The aged version is very real in terms of looking like it has been used. I am very impressed with its realism. If I were to make improvements I would have like a little more aging, but that is being very picky on my part. Also the faux wood grips could be a little more realistic. However, for the price it has high value, especially when you can shoot both pellets and BBs, and I am very pleased with the revolver.

Absolutely love this gun. Beautifully crafted and looks authentic. Shoots just as good as it looks! Any cowboys dream!

I love the way it looks, feels, and sounds when we use it. My son loved the present for Christmas and we are having a blast using it. Can’t get over how much it looks like an old revolver.

The weight and overall feel is very realistic. I don't have a real Schofield but I imagine the weight is pretty similar. It's all metal. It seems reasonably accurate for a pistol with BB's

The CO2 drains pretty quickly in the gun. You can't just put a CO2 cartridge in it and expect to shoot in a couple of hours. I did that and the CO2 was completely empty. Then I re-loaded and shot about 20 times. Went back a while later and again it had run out. Don't think it should do that. I'd also like it to ship with both pellet and BB cartridges. I wanted the pellet cartridges but they were out of stock. Make the tool to install the CO2 in the grip stronger. Mine broke out of the plastic. Would also prefer wood grips.

If you want a realistic replica to hold in your hand this is the one. It shoots well and is a fun plinker.

I like that the bb gun is heavy duty, looks and feels like a real gun and it is very easy to operate. I also like the dual action feature like a real gun as well. the safety is heavy and it would be very difficult for a youngster to take it off safety.

Looks even better in person and it's a blast to mess around with.

I love it! it took a bit to get here and I'd say it was worth the wait. Its a very accurate bb gun pistol 6 rounds, cock and shoot simple and safe. No matter who you are I think you'll love this, no need to be a fan of Westerns or even guns to find this piece nice.

This antiqued version is well done, looking like natural holster wear. Other reproductions from other sellers of an antiqued version look like someone has just taken course steel wool to rough up the surface. I chose this version even though the price was slightly higher, as it looks like a natural finish, and not 'painted'

The look and feel of the Schofield is very good, I even have a holster for it. Any air gun lover should have one in their collection.

Its a great looking gun, even better so in real life. The finish looks period correct and is worn out just right. The Fake wood grips are decent enough and mine did not creak and still dont after many, many rounds. To contradict another reviewer, a speed loader does work with the no. 3 , a safari land in my case. Accuracy wise, a tight 2 Inch grouping at 30 feet all day long, and there are steadier hands out there then mine...and at that range , steel pellets go through 1/8 board like paper...I like!

Nothing, its really is that good. However, turns out people back in the 1870s had really small hands so big boy shooters beware

The front sight is a bit of a problem. Its (Appropriately) worn out making it hard to pick up in bright light or against a dark background.
I solved this with a drop of white sight paint and now the gun is even easier to sight, shaving about 1/2 inch of my grouping.

Very nice gun but it doesn't seem as well built as the 5' I bought before but still very nice and fast shipping.

Beautifully aged finish gives this pistol a realistic look. Combined with it's fine balance, heavy feel in the hand, and smooth operation, it is a great addition to my collection of Barra Schofields.
