Got mine in Sept. of 2023. I harvested a nice buck and very impressed with the speed and accuracy. The string crank is easy also. Over all I love my new bow.

shoots very fast and great for long range and short range

First bow I ever owned and wow on a dime accuracy that dropped a Roosevelt elk lungs . It past through and retrieved the hyperflight arrow from a tree.

I love my Hypertac 420. It was given to me as a gift, I didn’t buy it. I had no idea that CB’s were this accurate and powerful. I’ve killed a doe and 4 pigs with mine at 25-40 yards and all have been full pass throughs. I killed 2 pigs with one arrow, with a full pass through both pigs. They were lined up perfectly at about 25 yards. I saw one run off and thought I saw it running away with my arrow, through the scope. After climbing down and finding one dead pig and my arrow, I realized that what I saw, was blood pouring out of the second pig. This bow is easy to climb with, I’ve cocked it twice after shooting from my stand, I don’t recommend this, and it is a BLAST to hunt with.

I shoot the factory arrows with 125 grain mechanicals. I choreographed it at 405 fps. I’m sure that it would be very closed to 420 with the recommended 100 grain broad heads. The best thing about this bow is, the arrows go where you point it. I followed the zero instructions that came with the bow/scope and it’s accurate for sure. I’m sure that there are better bows on the market, but if you’re into killing whitetail and pigs, this BC set-up is all that you need.

I do wish that I could find some lighted nocks for it, but with the propriety Barnett arrows that it shoots, I haven’t found any that will work as of now.

Purchased a few months ago it's compact and balanced nicely also very quiet and fast I purchased with pre installed crank cocking device which works great. Looking forward to hitting the woods with it This fall.

First time using this. The hook for the cranking system snapped over the top of the rail damaging the rail itself. Crank jammed. Poor design defects makes this an unsafe design. In order to get the loader to un jam I had to back it down. Slipped and hit my hand. When I looked down saw the pin that holds the hooks was snapped off and the cocking mechanism was hanging off the bow. My son got this for me for a Father’s Day present. First Barnett I ever owned. He needs his money back so we can a different one to hunt with in 3 weeks.

No lighted necks available. So sad. Scope a little fish eye ish but ok. Hawkee much better.

Harvested a PA hit lister with my HyperTac 420! The HyperFlite arrow zipped right through and he "didn't go 20". Was an awesome encounter and experience with a buck that I had been playing cat and mouse with for a week and when it came time for the shot the maneuverability of the compact HyperTac definitely helped me get the job done!

Out of the box, this bow was a breeze to assemble and sight in; and it was immediately noticeable how fast it is and how hard it hits with these Hyperflite bolts! I was fortunate enough to harvest two deer with it during the final weekend of the season. Both deer were at about 30 yards and both shots produced a clean pass through and the Bloodsport broadheads made for an easy tracking job. I'm looking forward to using this bow for many seasons to come!

Amazed at the features packed into this crossbow for the price point. It's above and beyond what's needed to have a safe, confident and extremely lethal crossbow hunt straight out of the box.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to assemble with the single nose bolt through the riser. Three shots later at 25 yards I was hitting groups too tight to shoot at the same target.

I killed this buck with a chip shot at 30 yards from a ground blind. The arrow penetrated a complete pass through and buried about 6 inches in the dirt 10 yards passed the deer!
