    Things I liked:

This rifle has an excellent barrel, very accurate. Has good power, not as many good shots as I had hoped for since it takes on such high pressures of air. The trigger is very good and the magazine is really good.

    Things I would have changed:

Increase the volume of air since the overall weight of the rifle is low which would give you way more shots per fill.

    What others should know:

I have the rifle in .25 caliber and I wouldn't want it any smaller. Overall, this is the best gun for the money of any of the PC's. Increasing the air volume would make it perfect.

    Things I liked:

Value, Accuracy, Adjustability, Fit, Function, Capacity, Trigger..... This is a really nice, well thought out, high-value PCP.

    Things I would have changed:

It should have magazine storage in the dead space of the stock, or more air capacity. Lots of wasted space.

    What others should know:

I am left-handed, and this is a very nice airgun for lefties. At this price, you cant go wrong. If you are on the fence, just get one. Mine is a .25 caliber, and it hits VERY hard. Very accurate with JSB Hades. At 25yds I can stack pellets no problem. At 100yds I can hit a 12" target off-hand every time. Mine came from the factory with an excellent trigger, no adjustment needed. I would buy this Avenger over an M-rod. For the record, .25 Marauder magazines DO NOT FIT the .25 Avenger. The Seneca mags are thinner and not as robust, but they work flawlessly for me.

    Things I liked:

    Accuracy of course, light weight.

    Things I would have changed:

Both of my rotary clips hold slugs too low to line up with barrel.

    What others should know:

Had to use my marrauder rotary clips when I use slugs, 22 cal. Pellet probe does not line up with barrel so I took a chance with wooden dowel as a punch to bend probe, feeds much better now, an d didn't have to send in for repair or replacement not knowing when I would get back. Enjoying getting to know this gun.

Greatest bargain on the market. ACCURATE ACCURATE and ACCURATE !

    Things I would have changed:

Offer a wood stock - otherwise nothing.

    What others should know:

You can feed it anything and it will reward you with bullseye after bullseye. Just treat it to a good scope; its worth every penny invested.

    Things I liked:

The accuracy, adjustability, light weight, cost of magazines, not the least bit pellet fussy, high shot count, and the price. It also comes in .25 which at 2400 psi reg pressure, hammer spring maxed out, does push a 26.54 grain JSB Hades at 917 FPS making almost 50 FPE! Just mind blowing what 300$ can get you at the moment.

    Things I would have changed:

Like the guns forebears, the Nova Vista Liberty, it would be cool if a light weight wood stock were available. Nothing really. In the future offer a BULLPUP! That would be awesome.

    What others should know:

This gun to me is a second generation Nova Vista Liberty/Alpha depending on where you live. I have 3 other Nova Vista Guns and the Avenger is just as crazy accurate as they are and so far just as reliable. Honestly, Air Venturi knocked this out of the park by offering this kind of a deal to us and their partnership with Nova Vista. For the money you can not beat what these Avengers are bringing to the table. Other manufacturers have some big shoes to fill to catch up to this gun for the features and the money.

    Things I liked:

This gun is very accurate with just about anything you feed it.

    Things I would have changed:

the bipod rail is secured with two tiny screws. Need more support.

    What others should know:

I love this gun but I have two minor issues. I had to epoxy the bipod support to get all the play out of it and on my .25 cal the magazines are hard to load in the gun. That said I would still buy the gun again in a heart beat.

    Things I liked:

Nice gun, shoot very accurately up to 35 yards on this .177.... Good price for the power... Will return this one for lighter model like the Airforce talon SS...

    Things I would have changed:

should be a bit lighter n shorter then it would be really nice... Need to redesign rotary magazine, both of mine were so hard to work with. One spring were loose or broken, other new one I used 1st time, became jammed w. Pellets so I have to unjammed it...its was tough to get it out....

    What others should know:

Great for blinking but for hunting its a bit heavy for moving it around....

Received the rifle early so was super excited to pump it and to try it. Unfortunately, the rifle leaked air and would not hold pressure. The guys at Pyramid took good care of me. They sent me a return label, which I used to send it back. Now waiting for the replacement.

    Things I would have changed:

Quality control should be better at the factory. Dont send units that need to be fixed right away.

    What others should know:

Didnt have a chance to actually test it.

