I am a petite under 5 ft woman. I like this rifle to shoot cans and vermon in my yard with my 15 year old son. It is easy to pump. It needs to be reset after every shot. The pellets are harder to load one at a time while you can fill the bbs for a faster load.

To thick for my grandson's hand and the handle where it's cocked is plastic. Easy to break.

Nice air rifle, quality build, good weight. Cons:Holds only one pellet, does not have pellet magazine. Loading pellets is very cumbersome. No outside scope as an option. Goodlooking rifle.

Bought this for my son's 9th birthday recently. It's perfect for what it's intended for... making them aware of how a gun functions and how to handle a weapon. It's easy for a kid to operate and the open sight is adjustable.

This is an outstanding air rifle! Comes with everything you need and it's safe for children by it being a semi auto rifle. Has to be loaded per each pellet.

My 7-year-old saw a picture of this online and used his own money he wanted it so bad... I was afraid he'd be disappointed because for the price I was sure it wouldn't meet his expectations. After a day or so of shooting and using the rifle, I asked him what he thought and he said, "it loads fast, shoots accurate, it's easy to handle, and looks cool!" This is his third BB/pellet gun, the others haven't lasted or can be a bit heavy or difficult to pump or only shoot BB's. This one seems to be easy for him to handle, load, and shoot, without much struggle. This may also be one of the quietest air rifles we've owned.

I bought this for my 6 year old. He is super into squirrel hunting. He absolutely loves the look of this gun. The gold really looks nice on it. It was a little heavier that I planned for, and he has a hard time carrying it around in the woods, but he's a little guy for 6. Overall it shoots great!

Excelent air gun for a starter, I bought this for my grandson so I could teach him Safety rules and teach him how to aim, hold breath and all the things a young boy need to learn so when he gets older he will not only have the necessary knowledge and skills to carry him a lifetime.
