Although the 1866 is a fun lil item? It is not recommended for a 58 yr old woman. It was a lil clumsy n hard to pump, other than that? Like said a fun lil rifle.

I really like the look and feel of the gun. Good balance to it like larger caliber hardware. I don't like how long the pumping lever is. It's about 18" long and a pretty long stroke especially if you have short arms. Also I don't think it has very much bb capacity for the size of rifle it is. But this rifle is very nice compared to your typical bb or pellet gun. It's accurate, feels like a quality rifle, and it's fun to shoot. Blends in with my collection of hunting rifles like it's a big caliber piece of hardware. So far it's a good buy

I think it's really amazing! Bought this gun just to have target practice fun with my dad. Overall we had a blast using it over the weekend. Very easy to use! Easy to load, pump, and shoot.

Great air gun the sights are a little difficult to get used to but once you get it dialed in it stays pretty accurate. Has impressive power at 10 pumps. And get a lot of compliments about how good it looks.

Don't dislike it at all infact recommended to several friends to buy the cowboy 1866 rifle for then selves and they said they would love the gun and it's accuracy

Shoots great. Chronograph reading came in at 750fps on average. Lightweight for my son and is now one of his favorites to shoot. I love the design and would highly recommend to others. Have only shot copper BB's so far but look forward to shooting some lead pellets soon. No jams, no malfunctions after 500 rounds at the range. Overall a great gun.

I bought this air gun cause I like the way it looked and didn't really care about the performance but when I got it home and shot it i quickly realized that not only does it look better then the competitors but it shoots better as well. Very powerful and very accurate.

It's awesome , the gun looks so realistic, not like the ones other companies make.
Also the shooting its amazing, the bullet goes straight to the target , it doesn't curve or anything like that

This is a beautiful gun and pretty powerful too and when I had an issue with it Barra sent a brand new one and let me keep the old one. I highly recommend.

Haven't had this airgun for long but in my opinion quality is okay. Don't know if I like it hard plastic instead of wood. But overall it shoots well, looks great, and is easy to use.

Pleasantly surprised to find it was gold instead of the yellow I was expecting. Really like the lever pump action as opposed to the traditional cocking mechanism. Looking forward to many adventures in the future.
