add more after more use.

    Things I would have changed:

Only issue with the magazine being extremely difficult to seat, is not good. what I would like to know is if others have had an issue with this, or is it only this weapon? I will wait a bit and see if it resolves itself with use,

    What others should know:

slightly disappointed in the size of the group. at 25 yards even with basically just wanting to zero the weapon and not all that concerned about shot placement it should have been only about .75 inches not 1.5 inches I will back the hammer spring off about 1/2 turn. hopefully this will reduce velocity to around 870-900 fps and that may help. I will work on adjusting the pressure, and the hammer spring and hopefully will get the groups down to about .5 inches at 25 yards

    Things I liked:

Very accurate. After setting final zero, I was getting many same-hole shots at 25 yards from the bench rest. It absolutely purrs using AEAC's "Eco Tune" (hammer spring = 1.5 turns, regulator = 1400psi) with the main reservoir filled to (only) 3000psi and shooting Predator GTO 11.75gr lead free ammo. Purrs like a fluffy kitten! I was very surprised not only that I was capable of getting such tight groups, but how easy it is with this machine.

    Things I would have changed:

The shroud screw holes are wimpy and strip really easy. I had to remove the shroud for laser-bore-sighting and found this out the hard way. When I put them back, I Loctite'd them with purple (the wimpy stuff) and it's hold together just fine.

    What others should know:

I recommend using the single shot tray until you feel very comfortable with the effort needed to sink a pellet into the breech. The fellows in my gun club warned me that the magazines do not always align with the breech leading to jams and need to be tested. May I suggest you check all that out to ensure good magazine function BEFORE you head to the range for a day of shooting. Also, it's kind of loud with a decided crack - no way is this thing BY friendly. I already purchased the DonnyFL adapter from PA, so next I need to find a good LDC. And Father's Day is this Sunday ... hmmm ...

    Things I liked:

This thing is amazing for the cost of the rifle. It's truly the biggest bang for your buck at the moment. Accuracy is outstanding especially compared to a break barrel, if you're upgrading. I hand pump and it's definitely doable although it is some work. Really fun to shoot!!!

    Things I would have changed:

Honestly, the stock is very plastic. Doesn't feel as solid as other plastic stocks I've shot.

    What others should know:

Some pellets are overly snug. Crossman hollow points seem to shoot real well overall which is great because they are easily obtained.

Great accuracy with a lot of punch for the pellet gun! Wont Buy any other one this is the best on the market!

    Things I would have changed:

Only thing I would really change is the thickness where you can connect the strap its a little thin and size of hole is a little small and make it so you can put any universal tripod stand on it other than that its perfect!

    What others should know:

Easy to pump up and the compression stays up for more shots then other pellet/air guns we have owned!

Seems to be a ok gun

    Things I would have changed:

don't give gun to people who are going to lie about a gun on reviews.I watched a review from AEAC Vlog on air venture web site. He said he got 116 shots on a tune .reg set at 1400 hammer at 1.5 turns with a 22 cal .I got 40 shots then totally off reg .same fps as him on 16 grm pellet .The only reason I bought this gun is for the shot count .I also have a 25 cal .only get 24 shots at reg set at 2000 hammer at 2 turns .

    What others should know:

Not happy spent a lot of money at pyramid air .I have watched all the reviews .my guns don't come close to what the reviews say .this gun I bought the xtra warranty they will.be getting this gun back over And over for the next two years until I get the gun on the reviews!!!! So sick.of this!

    Things I liked:

It is very accurate thru the green pressure range. I really like this Avenger .22 cal.

    Things I would have changed:

The top scope rail is soft so don't tighten the scope down too tight you could damage it.

    What others should know:

On the last one I had and the replacement the scope mounting rail is not level with the barrel. I tried 3 scopes and all of them shot low with the scope adjusted all the way up. I had to shim the rear mount to get it to zero in and still have some adjustment on the scope.

Great value for price. Easy to tune.

    Things I would have changed:

The plastic stock was less than satisfactory. It was so flimsy that made it really hold sensitive creating poi shifts. I threw it in the trash and carved a wood stock. Now it feels great and no more poi shifts.

    What others should know:

Even with the cheapo stock this thing is worth the money. Super accurate even out to 100 yards. It is capable to mod to get much more power. My 22 is getting 58fpe maxed out with a little work to internals and a larger reg.

Awesome PCP Rifle! My 1st one and so impressed with the accuracy right out of the box!! Didn't have to change a thing except sight in the scope!

    Things I would have changed:

Yes, everyone is mentioning about the plastic stock, but if accuracy is what your looking for at this price, you can't go wrong!!

    Things I would have changed:

The sling holes don't fit regular rifle sling swivels.

    What others should know:

if you check your clip do it after you fire or if you chambered you don't want to put it back unless the chamber is empty so you don't double load a pellet.

    Things I liked:

So, my first PCP. Big learning curve. Good news was that it arrived one month sooner then anticipated. I had already purchased a scope and hand pump. Mounted the scope and read the book. Messed around and got it working. The gun has good fit and feel. We have put less then 300 rounds through the gun so far. All of that was for zeroing and general plinking. Have not done any serious shooting yet. I am experimenting with different weight and brand pellets to see where the best fit is. You can empty the 10 round magazine pretty quick :-D. Pretty accurate with good groups.

    Things I would have changed:

I can't think of anything yet.

    What others should know:

There are a lot of reviews whining about how hard a hand pump was to use . Granted, when you get up to 3500 PSI it gets pretty tough to push but certainly not unreasonable. With tanks starting at $500 my $200 pump is a bargain. Plus, I don't have to figure out where I'm going to get a tank filled.

Absolutely a wonderful rifle. Set at 1200 to psi, lightest hammer spring adjustment, still getting 820 to 850 FPS. Shooting at 30 yards half inch groups all day. Only disappointment only getting 60 shoots.
