Perfect entry into PCP shooting. Very accurate at 10m. Consistent speed. Light trigger. And a pleasant surprise was the packaging.

It has a 11mm rail and not a 22mm - I couldn't this in any write-up and ordered the incorrect red-light (shame on me).

Power adjustability

Better manufacturing QA. When I received the pistol the mounting screws for the handle and the foot at the bottom of the handle were so loose that both wobbled back and forth. When I tried shooting it, the trigger moved back and forth so much that any kind of accuracy was impossible. Pyramyd tech support told me to contact Beeman to resolve this problem. I gave it all one stars because a new product as delivered should be functional, which this one wasn't.

Very accurate pistol, especially for the money. 12 pellet magazines are great and easy to load. Manual safety is appropriate for a PCP pistol

Trigger is awfully heavy and the adjustment screw doesn't improve matters much. Mine wasn't gritty and doesn't creep but it's pretty uncomfortable. Sights aren't to my liking. I removed the rear sight and put a red dot sight on. Much better The grips are fine for medium to large men's hands but a bit large otherwise. This is a *huge* pistol and very front heavy. Pretty much two handed grip only It's possible to chamber a pellet without cocking the gun. You then need to cock the gun, remove the magazine and shoot out the chambered pellet or else you'll load two pellets. I hate that the pressure gauge requires me to look down the barrel of the airgun. I know this is common but I still hate it.

As this has now been on the market a while it appears the company has worked out some early manufacturing glitches. Mine doesn't leak and none of my magazines were faulty. That said, it does come with absolutely no charge and it's a challenge to get the seals to seat with a hand pump first time out. After a few dry fires, no leaking at all, however.

Taking the rear sight off requires that you remove the elevation screw and flip the sight over (don't lose the spring!). There are two Philips screws underneath. After that remove the mounting shelf by loosening the two grub screws with an allen key and slide it off of the back. Front sight is press fit on and comes off by gently tapping it with a block of wood and a rubber mallet. It's not necessary to remove the front sight to use a red dot sight.

Awesome pcp pistol for the price. This is probably the most overlooked pcp pistol in the airgun world. The build quality is awesome, it's 50cc air tank is easy to fill, it takes my cheap Amazon HPA air pump about two minutes to fill. I like having an adjustable hammer spring, it makes a difference in power and accuracy. With the hammer spring turned in 8 turns I'm shooting Crosman Premier Hollow Point pellets in the 900 fps range and targets at 25 meters in no problem. I get three full magazines with this tune. For more shots I turn the hammer spring in 4 turns and get four magazine but lose 150 fps.

My only gripe is the extremely large and ugly but functional wooden grip and the cocking bolt on the left side, it should be user switchable from left to right but it's not so I live with it, it's also difficult for me to pull the bolt left handed to load a pellet but i manage.

For the price you can't buy a better pcp pistol! You can turn a ugly pistol into an amazing carbine with the Buck-Rail tactical conversion kit which I love, makes the gun easier and more fun to shoot. I don't know why Pyramyd Air doesn't carry it in .22 caliber. I found the Beeman 2028 on eBay for $179.00 and I'm thinking about getting it to shoot along side my Beeman 2027!

The weight is father high - it could stand to lose a pound.

The trigger is not very good - the stages are not independently adjustable, and it doesn't break cleanly. The second stage weight is too high (it should be a fraction of the first stage). As received there was no second stage, just a long pull with an inconsistent break. There were no instructions for trigger adjustment, but the function of the single adjustment screw was easy to figure out; however, the adjustment never made the trigger work well.

Sites are the most impressive thing

overall length hard to find a case for it already spent money on a 18" case the grip wont fit in bring the grip in under the middle of the pistol itself also relocate gage not a safe place in the field and why such a wide dovetail on back grip doesnt feel like you have control

fill probe hisses when i start to fill, jiggle it and it takes air. 90 pumps to fill from empty, 55 pumps to get from 1000 psi to 3000 psi. 3rd fill probe blew o ring fixed it with the one included spare. manual said degassing tool was included but it was not. shoots a little high, have rear sight turned all the way down, i have the same sights on several guns all with same problem. front sight needs to be taller imho. buy this gun you will like it.