    What others should know:

For first range session I charged rifle to 300 bar and sighted in scope at 50 yds. I used the rifle as sent from factory, no adjustments were made. I used domed ultra pellets (14.3 grs) and was putting pellets on top of each other in short order. I switched to a steel squirrel target at same distance and head shots were easy. Decided to shoot a full silhouette at 100 yds and aimed at head. Pellet hit 5 mills low so I adjusted my POA and continued firing. Hits every time. When I finished, still had 200 bar on reserve gauge. Got so excited, lost count of total pellets shot but it was quite a few. A joy to shoot.

incredibly accurate, great form and function, easy to fill, operate, and shoot. Love the side cocking lever.

    Things I would have changed:

    NOTHING!

    What others should know:

The regulated pressure seems to want to climb to 3000 psi in just a few minutes between shots. So my first shot is almost always at 3000psi, even though I've set the pressure at 2500 psi. Takes a couple shots to get it back resting at 2500 psi. set it aside for a few minutes and it's back to 3000 psi. Not sure if this is a problem with mine, or normal for all of them.

    Things I liked:

I like the easy cocking side lever, the weight of the gun and the ability to change regulator/ hammer spring settings. I have two Nova liberties 17 & 22 and the Avenger just blew my mind. Five shots in the same hole with Jsb 25.39 jumbo monster redesigned pellets at 30 yards and can stack 18.13's and the list goes on . I put a brief article in Air gun Nation. I'm shooting my Avenger with the reg at 1800 and hammer screw 2.75 turns in and it gets better and better every time I shoot it.

    Things I would have changed:

I do have a beef about the shroud treads being to large for the screw on moderator adaptor. Must have slipped through QC. Hopefully that will get resolved soon.

    What others should know:

The wait is worth it for this Avenger. Money well spent. I plan to get another one. Keep the pellet probe o rings lubed up. 0 decimal moderator works great and so does the Sumo with a different fill nipple protector, Like the magnetic type or rubber cap. 0 decimal will work okay without fill nipple mod. You want have to remove moderator to fill with as long as you use a moderator to clear the fill nipple.

    Things I liked:

With out a doubt this has got to be the buy of the century!! The adjustability and consistency for $300.00 is unheard of. I own air rifles that cost 4 and 5 times more than it yet they cant shoot better. Mine is.22 and getting 70 shots shooting 34gr jsb at 850fps getting dime size hole at 50yd for an entire mag.

    Things I would have changed:

The only thing I would change is the plastic stock but for the price I guess I shouldnt complain .

    What others should know:

If you have thought about getting it, go ahead. You will not be sorry. I normally don't write reviews but this one is worth the price.

Price, value, quality, and design. The rifle is of modest cost, yet it performs smoothly, with precision, and acurracy that rivals or exceeds more expensive PCPs. I believe it will serve me well for many years.

    Things I would have changed:

    Nothing.

    What others should know:

This rifle seems to shoot well with a wide gamut of pellets and slugs, which ought to please most enthusiasts.

    Things I liked:

The side-lever cocking mechanism is so smooth. Accuracy. The adjustable regulator is a good monitor of how much air has leaked into chamber for next shot. A quick glance tells me if I need to dry-fire the first shot. The ability to tune this gun is amazing.

    Things I would have changed:

greater adjustment potential on trigger. no leakage of air into regulated area.

    What others should know:

Look for possible bent barrel shroud if you are thinking of adding a suppressor.

    Things I liked:

This thing is dead nuts accurate. This is as accurate as my M-rod with Lothar / Walther barrel. My range is 50 yards and I'm regularly making single hole shot strings. I'm looking forward to trying slugs and longer ranges. I added a TOURBON butt stock check rest using the smallest pad shifted away from my face a bit. Makes it easy to line up behind the scope and takes away that plasticky feel of the butt stock. The weight with a scope feels more manageable than other heavier airguns.

    Things I would have changed:

Nothing, except maybe the plug that covers the regulator adjustment screw could possibly have a cap that is less likely to be lost. A plug that wouldn't completely detach from the gun.

    What others should know:

This is a great time to start air gunning and your first rifle will be the Avenger. What a rifle to start with!!!

Accuracy right out of the box, It will shoot almost anything you feed it accurately including slugs. Nice trigger, Over all a nice rifle.

    Things I would have changed:

I would open up the breech area to allow bigger fingers to be able to load the singe shot tray. It is not easy if you have big fingers. The 10 shot magazine are cheap and they break easily. A better quality mag.

    What others should know:

Over all a great rifle except for the magazines.