I did not get mine from PA, due to the fact that I had reward points on my credit card. I love the adjustable power and backed down to 350-400 fps I am getting 100 shots on a 2900 PSI fill. Accuracy has been extremely impressive (better than my V10). I shoot indoors at 10 meters and even at that close range my old eyes don't do so well with open sights, but this gun just holds so steady that I'm able to nail my shots (shot off a bench). At low power the gun is indoor friendly as far as noise. Turn up the power and it has a pretty good bark. Magazines work ok for me when I tried them, but I mostly use the single shot tray. My first full did have problems holding air, but after cocking the gun the fill went smoothly and I have no leak down issues.

I got 2 single shot trays and no degassing tool. The fill probe extra o-ring was just loose in the bag with the mags and shot trays and probe, I almost lost it.

The gun is heavy. While the open sights work fine, this is SCREAMING for a scope to be a great close range pest gun

The 2027 PCP price point offers entry level shooters a lot of features. The wood / metal finish and fit are good quality. 2 twelve shot magazines and single shot loading tray are a plus. Once you get the initial 3,000 psi fill the pistol fills easy with a hand pump from 1,000psi to 3,000psi. Decent accuracy at 25 yards.

The factory should pre-charge to seat valve and seals and leave at least 1,000psi in cylinder . The Magazines are not convenient to load, a Marauder type magazine would be nice.. Not a fiber optic sight fan, dull black works better for me. All that wood in the grip looks nice but is to heavy, A less bulky composite option with metal trigger guard would be a plus.

The Pistol was shipped with 0 psi. My Air Venture Nomad 1 compressors or hand pump would not fill the pistol, air was pumping out the barrel. gun was cocked and safety on, but would not take air. I contacted customer service tech support for advise there reply was make sure the bolt is cocked to unload the hammer spring and to use an air tank for a quicker fill volume to seat the internal valve and seals. Since I do not own a high pressure air tank or know of a place less than 65 miles away to get a tank filled to 4,500psi. I was ready to send it back for a refund. I
recently purchased the Diana Bandit .22 cal air pistol which came charged with 2,000 psi which allowed me to shoot a couple of magazines out of the box. My Nomad topped it off from 1,000 psi to 3,000 psi with no problem in less than 3 min, . I did manage to finely fill the Beeman 2027 with both my Nomad 1 and Nomad 2 compressors using a 2 into 1 Y fill line made by https://airtanksplus.com/product-category/tanks.

Slowly Leaks out air overnight. One defective magazine (no spring tension) No owners manual Pressure gauge on gun does not match gauge on pump. Indicated 3000 psi on gun is only 2500 on pump. The gauge on pump agrees with gauge on my discovery Its heavy, need to use shooting sticks to steady it I personally don't like fiber optic sights.

Will probably return for a refund due to leak down problem. Pyramyd already sent me return authorization
Dissapointed, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Just got it today, easy to pump up. 50 pumps from 1000 to an indicated 3000 psi on gauge on gun. Seems to function properly. Got 48 shots with gauge in green. Did not formally sight in, but seems to be reasonably consistent offhand. Build quality similar to my beeman qb78. (Good for price)

Did not get an owners manual, can not find one online. Had to repair one magazine out of the box. Spring was not catching internal holes due to mold flashing in hole. Fiber optic sights not my favorite, but will probably scope it anyway.

Time will tell how it holds up. Will edit after I get a chance to try it out further.

Adjustable power. Mine adjusts from 400+ to 900+ fps. Adjustable grip stop.

Add a barrel band and slim down the stock. Move location of pressure gauge. I not a fan of having to look down the business end to read the pressure gauge.

This is a large pistol but well balanced .
Very accurate and not pellet picky. I would have given this pistol a perfect 5 star rating if Beeman had any customer service at all.
I bought my pistol from a different seller last November and scene then haven't been able to contact them either by e-mail or phone
The bottom line is I love the gun but hate the manufacturer. Keep in mind that after your PA warrenty runs up you are on your own. Dont expect any help from Beeman.
